    @rubin_angela Dealing with Telstra to solve a problem makes Orwell's Room 101 read like a teddy bear's picnic. It appears to be deliberately engineered to annoy the clackers out of it's customers. A once great public service organisation (Telecom) is now just another psychopathic corporation.

    @NetballScoop Telstra customer so doesn't affect me at the moment but I'm furious about rise & sneakiness. If not Telstra cust I would unsubscribe, can't justify paying more than Netflix. If I still lived in the UK I'd probably find a way to pay it as couldn't watch the matches any other way

    @chrismurphys @Telstra .@Aussie_BB been with them for years now and no problems. Home grown help desk apparently but i don't recall ever needing to contact them.

    @NetballScoop I understand a price increase SSN is brilliant and undervalued but this is a terrible way to do it. With no notice in the off season. People will cancel their subscriptions especially as there's no new content as incentive to continue it. Feel lucky to be a Telstra customer.

    @chrismurphys @Telstra Sounds like typical @telstra over subscription. Did it in our suburb, means it can never be fixed unless they cut customers. And that won’t happen
