@Telstra how hard is it to deliver a proper 4g service 12kms from Sydney CBD. When will you fix the problem when will you take complaints seriously why should I be expected to pay for a service that is non existent. #scam

@Telstra What is not good is being asked to wait 40 minutes to speak with a customer service person at a major Telco Co. Do you see anything wrong here? Ever since Penn got hold of the CEO role the joint has gone backwards, Thodey always placed the customer first!

@Telstra you know what, after all that screw it, I don't want my old number anymore anyway. Some of the worst, laziest, apathetic customer service ever. Your shareholders must love it.

@Telstra ok so tech support came back after 20mins and said that he had someone from billing to talk to me then for the 3rd time, it hung up. I remember the first billing guy's name who palmed me off the first time btw.

@samstrades @Telstra Horrific customer service experience. Eventually they actually spoke to me. A real person from a telco had access to a phone and used it.
