Is Telstra's 4G network down or is it just me?

@Telstra Honestly, the problem isn't me, it's you. The service works fine during quiet times, but it's utterly **** when I need it. Your network is obviously inadequate.

@Telstra 4112? I said 4122 or 4113 :-) All good. Have tried rebooting; eSIM and physical SIM devices all affected; multiple accounts too. Forcing to 3G also no improvement so I think there is a problem here.

In good news, at no point today was any @Telstra representative combative around my identity whilst I try to fix the mess that is literally my identity. Look forward to actually be able to port from Optus next week and feel respected for being myself!

@Telstra you’re a bloody joke. 3hrs on messenger to sort out your mistake and still they wanted more time. Ordered an eSIM, contacted the service desk to make sure that is what was delivered and guess what, a SIM turned up.. I just can’t believe the ineptitude of your service! 😤

@Telstra I’m having dinner with my family now and have no more time for Telstra today… So frustrated after wasting so much time.. If you DM me I will reconnect tomorrow when I’ve calmed down…

After wrestling with Telstra’s obscene phone robot last week, refreshing excellent customer service from an actual human being at Qantas – pandemic-delayed flight voucher from two years ago reinstated and good to go.

@Telstra Can I just say your 5G Home Broadband is utter ****. I'm having to hotspot from my @Optus mobile to get on the internet. Utterly pathetic.

@ok_lyndsey @NBN_Australia I'm in Telstra's Velocity Fibre area, we're finally getting NBN in November. Telstra kept getting NBN exemptions for years. Then when they were given their last one, they sold off the wholesale network.

@Telstra The issue isn't when I'm calling you. The issue is when you call me unprompted and demand I prove my identity. I'm not sure normalising my reading out one-time codes to anyone who rings me and claims to be Telstra is a good idea?
