Also, funnily enough, @Telstra got my phone number, now I get phone calls from “Daniel from Amazon Customer Service”. Tell me why I decided to give them another shot?

@Telstra Yep I think the issue is my phone is provided by work thats the $5 offer, I guess my almost $400 a month spend isn't enough for that level discount.

To anyone thinking of moving your NBN service or signing up to NBN, be careful. We have just moved to a HFC NBN area, had @Telstra ‘move’ our service. @NBN_Australia have no connection boxes, so 2 month wait!! This is what holds Aust back. Disappointed? You bet. #NBN #Telstra

@Telstra_news Yes cause your Indian call centre workers turned my service off after two days because it wasn't meant to be on for 13 days. Telstra good for stealing Aussies money. Take your company to India and ****** stay there.

@Telstra I can’t use the app chat because my service doesn’t show up on my account. It’s been like this for over a week now, now my internet has stopped working, even though it should be on the 4g network until Telstra sort themselves out. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

@FionaLakeAus @Telstra Telstra is deeply unimpressive as well unresponsive. We terminated our final service with them early last year. Check their corporate adresses. Contact the MD via his PA (call). Change providers. #Telstranofukksgiven

@Telstra what a joke Telstra are!!!! Paying for slave labour in the Phillipines for online help!!!! 15 minutes between responses as they are dealing with multiple people at the same time. No wonder people are leaving in droves!!!
