Settle down to watch a movie with MrB - and of course we can't because our internet is with @Telstra and we just keep getting the "We are experiencing slow connection speeds" warning. I had superior internet in Uganda. This is just pointless.

@hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra They sold the copper and fibre network to the NBN. They were here today and told me Telstra is now only responsible for the mobile phone network. They will need to get NBN if it's a line problem.

@RachelBoakPhD @SpotifyStatus @SpotifyCares Happening to me in Australia as well. Have spoken with escalations team at Spotify more times than I can count, nothing works. Still won’t work in mobile data on app. Mobile data will work on browser so it’s not the cellular network (telstra). ios 15.1 update and latest Spotify

@Telstra I’ve had 26 interactions with them and all you get are platitudes about working hard, yes it’s frustrating, etc. I bet if it was for a big business, there would be significant effort. Victorians have weathered a terrible storm and now this for some is devastating.

@TrentAn94382106 @Telstra @PipCrook Very interested to hear this. We began having difficulty in Boronia in the city (less than 1km from the tower) about three weeks ago. It affects some but not others. But complete blackout where we live at the moment. Not with Telstra but use Telstra network.

@Telstra 7th day without phone & none from Telstra cared to fix small issue. Everyone says they've riggt to respond in turnaround times that renews daily. They were not supposed to disconnect when not connecting. Only us who are suffering without phone & copping costs of Telstra's laxity.
