    @KaurnaCopia @Telstra Pocophonef1, got it around when i first came out and have stuck with it Like when I play games its smooth cause the specs are pretty good but like every now and then id just have like a screen freeze and like they fixed most of it by this point but it had a lotta issue initially

    My favourite part was when #techsupport finally answered and said they hadn't received a call in quite awhile, agreed that the issue is easily identifiable as a faulty modem and that no the guy I spoke to 2days ago didn't send one out 🙃 Welcome to @telstra - worst support ever

    @Telstra sales people sold us upgrade and protect as insurance against loss and damage and compare it against competition. When we reported a stolen phone, we were told the phone is not insured, we are on our own.
