Great. I have issues with my @Telstra account which I susp. linked to my partner & I becoming each other's authorised person. Try to call them, the call centre is closed, so they force you to use the app so you get some agent who doesn't understand when you explain. 0/10 service.

@Donovan_Fergie @KazzieJean @Telstra A couple of years ago I was in an Apple shop sorting out a minor problem with my iPad. The service guy opened up a page on his screen that showed every password and account I’d ever had. He shut it down quick, but not quick enough for me to avoid seeing it. That scared me a lot.

@Telstra what a joke i place and order for an iPhone 14 pro Saturday morning to find out that night on the telstra app my order has been cancelled. I received nothing from telstra to advise why it has been cancelled. i tried speaking with live chat who were no help at all.

@AlexDGlengarry @nineislands 1) Nevertheless, they ARE the third network. 2) They are no longer minor. 3) They now have access to Telstra's network in rural Aus, as per the article I linked. 4) The tweet that you replied to was asking about service providers, not networks. 5) Aldi uses Telstra's n'work.
