@Telstra I recharged already. You need to get the service back online. If you cannot do that before I recharge next month it says more about Telstra than it does about me.

@Telstra Also, your staff closed the first complaint I lodged without contacting me. I had to ask 5 times to make a complaint. Your staff keep telling me it’s impossible that this occurred, yet it did. My husband was not involved at any stage, and this phone should NOT be in his name.

******* awful afternoon, spent over an hour on the phone to Telstra, modem has had a blue light on (4G only) for the last fortnight, post thunderstorm. Glacial speed since I should now reconnect to the NBN, have to send a ******* technician next week. Thanks Tony Abbott.

@Telstra @lants A 2nd issue: why do you allow UAP to use alpha tags? - you may be obligated to let the messages through, but you are perfectly at liberty to stop them using an alphanumeric sender id... Allowing them to do this prevents people from properly blocking them when they want to.

Once again @Telstra behave in a shifty way making dealing with them awkward and difficult. Such a shame they behave in untrustworthy ways for the customer. Call you a "Silver" member, treat you like a dunce.

@Telstra must have the slowest and most inefficient "customer service" I have ever come across. Over two & a half hours in this chat and with 5 or 6 different agents asking me to repeat myself, I think I'm going to go mad! Horrendous service. #Telstra #CustomerService #Help

@Telstra I spent more than an hour on the phone with your complaints dept. Yes, that occurred. Without my authorisation. And your staff are refusing to fix it without my husband’s written authorisation & my presence.

@Telstra Here is the reference number 23046682. I couldn’t contact you at home so I have had to go to a coffee shop to get internet. You do not understand the difficulty we are facing on the farm with no phone service or internet.

@Telstra @jono_hayward @Telstra there is 100% an outage issue in the South Melbourne area. A Telstra technician advised there has been an outage since the 17th. 2 days without service. Meant to be fixed by 7pm tonight. This info really needs to be updated and reflected on your website.

@Telstra Also, after opening the web chat I was told I was authenticated and not to repeat any details because the operator can read them, then the operator wanted my mobile phone number over and over but the problem was they did not know what the #100# service is.
