    @Telstra I preordered my new iPhone 13 Pro Max and by launch day Telstra sends me the iPhone 13 pro instead. 1 month later live chat team still trying to complete a simple fix for their own errors. Such a let down… raised internal complaint, than submit the details the TIO.
