    @Telstra informed the family of my 91 yr old friend that an emergency phone would be delivered within 4 hrs - nothing turned up. Blind man, living on his own, without a land line during COVID. #TelstraSUCKS

    Good news folks. 6 months I’ve put up with **** 3G mobile broadband signals and service from .@Telstra My contract expired at midnight last night and I made the switch to .@Optus ….nice strong 4G 😬👍🏻
