.@Telstra Given you have advised FTTP NBN cannot be connected to my address despite your smart modem being connected and visible as a WiFi network, it is time to bid you farewell. Adios #FibretotheNO #NBNfail #ThisisNOThowweconnect

@HoolyMcg @Neety55 What actually piss me of with Telstra is that when you get their services you sign doc stating what you getting. But further down the time Telstra all of sudden changing rules and you basically forced to accept what ever they decide.

  • katsinsight Kat (@katsinsight) reported

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra Not sure if it will help, but what caused our wifi drop outs was too many devices connected at once to the Wifi router - they add up pretty quickly. When we disconnected all the other devices - TVs, smart appliances etc and just connected the laptops/iPads - the dropouts stopped.

Hang on... @Telstra are only pushing for thier Australian Staff to be vaccinated which equates to about ONE THIRD of thier Staff.(ref.Afternoon Breifing). How many work Overseas?

  • Matt_Donaldson Matt Donaldson (@Matt_Donaldson) reported

@Telstra paid the $25 to unlock my 92 year old Grandfather’s handset and now told it will take between 7-10 business days to get a code? C’mon guys… unacceptable. And to be told “I am wasting my time and I can not help you”… can’t leave Pop without a phone…

  • JudiJudihum Judi (@JudiJudihum) reported

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra We had this problem - is it NBN? When we insisted (through Telstra) that someone from NBN attended the property, it turned out that it had not been connected properly.

  • Michell29517739 Michelle (@Michell29517739) reported

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra switch to Aussie Broadband. Best customer service ever - local call centre. They will solve your issues for you on the spot - the guy I spoke to refused to hang up until the problem was sorted and I was happy :) Best decision ever switching away from the bigger providers
