@Telstra Hey Telstra, you told me to come get a new 5G phone. Problem is , still begging you to fix the black spot in my area that leaves many of us with 3G and 1bar reception at best or nothing making calls impossible unless I drive out of area. Mosman Park- 12km from CBD. You won’t help

Holy ****. I’ve spent weeks trying to change to a @Telstra plan and every time they **** it up. I’ve spent over 20hours trying to sort it out and got no where. Luckily ombudsman will sort it quick for me 😡 Maybe because they had too many people sign up to a decent deal?! 🙄

@HankMeyerNAPP @Telstra are the bane of my existence right now...after complaining to the ombudsman about them illegally increasing my postpaid “contract”, they “gave me a $10 discount as gesture of goodwill”. Only problem is, they haven’t actually applied the discount...crazy!

@Telstra I just checked the complaint, you had until 5pm on November 19th to resolve this. I should let them know you have failed.

@craig3352 @mariewalsh18 @Telstra Spoofing the calling ID is trivial, used all the time by the scammers. The email looks like it might be legit... scammers might have access to your telstra login, change password just in case, and could have requested the change so they can use it for password/account changes ?

@Telstra Any chance someone can provide an update on the signal outage for Foxtel for the last 6 hours ??

@HankMeyerNAPP Instead of just being slow they decided not to answer the phones at all blaming the virus. You need to go to a Telstra store to actually speak to someone.
