@Telstra You gave me ZERO warning u would terminate my contract and service. I was about to leave for the hospital when I realised I only had SOS. Thats how I found out. ONE TXT, EMAIL, ANY kind of notice it would have been sorted. I’m also a client manager you destroyed my # credibility

@nbnouttage Love this thread. My biggest issue with Telstra is that they keep blaming my iPhone for me not having a mobile phone signal… odd thing is that it happens with every phone in the household… as if 4 iPhones are all miraculously having the same fault simultaneously.
