@Telstra Why don't you read the massive amounts of messages I've exchanged with @Telstra, the complaints, the complaints to the ombudsman. I've not received any letter, any email to explain what is going on. Nothing. We can't phone anyone. We can't contact 000 in an emergency. 62 days.

@Telstra_news Warning to all. Don't ever use Telstra for any services they will lie to you and screw you over and then lie to you more and never fix anything and if you complain they will just disconnect your services and say it a fault. in my experience the best thing to do is to stay away
