    @Telstra During the black summer bushfires of 2019 Telstras lack of service indangered thousands of people due to the fact no one could recieve warnings and infomation of the approaching fire front. People pay outrageous bills for a service that doesnt deliever

    Hi @Telstra is your CS support department calling non customers re their internet? I got a strange call asking me about my connectivity and then wanting to look at my router, but hung up as it seemed suss 👀

    @Telstra 2.4Mbps (up and down from) doesn't cut it. The Telstra infrastructure is at fault and obviously totally ignored by corporate telstra in favour of money. Frustrating when every tech (no offence) thinks they can't fix it when truthfully they can't unless they fix the exchange.

    Grrr @Telstra second attempt to get support. First time hung up on 5 times. 2 hours on messenger. Now trying to cancel. 3 hours on messenger 60mins phone wait 😳 😤

    @Telstra your service is pathetic. I can’t reach anyone. I moved House, placed a “move request” and now I get a message to “call Telstra”, I call Telstra and I get told “please go online”, I go online and it says “call Telstra”...round and round we go!

    @Idealaw Had the same problem at our apartment. I’d like to know a solution, because after several years with both Telstra and Optus, neither have genuinely tried to resolve it

    @Telstra This has been an awful experience - although it’s not over yet. Actually upsetting and stressful. I’ve spent so many hours on this, including 5 visits to the store. The manager there was so incredibly rude, and lied to my face. All because I was sold a BROKEN PHONE.

    @Telstra - congratulations on a great customer service (sic) team! I think I have now spoken to all of them, over the last couple of months, and every one of them has been very polite in apologising for the inconvenience and telling me that they will resolve my problem.
