@Telstra what is going on my data will not work at all anywhere, i spoke to a telstra person today and they said there’s outages but on your website it says nothing about outages in my area it’s been going on all week and i need my data - it says 4g but it’s not working

@Telstra Our internet keeps coming on and off. I've googled an outage, there is none. Reset the router and all, nothing. This is ridiculous.

@TelstraEnt Five months on, multiple phone calls, five engineers visit scheduled when the Telstra engineer failed to show .... still no connection to the NBN. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Avoid at any cost !

@Telstra Billys Creek 2453 ... the optic fibre to copper line exchange is constantly being struck by lightning. Repair regularly 2 week wait. One bar on mobile network means the price rise to $45/month is ludicrous! #leavingTelstra

any1 know if there's an internet outage in Daylesford area?Parents just called, they're on my plan, I have full service but they have no internet. I'm trying to work out if they have accidentally done something or if its an outage its a 1.5 hr drive 2 them #telstra can you help?

@telstra can you confirm if there's outages/internet issues in Daylesford/Sailors Falls? My parents are on my plan& have no internet. I'm trying to work out if the issue is something they've done to thier tablet. Its almost 100km drive ea way so don't want 2 drive if I no need.
