    @Telstra Pocket News recently appeared on my Oppo Find X2 Neo. I've repeatedly tried to hide it, only for it to mysteriously show back up on my home screen. Given the service is three years dead, why are you still forcing this application onto phones?

    @andy_penn My sister’s bigpond email address has stopped working weeks ago. Her daughter spent 4 hours on the phone to Telstra on the weekend trying to get it sorted. Can you please suggest how she can actually get this fixed. She uses this email to receive various bills. Help.

    @margmopp They must, Telstra billing system is completely stuffed represents 90% of calls that go offshore to call centres, English is not flash, understanding of the issue is not flash either. But watch tricky Telstra that call numbers will appear to be local, but will divert to offshore!
