@AlanBixter I have had a 4 year battle with multiple buck passing over an identical issue. Turns out Telstra is responsible as the owners of the pit, and - finally - They will install a drain tomorrow (the source is natural spring water). NBN could not care less about their equipment.

@Telstra I have moved from Western Australia to the ACT. @telstra advised that you cannot provide an internet service to my building. So I went with @iiNet. But you guys just sent me a bill for an internet service I have not been getting and (according to you) cannot get.

@Telstra Would an apology be in order here? First you tell me you can’t service me. Then you charge me anyway. Do you think it might be a good idea to say, Sorry Scott, we have let you down - in multiple ways - and we are sorry. Does Telstra not think customers matter?

@Telstra @vanessa2work I have been without emails for 4 days and have had problems for 3weeks. I have sent numerous messages and managed to actually speak with somebody once. There has been no resolution. Meanwhile I pay for this service. Will it ever be fixed
