@Telstra @jennifer_murko Evie, this is my fathers issue and I have been dealing with this on his behalf. I would welcome some kind of correspondence from you, but so far I have only received indifference and faux concern from Telstra. Is this what I can expect for my “Gold Membership” status?

Also had (no physical damage) screen issues with the first Note 20 Ultra 5G. That's two failed flagships from @SamsungMobile and @Telstra in 6 months. #Samsung #Telstra

Just had a call from Richard at @Telstra Business. He asked me how I was. When I nicely told him that what had happened with my mobile this morning he hung up on me as I was talking to him. He may need some customer service training... 🤨

@TelstraEnt Good luck with Telstra. My new modem (4th replacement) was send to a post office in Burnside SA for me to collect. I am in CBD of Sydney NSW and have been in the same office for over 15 years as a Telstra customer. Internet is optional , I guess

@Telstra seriously guys, your support is THE WORST of any provider I have. Does Tel$tra actually have ANY phone support? You know, on a number which doesn't waste over an hour of my time?
