@pennyjw @Telstra It's ridiculous. They said they were going to start charging us $2.50 for posting paper bills. I repeatedly changed my account to paperless.They still sent paper bills.That's when 1 staff finally said I had to change my account type to do it. WTF‽ Do the staff even get training?

@Telstra Yes. Because I don't have enough reception in my area (harpley estate 3030) that I need to use wifi calling, but the fibre network is down so I can't use that either. I have to have do not disturb on and everything else off just to send this tweet

@Telstra Hi Telstra, longtime customer here. 2 days ago I upgraded my plan & signed up for the Google Pixel 7 Pro. However I can't download the Netflix app through the Google Play store. Any ideas or workarounds for this issue? TIA.

Details of more than 130,000 Telstra customers have been exposed online. Telstra says it has removed the customer details from public view. “This was a result of a misalignment of databases – no cyber activity was involved,” chief financial officer Michael Ackland said.

@Telstra Also I JUST bought this telstra woolworths eSim yesterday morning because my optus simcard had no service and I thought yours would be better and i NEED internet for my work/homeschooling, yet it seems I just wasted $50 doing so.
