    1) Telstra recently bumped us onto a ‘better’ NBN plan - you guessed - one that cost us more $$, saying old one expired, new one super fast. Ever since the speed and range has been painfully slow. Also billed us 4 FOXTEL that used to be free in package.

    3) If you’re like us and entry level Foxtel was previously added to your package as a free component check - you’re paying $25 a month now. We never watch it. It was tricky to solve because they logged us out of our Telstra/Foxtel ID and we couldn’t reset, all whilst being billed

    @maureenchuck1 @MelanieTait Cripes. For that money ou could get 50/20 home broadband and 2 X 30gb/mo sims with data banking (woolworths $30 telstra network). But maybe you're buying the phones?? Imho best to go sim only.

    @larajay66 @MelanieTait That's the one I'm on and the one I think my mum should get (suits her usage). Currently, she pays $115 p/m for **** she doesn't use but was conned into by the Telstra sales rep.

    5) What’s more FOXTEL doesn’t have consumer phone support service on weekends! So we were trying to get onto them to cancel something we never wanted and you can’t reach them. Finally I think we were able to go through Telstra but gosh that’s sneaky how hard that is to exit it

    @David_D_May @MelanieTait I second this. I haven’t had any problems with them. And they use Telstra network so coverage is good.

    I see this Idiot @Telstra Penn having a **** about doing so well somewhere. Shame the moron never paid attention to the fault on my bill that has been there for four months, phone calls, shop visits & still there, they keep charging for late payment of a credit they gave me?
