@AlboMP This is what is now being replaced by FTTC. NBN is responsible NO longer Telstra but it has become unviable to upgrade these cables and joints as they know it’s becoming obsolete. No money to fix.

  • cold_shuga Katrina L. Hill (@cold_shuga) reported

@daveclark178 @JBHiFi They are going to do the same. Honestly, the JBHiFi guy was MORE help and explained things better than the @Telstra guy who was dismissive and basically said "tough".

  • robbojag Rob Jagt (@robbojag) reported

@Khuz_A @Ali_Hijazi @AlboMP Worked at Telstra for 30 odd years. Telstra and all other internet carriers have to apply to NBNco for a line to the customer. Telstra are not allowed to touch it. Fibre to the node is bypassing Telstra copper network to the pillar. Until 18 months ago, that was my job.

  • DJCTW2 (_*_) (@DJCTW2) reported

@jamesmassola His government. His culture. Imagine this issue happened in Telsta. Would you credulously write Andy Penn blasts Telstra’s culture?
