    Holy hell. Wanted to change away from @VodafoneAU to @Telstra but the process is like having nails stabbed into my eyes! Every webpage broken, app randomly fails, rejects me as a bot. Had to give the same info for the 3rd time on the phone, one letter at a time, and they hung up!

    @macsween_prue @billshortenmp We paid $80 billion for an NBN officially quoted at $6.4 billion by Telstra. No one is in jail, so waste is never a problem.

    @VodafoneAU Was thinking of moving to you from telstra but your customer service quality is appalling. Matter gone to TIO what a disgrace since tpg takeover. YOUR WEBSITE CONTAINS WRONG PH SPECS. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!

    @Telstra I also further a just because Telstra switched, my mobile bill increased by $11 just because Telstra switched to 5G. Since then all this annoying crap comes through, 100's of them? So what is the benefit of 5G again at $11 extra again?
