    @Telstra I have contacted you about this more than 30 times. I pay my bill via direct debit. Yet still there is a late fee every month. I am fed up and done with you. In January I will switch providers. It is hopeless. Thanks for offering to help but it is clear Telstra cannot

    It was confirmed to me today that young women should be running the joint. After 40hrs of phone calls to @telstra a young lady just starting out at a T shop listened patiently to my problem, said i don't know how to fix it, but I know someone who does, and she did, and fixed it.

    @Telstra I went to a watch repair shop today. The old lady running the shop asked me to dial her number to check if it was working or not. She told me that she’s been trying to get her business number working for 2 months! And then she broke down. Imagine her suffering! Pls help

    @NBN_Australia 1/2Can you please advise me how we can get a technician out to our premises to fix our NBN. We have spent hours on the phone with our provider trying to get this fixed in fact since 22 February this year. Telstra, on 4 occasions, have organised for a NBN technician

    The PEOPLE who work for @Telstra are always helpful but wow, when you need to speak to a human & the number menu doesn’t cover your problem so it deliberately hangs up on you & sends an SMS saying go online? May as well be a cheerful ’Get Rooted!’ recorded message.

    pretty much quitting streaming at this point, my net is so bad that it drops 30% frames at 2.5k bitrate while i also need to play with +100-200 ms more than off stream, making it basically unplayable. who's bright idea was it to make your net plan 50 down and 2 up @telstra ???

    @reallykazcooke @Telstra My husband is lodging a complaint with the ombudsman after three days of trying to tell Telstra that his 90-year-old dad needs to ‘speak to someone’, and can’t just use their text chat or email. No consideration for accessibility.

    @jendudley @Telstra If you aren’t wanting the phone itself to be on contract then what I’ve been doing is going Telstra Prepaid and paying the 6 or 12 month options. All the features of one of their plans, and the network coverage, but works out at like $25 a month.

    @HoolyMcg @CranmoreFarming @Telstra The reception on the Bindi-Miling road is *********. Almost as bad as the Goomalling-Northam Rd, which is deplorable. Aren't you glad we pay Telstra a premium for their services. 🙄
