@Telstra 3 days, and 8 hours later. You still can’t fix my problem. What’s the point in sending me to your website, and having the website tell me I need to call? If I wasn’t $480 in@credit, I’d be gone tomorrow. Any other company want my business? Im done with Telstra.

@Adam41907115 @NRL I agree 100%... without any notice or advance notification, they cancel it. Many Telstra customers will not be happy. It was a surprise.

@Telstra It ws the Elizabeth SA store. We waited 15 mins first to get in store.. then 2 hrs to exchange phones & tablet. 1/2hr of it ws them trying to convince us to get the accessories packages that we didnt want. Eventually said yes to shut him up. And products were crap anyway.

@joshgnosis Well, as long as you’re referring to Turnbull’s garbage MTM, yes. But that needs to be seen in terms of a massive liability disposal by Telstra to NBN, literally socialising their creaking old copper and NBN Co paying them to do so.
