    @MGoldschlager I've got fttp, but it's locked to Telstra velocity network. Upload speeds are so dicey I'm tempted to switch to fixed wireless.

    @Telstra You absolute vampires. No other steaming service is 25$ a month. How did those greedy little pigs come up with that number while they were sitting around in their penguin suits? I still get 3G from @Telstra so don’t ever speak about value again.

    @Telstra I've been a customer for 30 years... clearly that means very little these days... Tel$ra support used to be very good... now, geez, hard to rate as there is none!

    @Telstra can you please look at recognizing the electronic Govt issued licence used in SA. Had to go back home to get hard copy to upgrade my phone / plan despite having been long term customer and having electronic photo licence.

    I’m so done with @Telstra - it seems their whole support system is designed to enrage. Mixed messages, misinformation, outright bullshit. About 2% helpful.

    @Anthony_Caruana @Telstra Long history of their SMS # in my phone, they know model specifics etc so I think so Basically trying to force me to a store as someone has a KPI to resign expired contracts As normal emails & SMS are no reply Which means Im going to waste a **** load of time sorting this out

    @Telstra No, Have been on the App, trying to get some sort of resolution.... Spent 5 hrs, texting back and forth at 20min interval - can't expect anything more can I? That would be real customer service....

    @jypersian @Telstra **** - I just don't know why people use Telstra any more - all the horror stories! I refused to have the NBN and survive with an Optus internet connection and mobile - couldn't be happier.
