    @Telstra hello. Long time customer etc. I was disappointed to learn last week when upgrading that on my last plan I had been duped :-( I’m told I’m still paying off an accessories pack which at the time I was told “choose accessories they come with the plan”.

    @deniseshrivell ..Telstra is hopeful i won't lose tv, net, and landline before they install in March (original was Feb). So i'm forced onto Telstra NBN - slower and more expensive than my HFC cable (100mbps down to 50). Moving to Aussie Broadband ASAP (faster cheaper). Telstra & Telstra NBN suck

    @Telstra, why is your outage website telling me my home internet service is interrupted and won't be restored until tomorrow at 6pm? you guys need to start sending texts; i've been trying to work from home for two hours now with absolutely no luck.

    @Telstra Yes I can see my services, my bills and my rewards points status and points number.... the problem is that, whilst I am logged into his account I cannot spend any of my reward points... if I click on "rewards store" I get "something went wrong" regardless of how I access it

    @Telstra So I need an app on the phone I lost? :) Is there another way? place from where I bought the phone (I called them) to block the phone and complain about the false selling of insurance on the phone as upgrade and protect which I am now told does not cover stolen phones. No help :(

    @Telstra hi team, I am having major issues getting assistance. I returned my old iPhone (NPH) in the satchel on 25th Nov. I now see that my last two bills I am still being charged and it appears to be MIA after I posted it. Tried three times to get help on the My Telstra app 1/2
