    @tofar1 @Telstra While the ability to not pay by cheque has been removed I’m remaining unhappy. ITS NOT WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT. I can’t send a credit card with staff or others to town to pay the bill, I have to stop work & drive to town. Unfair problem for rural people

    @Telstra No. I'm in #Sydney Metropolitan. I'm ringing them again, for the 5th time, to make an official complaint. I'm trying to have a life outside of complaining to Telstra about their rubbish coverage. This is the biggest city in #Australia and #Telstra is not able to service it.

    @Telstra I want to know what is being done about the fact that it has been 6 days since I have purchased my mobile and my SIM card has still yet to be activated. I have had many conversations online and in store and no one is able to help me. Dissatisfied and disappointed. #optus

    One of first things they do in war is disrupt all communication . Currently in North Parramatta region NSW , i have no phone signal, i can not call out or receive calls . What the situation TELSTRA ? Im prepping to examine 8 NSW Police officers in 2 days time WTF, fix it !

    @tofar1 @PeterRobins350 @Telstra Each bpay is a single transaction (they are not bulk ones) and the customer reference number is the different detail.

    @Telstra I have spent over an hour on your chat window waiting for my bill query to be fixed & no result. You have upped my NBN plan & charged me an extra $30. I did not ask for or give my consent to this new high speed planPlease fix, I’m not going to waste my time calling you.
