Hey @Telstra . Why do your customer service people promise call backs by a supervisor within 15 minutes then tell you an hour later they can't call? Any why do they promise to call you in the evening then mark the complaint closed so they don't have to call back?

@Telstra finally received new iphone 14 today to replace the old one. Transferred everything across. eSIM won't activate. Old iphone had eSIM and wiped after transfer. No solution from Telstra, except to try at shop tomorrow, so I have no phone service now. Bloody ridiculous.

@JaseW_Waller @Telstra I had insert SIM on screen no calls or texts told SIM card the problem but after 24hrs did yet another restart and it miraculously resolved yesterday

@Telstra your app chat isnt working. Whatever query I enter into chat it replies telling me to call the main number. The staff on the phone then tell me they cannot help with the issue and to use the app. Who is going to take responsibility and help your customers?

@ErskineKristen Oh gosh I have that internet. Zoom seminar last night, cut out about a dozen times 😬. That's with the new Telstra modem that's supposed to automatically switch to mobile data. Ha ha.

@thegrumpypoof @Telstra telstra once billed me for excess data usage while i still had gigabytes of actual data on my plan. another time they insisted the landline i was calling them from did not exist and had never in fact existed and i must be mistaken about calling them from the never been a phone.

@Telstra I need replacement today not 3-4 days. This is a joke. This is 3rd faulty modem? Once again, I pay for premium service to ensure continuity and all I get is lengthy disruption. Can’t do my job.
