Dr Josh Fergeus (@JoshFergeus) reportedUnfortunately @Telstra service continues to be terrible. Our business account manager leaves during lockdown and they don’t replace him with anyone. Took us months of chasing for them to even tell us. And despite owing us money they’re still sending us bills. #fail #Telstra

Lee McCurtayne (@mccurtayne) reportedI thought I would never be as frustrated with a service provider as Telstra, but I was wrong. There is a service provider (tongue in cheek) that pales Telstra into insignificance. Yes folks, the master of incompetence and obfuscation is now the NBN. The kings of broken promises.
-
Fuad (@fufuad_) reportedSeriously @Telstra what you gonna do about this? Is that because you have monopolized the market so you dont have the sense of urgency to help the customer?
-
Looch (@spalliera) reported@KadyLio I had Telstra once call to tell me my Internet connection had been used in fraudulent activity and the lady would happily hand me over to the I.T. Department to help fix the problem , She dropped the phone as she transferred ( hand the phone over ) I.T guy said hello after 1/2
