    @Peter_Fitz I just realised that I haven't had any of those Indian-accent Telstra/NBN scam calls for a few weeks. Perhaps the call centres have been locked down. If those buggers have stopped work, it must be serious. I wonder if 🦜has considered that possibility?

    @Mikenicholls88 @MJBiercuk Yep. There's little evidence to the customer that you're not dealing with @telstra directly, and they're very coy of admitting that they're licensed third-parties. They're incentivised to sell with little thought on support or disclosure :(

    @CarlyMelissax Honestly I visit the guys at My Phone My Life at Erina and they fix all sorts of phone issues quickly at a cheap cost. They’ve fixed a few charging ports on my phones and they’ve been good again. If Telstra won’t help, it’s worth just getting them to fix it
