    @NBN_Australia we have existing NBN at our place and have rolled over to Telstra. Connection was booked for early January and still not connected! Telstra is blaming NBN and there is no way to talk to the NBN! This is just ridiculous! Can you please help

    Dear @Telstra why is it that we are on the 'Do not call' list and yet multiple times a day we are being called from the Telstra technical department about a service we do not have. This is bordering on harassment.

    @gavincostello Ok, this is just absurd. You need to be a customer of a business to avail of its service. Does that really need to be stated? There's no point calling Telstra and complaining your phone isn't working, if you're not their customer.

    WTF has happened to @Telstra ?? Went into store they said 2hr wait to see someone - even if you rock up at 9am there's a queue. Asked for a direct number to call, was told they can't help over the phone. I asked what has happened to Telstra 1/2

    Think very carefully before you sign up with @Telstra If you have a simple problem, almost impossible to get help. No-one you can phone.

    How stable is your internet? Every other day I have to tether my computer to my phone (telstra 4G) for internet, despite my computer being hardwired to my router-NBN. Reset router, reset NBN box, restart computer. No permanent solution. Roll on 5G coverage FFS
