    @NBN_Australia The whole Wholesale model is flawed, the whole technology being rolled out is flawed.. Any Communications engineer will tell you its CRAP! Would have been better off leaving it to Optus & Telstra to run out their own solution - Better Quality, better service and cheaper for GOVT

    1/ Dear @telstra so because you left me on hold for 6.5 hours on the phone, I installed home broadband with a different company. Now I want to cancel service with you, but literally cannot online. I have to ... call you. this seems bananas. You're not even available on Sunday.

    So @Telstra why is our #NBN not working, again. Have you cut it off again without reason? Truly pathetic service: "No outages in your area." Trust me, we're out. After battling for months we're a bit sick of this.

    @KelexKrypton @Telstra Yes agree just left Telstra & moved to Tangerine finally have NBN since about a couple of weeks ago. Telstra still own all the lines & towers so they don’t really care about us. Now to sell my Telstra shares. Moved my mobile service to Aldi. $7.40 per month instead of $30

    @NBN_Australia IT IS NOT OK for your Techs to review jobs from their office & decide there is no need to attend. IF Telstra and/or Optus Tech have attended site & decided THERE IS A PROBLEM, WHO ARE YOU TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE YOU "THINK" YOU KNOW BETTER?
