Called Telstra last week to get a new high speed internet connection. They took my credit card details and never charged me. Called again today and learnt a rogue employee has been scamming people like this. Thanks @Telstra 👍

@Telstra Thanks, Jimmy. The disconnected party contacted Telstra earlier to get reconnected but they weren't able to help and referred them to "whoever requested the cancellation" but they didn't request a cancellation. Is there someone they can reach out to please?

@Telstra I’ve been on sos only for 2 weeks for no reason. I’ve been in places where it should’ve been full bars of service and still nothing. I have no idea why this has happened, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve tried turning off my phone & taking out the SIM card and still nothing

@telstra nbn support widget asked me to powercycle my modem... 30 seconds after I JUST TOLD HIM ID JUST DONE THAT. These people are fkn hopeless.
