    @Telstra Your mobile apps need updating as they have bugs. Have been unable to access notifications in my telstra 24/7 app or connect to telstra air app. Online customer support is frustrating as spent 2 hours and did not get above problems fixed

    @dlewis89 @abcsydney @9NewsSyd Oh god, my kid was a few streets away at a friend's house. Confirmed she is fine but looks like Optus service is down. Thankfully someone in their group is on Telstra and could get a call out. Horrific stuff.

    @Telstra The thing is, I have been doing this for months and there is no improvement. In fact, it seems to be getting worse. And I’m not the only one, so many people I talk to are having the same issue. Telstra clearly has issues that need to be fixed

    @Ladymondgreen1 @Costa77516533 Have you tried chat. We have pretty good service here. 🤞🤞 We find we get quicker response when using chat, not only Telstra, but other establisments. May not solve your problem immediately, but possibly will hasten solution. Good luck. 🤞🙏

    @Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?
