  @Telstra Am now doomed to using 3g only and 4G just doesn’t function. WiFi is hopeless, drops out constantly. We were away in India Dec-Jan and a treat to be easily in touch (via telstra roaming) but a shock to come back and find this.

  Hey @Telstra you disconnected the wrong service. 3 hours later I now have to wait 5 to 10 days to get my service back. It is our business that is ultimately paying for your stuff up🥺. The world is now a very different place when it comes to service.

  Hey @Telstra thanks for good service today - after email advising case closed (it isn’t) the same consultant from a week ago rang me to help. Not resolved yet but can’t complain about service. Will keep you posted…

  @MRowlandMP hey Michelle are you happy with @Telstra plan to remove x small data plan therefore increasing minimum plan from $15 to $25..? I understand the corprate greed angle but don’t they still get enormous government support to ensure community service obligations?

  @AaronDodd @Aussie_BB Back now, here, at least. The last time Telstra mobile went down in my area, it took 10 days to restore. 7 of which they refused to admit there was a problem. The problem, you ask? A road grader had torn cables apart. Not as obvious as one might think, it seems.
