    @Telstra We can't because the screen is broken 🙄 I spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday and was told it was fine to return as is because it's a Samsung galaxy not an iPhone

    @Telstra...you sent me a text message offering me a great deal on a new phone. I spent time and effort uploading all details and applying. The phone never arrived. I have chased today. Apparently you cancelled the order. I have to be a Telstra customer for 6 months to get a phone

    @Telstra Still can't sign in to My Telstra app; nigh on 4 weeks of empty gestures/ hours on messaging. NOW MESSAGING BLOCKS ACCESS TO ME! It gets stuck loading the conversation. Maybe Optus know how to fix telstra's stuff up...
