Been on live chat to @Telstra for 2 hours (between 4am & 6am). Feels like I’m lost in a maze watching Groundhog Day with the Hyundai ‘Sail Away’ Enya Car Ad stuck in my head whilst enduring a fever dream during a @ScottMorrisonMP Prime Ministership 😵‍💫 #telstra #AusPol2022 #Help

@PeterWMurphy1 Yes! Velocity of the spread, containment measures, efficacy, when can we expect similar Telstra issues, and what measures to take on our micro, household level. Numbers, numbers, numbers....

@Mismash5 @Telstra Oh wow. Yeah that sounds like a bit of an overreaction. But it's clearly an issue with Telstra where they thought doing this was a good idea, implemented it and have completely ignored the feedback on it.

  • Petitioner007 Ruth Leahy (@Petitioner007) reported

@Telstra Thanks Ryan. That’s new info. I didn’t know Telstra wasn’t using offshore Call Centres now. I’ll read article later. Unfortunately damage is done. Endless mess & traumatising customers can’t be undone. Had fwit just recently accusing me of utter BS on back of Phillipina’s mess.
