@Telstra Nothing. They escalate then give up, as usual , then noone calls back. Testra's infrastructure & coverage are garbage. This is Sydney, not Dubbo. I just had broadband for an hr after phoning, now it's gone again. Obvious you're rearranging deck-chairs on the Titanic. #Telstra 👎

@Telstra Internet and mobiles, internet is connected but extremely slow to the point where i can only load a couple of sites, and phones can't call out at all

@LandoRocks I think it's more actual, tangible services that people come into contact with - like Telstra, CBA, QANTAS. Privatising a core public service makes it subject to being profitable, which usually comes at the expense of quality and universality.

@Telstra I can appreciate you concern in a public forum, but the quality of support I have received this time has been incredibly frustrating. I can see the VDSL Downstream noise margin is below a working line. I explained this numerous times on Saturday and Sunday.

@Telstra I thought with the thousands of staff that somebody could fix a problem like "oops, we cut off your internet because we ****** up, ok i can fix it by doing this:" That would be too easy, but nooooooooo you handball me from staff member to staff member who do nothing
