    @Telstra @Telstra , is there any update? I still haven’t heard. Can’t imagine why denial of service for almost 10 days is not deemed important enough even after repeated follow up.

    If you’re a Telstra customer in Adelaide, I would strongly suggest not using their default DNS servers. I made a change to two of my domains yesterday. Most of the world knew about it in an hour or two.

    My internet service has decided to stop streaming. Netflix, YouTube have stopped working. On Telstra chat line wasting my weekend waiting 3-4 mins each time I wait for a response. @Telstra 40 mins so far and still haven’t started troubleshooting

    Finally disconnected the landline, the criminal harassment got too much. Just hope the family remember to call on the mobile in an emergency. Well done @telstra.

    So @Telstra. Why is it that 2 bars of 4G can’t even play a video on Twitter anymore. The last few weeks phone service has been dreadful. Is there a reason?

    @Telstra Did some troubleshooting, looks like it is a DNS resolver issue on Telstra's side when your DNS server is returning the wrong IPv6 addresses for some of the WeChat domains on 4G / 5G. If you can pass on to your techs.
