@corkedwards84 @Telstra I just went for a walk and seems some towers must be back up cause I had service, but once back home back to SOS or 1 bar of 3G which doesn’t allow anything

@Telstra The issue with mobile outage is that there is never ever reception here despite 3 new towers being erected I the area. I have always needed to use wifi calling in this house/neighbourhood because the coverage is so poor. And now I have no fibre connection, I have no calls

@Telstra Also I JUST bought this telstra woolworths eSim yesterday morning because my optus simcard had no service and I thought yours would be better and i NEED internet for my work/homeschooling, yet it seems I just wasted $50 doing so.

@jodieobrien Far from the first time Telstra has done this! I know many people that have had their personal details made public "in error" & it risked their safety from the violent offenders they were trying to escape from. This is no small issue for those affected
