    @Telstra I have contacted you about this more than 30 times. I pay my bill via direct debit. Yet still there is a late fee every month. I am fed up and done with you. In January I will switch providers. It is hopeless. Thanks for offering to help but it is clear Telstra cannot

    @Piiiiickles We switched to Aussie after appalling service & constant issues with Telstra. Superloop are ok too (I used them when I was on my own & there were some issues but always well communicated and resolved quickly).

    @MarcScottEmery @happyjas When big corporates (like Telstra) outsourced their call centres to India, two things happened immediately. 1) The customer records databases were stolen, and 2) Scam call centres opened up, calling all the customers and attempting to scam them. The big corporates were never held accountable, but they directly caused the Indian scammer tsunami that hit Australia.

    @hichaelmart I run my own custom ICE server on a digital ocean droplet 160ms away. It also pointlessly runs TURN (coturn), I am thinking of swapping the TURN fallback to Cloudflare, cause at this point falling back to TURN gives me nothing, I can just use HTTPS direct. STUN though (managed via Googles free service) is really impressive, even on my Telstra mobile network in Australia.

    @sydney_ev Telstra has been using batteries & solar on their relay stations for years. - they fail when overcast for 3 days. Farmers complain that they charge their Li-ion batteries and 3 months later when they need to use them, they have discharged. Just life

    Just as SADS took off when the Covid jabs were rolled out but I had my Telstra service restricted for daring to suggest there might be a link between SADS and SIDS.

    I loved Telstra but they were too corrupt. They told me I am bulldozing through management when I sent an angry email to all C level excs cause they ****** over a customer and nobody took ownership. Was a good customer and I let them down because of them
