@Telstra hey guys I need a little bit of advice… I moved over to Telstra for coverage I get one to nothing. Secondly I have horrific download/upload speeds, I was previously with Vodafone/TPG and the coverage was amazing + speed was fantastic, please help me with poor service.

@Telstra The customer service is really bad. I’ve called multiple times for an issue with my account and was told they’ll call me back or fix it but so far haven’t heard anything and the problem still there.

@CatPurry9 Fwiw private whois details are pretty standard these days. Registering a domain without whois privacy just guarantees a ton of spam (including those damn "we're from telstra your pc has the virus" spam calls)

@ryan_milgate @EmmaKealyMP Had a couple love the bad spelling in the message had a call yesterday apparently from Telstra telling me they had to access my computer to stop the internet from being disconnected very push when I kept challenging him told me to hang up and it would be disconnected still work

@margaretthrosby I hate those surveys because you may have had good service from that one person, but you may have waited 30 minutes to speak to them or the company just outright sucks (Telstra). The problem is you rate that one person as a 10 and the company think they're doing well.
