My husband tried chat site or whatever they are called which was utterly useless. I will have to brave the shoppers & go into one of their shopping centre retail stores. If not it’s a letter to CEO.

@alexmakin @Haydenfreedom Then when they say they don’t really deal with that tell them yes they do I wrote war and peace to Telstra re an NBN issue four months nothing wasted hours once the TIO complaint was up problem sorted within five days Telstra are the pits.

How long are we into transition to NBN and @Telstra & @andy_penn are still battling to make it work? Speed drops 66%, landline is unstable & customer service poor. “Wait 24hrs for the order to complete & devices to sync”… what nonsense… who should I move to? Penn is full of it.

@decryption Great job! Only yesterday I tried to change my email from various orgs to receive bills at a different address. Telstra flat out error’d out. Online chat person said they’ll get back to me wtf! AAMI & SEW I changed my email, but my login creds still remained as old email 😠

@bkubel That’s Telstra, did #StayHome March last year then #StaySafe most of the last year or so, and updated to #LetsVaxx around like June. So far as I know it’s on all phones they support

@Telstra Telstra my online account was totally deleted when I asked to cancel my direct debit? I spoke to your chat team last night they had no idea. I just called to complain & told it will take 7 - 10 days. I need access to my account. C/c have no idea.
