    Getting @telstra to help with anything I’d like going to the dentist. Painful and once they are done you’ll have no teeth. They refuse to assist to get problems solved and push endlessly to self serve with their processes are broken.

    @somuchbullsh @mishyloan You have to wonder how many spending programs carried over from the Howard era were counted towards Rudd/Gillard deficits... Let's not forget that it was Howard who spent down the surplus he had Costello had amassed via the privatisation of Telstra in his last term in office.

    @Telstra No the smart modem apparently is meant to go to 4G when service is down, but stays on 0.15mbps! Best we have had is 25mbps. Nothing close to what we paid for which is Superfast
