@Telstra Your staff are unhelpful and rude. This is not the first time and after 30 years im tired of being treated like an idiot. I have placed a complaint and will be switching as soon as i can.

  • alansattler74 Alan 🇦🇺 (@alansattler74) reported

@Telstra We have been and keep getting there is no problems

  • TfLovell Tim Lovell (@TfLovell) reported from Yarrawonga, State of Victoria

@alansattler74 @RowcropAust @Telstra Do rural customers pay the same amount for Telstra service as city customers? If so, why? Clearly rural customers do not receive the same service!

  • TPythia The_Pythia (@TPythia) reported

Black holes exist. All that 'feedback' we provide to banks, Telstra, NBN, utility companies, etc disappears into giant black holes. How do I know? Because their crappy systems never improve. Their 'service' never gets better. They never hire more staff. Sick of it.

  • barecravings barecravings (@barecravings) reported

@Telstra I'm so tired of having these fights with your staff. if the girl, for one minute, stopped talking over me she would know what i was trying to say. i have a whole email chain talking about my issue and she wouldn't listen or let me talk to a supervisor. 12274684

@andy_penn Andy I was thinking maybe next time you have a problem with Telstra you should do what the great unwashed do and be stuffed around for hours on end . Then u might care for your customers

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

Hey @Telstra why are we forced to use the MyTelstra app for support when staff have been instructed not to act on requests for support? The complaint I made on 18 May was never acted on despite daily contacts via the app. Even after I had a case number - no action was initiated.

  • gstewart009 Graham Stewart (@gstewart009) reported

@ABCRural I totally agree with Minister. After a week and half trying to get Telstra to explain why I can not get internet on my mobile to connect to a GPS correction service, I get told "keep trying and we will get back to you". Penn is just another overpaid corporate charlatan.
