    @Telstra @telstrahealth Received message to recharge today. Upon doing so via Teltra App, my pre paid service has been removed from dashboard. Link provided in text message to recharge was invalid and received error 76 when trying to pay with recharge link online 1/2

    @Judith54Nunn It’s always Telstra’s fault even when they lie or have no clue what the problem is. I think that’s the direct narrative from their playbook “We can find no problem from our company” is really “We have no idea if we are at fault or not”.

    @Judith54Nunn Telstra are useless, I'm working in South Melbourne atm, right near the F1 race track and the reception is terrible on my phone, forget about it at my house, it's worse, there's also a node near my place that's damaged and has telstra fencing around it for over a year now.
