    @Telstra Each interaction gets lost when the window closes for no explicit reason while I on the phone or doing other tasks on the phone. And yes I am beyond frustrated and approaching furious and inability of a large support organization to book a field technician

    In the Melbourne bayside area where I live there are a number of Optus advertising signs highlighting its 'fastest' #5G service. The problem is there are no Optus 5G cells in the area. Telstra seems to have the area well covered for #5G.

    @andy_penn - your service is awful. 2.5 hours and counting to have broadband service restored after a 4 day outage ended at 6pm. White light in the online indicator for NBN FTTB. Zero comms from #telstra. Total waste of time.

    So beloved @Telstra puts in a new tower at Miling a yr or so ago. Now we have less signal and battle to make a call even though we have 3 different towers all within 15km. Apparently they didnt turn the power down on said towers when new one installed????? Please explain...

    @Telstra WTAF is with your call centre disconnecting me 3 times w/o ever getting 2 speak 2 some1, then have the message service b nothing but a massive pain in the arse 4 6hrs going in circles asking the same Qs & refusing to answer a simple 1 from me to verify they are telstra
