Good news/Bad news! Bad news - Odds are this is an NBN installation issue and it wasn't installed properly. We just need to get a team here to fix up everything (assuming the date isn't pushed back 😬) Good news - Telstra has been super apologetic and has setup a temporary fix!

@ParamountPlusAU It has been happening while using the paramount plus app on Android TV and telstra TV and has also been happening during games streamed on 10play. It's extremely frustrating so please fix it 🙏

@Telstra @telstra has the record the longest and terrible customers services support. My call started at 910am and finished after 4 pm 4 questions, 3 staff members, 7 hours and after a mistake of one of them, I had to go to a #telstra store. #customerservices

@GeoffreyHuntley @jen20 @tonyserrata Don’t know if it would work in a house. My problem is with the local tower that hasn’t been maintained, was damaged further in last year’s floods & currently means Telstra is ordinary and so is Optus.

@Scamwatch_gov @Telstra Why am I getting so many scam style calls in Sydney to my mobile❓Just today I’ve had 4 fake Amazon calls, one fake Telstra ‘internet problem’ call, 3 from other fake sources. Incredible this can’t be stopped in this day and age.

@telstra is it actually possible to speak to a Telstra store to see if they have in store stock of an item? Customer experience of sitting on hold for 5 minutes simply to be asked to record a message is not good.
