    @BeachGirlJan Go to Telstra shop and buy a mobile broadband device. Get 5G 400G monthly plan $75 plus device cost. No more problems.

    Best customer service ever. Called up @Telstra. System tells me to schedule a callback. So I schedule one. Get a callback, only for system to tell me they can’t find a suitable agent to take my call - terminates the call.

    God, @Telstra_news Telstra is terrible. (Notice the company doesn't have a Twitter presence, just a news feed.) To get my phone number back from @Suncorp I got sent a 13 page form called "Change of Ownership", I fill out the form according to instructions. 1/
