@TelstraEnt You know, because an iPhone 12 on Telstra is the only device and network carrier that can enable the scenario your ad was about. 🙄

What a joke @NBN_Australia and @Telstra. I currently have nbn service but am moving home and I and my spouse both work from home. I am moving from HCF to HCF, but nbn is not taking orders due to "equipment shortages".

  • Benno_15OCE Benno_16 (@Benno_15OCE) reported

@Telstra The Internet is still super slow. All I want is to have a service that is reliable.

@Telstra Is there a way to escalate this everytime, I have diploma in network and systems admin. If I'm coming to you guys for help I already have tried everything I can do on my end and it's either something on your end or the hardware/firmware which can't be fixed.

@AnnieBrownie4 @BrittMezher Telstra are the worst but more often than not their bills are wrong. Cut them off pronto & put a payment plan in place. Get a prepaid dataplan for a while from one of the other companies and hotspot internet. Id be happy to pay for a month access to give you breathing space DM me

@Telstra Christian @telstra support has helped me. Has checked and is putting refund in for the extra charge. Advised I should see the refund back onto my card in 3 to 5 days. Thanks for your reply!

So, there has been some debate about whether or not there’s service at the camp I’m going to. The camp says there is service for Telstra (my provider) but a few girls who have gone there in the past say there is no service. So, if there is no service, I will take down notes of +

Been back and forward with @Telstra support for a few days regarding a modem that has died, whatever morons they hire for support should be fired immediately. Asked me to perform a speed test on a broken router. Absolute Morons.
