@Telstra you’ve a terrible new customer experience. I ordered NBN 2 weeks ago after much hassle it’s still not active. Now I’m trying to order iPhone 14 and I cannot verify my international passport ID. Just horrible CX.

This #Optus fail really does highlight the shocking standards of customer service in the Telco industry as a whole. It's difficult to imagine Vodafone & Telstra handling the same situation any better. The big 3 are all prolific in treating their customers like ****.

  • decryption decryption (@decryption) reported

@mattgillard TPG (Vodafone) and Telstra are working on a roaming setup, so they’ll share huge chunks of their network. Waiting on ACCC approval. It’s good as Voda suck outside metro areas.

@heidimur @Andrewyeahnah This will in fact shut Optus down, buy Telstra shares

  • maddisondesigns Anthony Hortin 🚀 (@maddisondesigns) reported

@Asher_Wolf As much as NBN is a mess, I’d pay for that over giving money to Elon for Starlink. My NBN has way more outages due to “maintenance” and general issues, than my Telstra cable ever had, but when it is working, it’s pretty stable. Highly recommend @Aussie_BB for NBN.

  • GordyPls Ashwagandha Forever (@GordyPls) reported

@kcarruthers @RachaelHasIdeas Telstra were playing with the idea that because most everyone has given them 100 points of ID, they could set up a verification service for other businesses to identify mutual customers. Dunno if it went anywhere.

  • BobPinder Bob Pinder (@BobPinder) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@JonDeeOz @Telstra Unfortunately we expect nothing less, it’s where the customer comes last

  • KerrynBurgess Kerryn Burgess (@KerrynBurgess) reported

@bazman @Telstra @Telstra I'm having the same trouble. I can't make calls because I need to recharge, and recharge has been unavailable all day. My suburb: Kyneton. My postcode: 3444. Although I can't see how that's relevant. When will recharge be available again?
