@deemadigan @Telstra Give Aussie broadband a look, they've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438

@sev_romero @NBN_Australia You're far from the only one, but we already know that. As does nbnco. You'd think they're owned by telstra, with how **** their customer support is. And how much they give you the run-around. ...and all the non-answers.

  • JacintaArnold1 💧Jacinta Arnold (@JacintaArnold1) reported

@deemadigan @Telstra So frustrating. Have wasted many hours of my life with this. Open a new account in your business name if you work from home for better service

  • geoffmoten geoff moten (@geoffmoten) reported

@deemadigan @Telstra seriously @deemadigan, you should move on. call Aussie Broadband. they are what a service organisation should be.

  • CavillDave 💧Dave Cavill, (Global Heating is killing us) (@CavillDave) reported

@deemadigan @Telstra I don't have a problem with Telstra because where I live in the National Safe Rural Seat of Nichols very few know how to connect to the Internet.

  • Darrenjca daz (@Darrenjca) reported

@deemadigan @Telstra Every few months I get a text from Optus saying “Good news. We’re bringing faster speeds to your area. This may cause disruptions to your service as we undertake work on the network” I wish they’d bloody well hurry up

  • mockturtle1952 MT (@mockturtle1952) reported

@deemadigan @Telstra Had similar problem with Optus. Bombed the CEO’s LinkedIn fireside chat about how much they valued their customers. It took two posts 12 hours apart before the phone started ringing and was overwhelmed with assistance form Optus and NBN.
