    Just spent a hugely frustrating week in dialogue with @Telstra trying to get a new service set up to an existing business account. At least a dozen different people via message and phone. Round and round in circles and still nowhere. Absolutely unbelievable incompetence. 🤬

    @NBN_Australia @xspance We can’t contact our service provider there’s thousands out of internet, these generic responses saying contact your service provider when a large chunk of the Eastern suburbs are without internet .. it is not a service provider issue .. it’s Telstra it’s Optus .. Jesus Christ

    **** @Telstra and their pathetic online customer service. I was online for 2 hours passed between 3 agents made a payment to unlock a phone and now no one is responding to me and the phone is still locked!!!

    You have 3 set top boxes in the house. Are a customer of @Foxtel for over 20 years you upgrade from iQ2 to iQ4 because you have to. Yet the technician does not install the free to air HD channels. Couldn't give a rats that we get it through @telstra . Refuse to send a tech back.

    @Telstra New internet service via Velocity (existing modem on site) to new residential premises. NBN not available at those premises.
