Good news/Bad news! Bad news - Odds are this is an NBN installation issue and it wasn't installed properly. We just need to get a team here to fix up everything (assuming the date isn't pushed back 😬) Good news - Telstra has been super apologetic and has setup a temporary fix!

@Telstra Yeah we are quite a few behind as the current one is F926BXXU1BVA9 now. Obviously also an upgrade to Android 12/One UI4 was before this. All providing not just security patches but also stability fixes and device updates for the phones firmware. Our fold 3 are being left behind.

@Telstra Only Telstra could call this a ‘business support team.’ I have spent over 5 hours on the phone and desperately messaging and told ‘system error’ and no escalation process and no help - still no idea if we’ll be live today

@telstra is it actually possible to speak to a Telstra store to see if they have in store stock of an item? Customer experience of sitting on hold for 5 minutes simply to be asked to record a message is not good.

@joshjoshbegosh We have had no communications for 7 days. Isolating our outback town of Andamooka even further. During a pandemic. It’s been horrid. Pretty annoyed with Telstra
