    @abcnews Telstra cust service is dreadful, impossible to talk to anyone, if you're lucky they're very hard to understand. Message app only works 50% of the time, takes 2 hrs of back & forth messages for a simple task. After 42 yrs I left Telstra went to @AussieBroadband phenomenal service

    Telstra service isn’t just bad at Goondiwindi, there are many areas in Australia that lack reliable service, in fact there’s probably more problem areas than reliable areas. Internet access is as flawed & unreliable as an LNP Government

    @Telstra You slowed the service because we went over the monthly allowance but that is too slow. Simple applications like mail which can operate slow speeds are timing out. For NBN should be about 10 times that

    @mickskehan Woolworths mobile operate on Telstra network apparently. So the wife can move from $55/40GB plan to $25/18GB plan 🤔
