1/2 Pretty disgusting of @Telstra imo. Have to ring to ask a quick question about something for a family member as the answer is not online. 45min wait on hold after you go through 5 mins of options first. THEN told your call will be answered "4x faster" if you hang up and

No doubt about it that @telstra and @NBN_Australia are terrible at customer service. Had an appointment booked for today between 1pm and 5pm. Rang 4pm to confirm to be told it was cancelled. Can’t get hold of anyone in Australia. Next appointment is Thursday!!! WTF?!?!

Monday 21 March 2022 Hope Island Resort Bodies Corporate Internet network customers. There was a fibre breakage this morning on the Telstra fibre between HIR and Southport. That was fixed. Download speeds are OK but upload speeds are severely restricted. Telstra is on it.

@Telstra hey is there an outage of mobile phone service in Balmain? Today no phone calls can be made and no 4G network is usable. Your outage site said it would come back on 28th and then go for another planned maintenance for one week ti 3rd April? Is that serious?
