    @Im_postle_able @WookieKris @Telstra Customer phone calls were what tipped us off. We have back end access to our customers sites so we can see whether they’re offline or not. All Telstra 4G/4gx sites are down. Finally got hold of someone at Telstra, expected to be fixed by 10.30pm 🤞🏻

    @kyliefever2002 this is a telstra customers presale so if you are customer all you have to do is log into your account and click on concerts it will be there

    @Telstra acct number 2000708431778. Acct is under Khatri Pty Ltd. Trading as Indian Mahal Baxter. Their nbn is down since Sunday and they have restarted the modem number of times. But Noone in Telstra will help the restaurant staff as they are not authorised. Cust is in Nepal

    @Telstra @RiceRocca That tracker isn’t representative of what’s going on. Telstra Tech support themselves said Doncaster Vic alone has 9 towers down, yet the tracker says no interruptions. Kwinana WA, we were told massive outage, yet website says none. Many of our sites still offline.

    @Telstra It’s not one modem, it’s hundreds of payment terminals Australia wide. Because of this outage, people across the country will not be able to pump fuel, including bus depots, airports, general service stations and truck depts. it’s extremely urgent.

    @Telstra Hi, I am trying to help this friend of mine. The owner is overseas bcoz of family emergency and the restaurant manager has called to report a fault but the call centre staff won't register it as the primary contact is not there
