    Just enough internet signal to tweet. Not enough to use the Telstra troubleshooting tool to report the massive fault we've been living with since it started raining, like, months ago now. And not enough to watch a movie when I'm feeling sick. I'm playing records instead.

    @Telstra Hi, I am in the Mullumbimby area with no internet but now reasonable 4G on my phone thanks to added service. Problem is data runs up fast. Is there still such a thing as unmetered sites for Telstra customers I cant find it on Telstra website.

    @MsSandyCrack @jendudley What's your location to have remained on HFC so long? I'm envious of you. Was on aerial cabled Optus HFC for fifteen trouble free, blissful years. Now below ground ex Telstra NBN HFC and it's rubbish. Looking forward to 5G from Optus direct.

    @Telstra Sven the problems are constant and ongoing. One employee can not fix them if the business model is flawed.

    The benestar call centre & occasional on site psychologist (who comes once a month for night shift) are conflated to make it seem like there is more support than there is. Corporate speak designed to obfuscate & gaslight #SpringSt #Telstra

    Hi folks @Telstra, My reception has been a lot worse since opting for the 5g network. Are many others reporting this? Even opening apps and loading websites are taking longer. I'm in Brisbane. I have an S21 Ultra.
