Having one of the worst experience ever with @Optus .Pre-ordered a S22+ on the 12th of Feb & by chance y'day I found out that the order has not been submitted yet. Registered for a new NBN connection on the same day and still the NBN connectivity is not active. #Telstra #telecom

@Telstra Telstra abets Identity Fraud by demanding customers send ID by email even when a customer has an existing account. They have no process to call a customer to confirm they are a current account holder other than sending info to offshore processing teams. Its a disgrace!

@Telstra You and me both. Apparently now it’s an investigation, not a planned outage and apparently is ‘continuing’

@fictillius Indeed more efficient operationally overall, but the article states they expect the reduced OpEx from those discontinued sites to only partially pay the costs of accessing Telstra's country and urban fringe network.

@simonhill1894 @drt15 We can live with it. We want the game to prosper. There may be a small price to pay. I already dance to the Mate internet ads and the issue I have had keeping a phone on to an old person with Telstra is affecting my patience. I have also started liking Isuzu trucks
