    @Telstra promised to reduce bills due to not providing a service during the floods ( mobile or internet) .. guess what? They charged full amount. Guessing it’s not just me

    @Telstra horrible time at a Telstra shop Saturday. Got my GF onto a plan + device upgrading frm existing device didn’t match the storage space. Didn’t know GF device was 256GB and gave us a 128GB. Contract already signed only found out during data xfer. Could not exchange device.

    Do I just go through Telstra complaints? Swap provider & hope their support is better? Contact the ACCC? The TelCo Ombudsman? Hire a contractor & find a way to charge it through to my ISP? I've never gotten to this point before. FWIW the support team have been polite and patient.

    My @NBN_Australia connection has had issues for nearly a month now; after 10+ @Telstra support calls, 4 24hr monitors, 2 modems, 2 modem resets, 1 nbn box reset, and a box->wall cable swap, with other troubleshooting steps I am lost. I don't know how to proceed. What do I do now?

    @Telstra if your data service in Morayfield QLD was any slower, it would be asleep. Been like this for a week now. 3G is not good enough.
