@Telstra I’m in Kew but in a dead zone for 4G and it’s unusable. I don’t mind going to the office that day. The site says there might be a outage so it is planned and point around reasonable times still stands. 7am-3pm is not ok. Imagine if a bank did that??

Just had the most asinine discussion with a @Telstra rep claiming that splitting out payment dates for handset and plan simplifies billing for the customer, and I can’t change dates to sync them up. @Telstra WTF!? Why would I want that!?
