  • northlanejosh my name is josh (@northlanejosh) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

ONE HOUR waiting for service from @Telstra

  • scott_thewspot Scott (@scott_thewspot) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@cjjosh @ben_hr The reason I joined twitter in the first place was to have my system management send me sms alerts using twitter api because it was free, but would cost $2/sms via Telstra bridge service

  • crashpluto2166 Harry Buchanan (@crashpluto2166) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The internet service in Sydney is a disgrace. @Telstra running at 1.5mbs and this is in the city. #hopeless

  • debrapittam Debra Pittam (@debrapittam) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Update on my #Telstra #NBN connection winge: they dropped us from 100/30 to 25/5 still keeping us on the same price plan. The only way to resolve it without an increae in plan cost was to raise a complaint. Check your speeds people. If we hadn’t we wouldn’t have known.

  • gjblue Greg Blue (@gjblue) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

@Hillysfarms @Telstra I reckon telstra coverage in metro areas is third after optus and Vodafone, its terrible here in Newcastle

  • psimpsonmorgan Peter Morgan (@psimpsonmorgan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Goldenjocks Another thought, why are these problems with the NBN coming out now when Ziggy a former Telstra CEO is the Chairman of the NBN.

  • AndrewColley Andrew Colley (@AndrewColley) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Last night @Ausgrid moved power on my st u'gnd. Partial outage was expected. #hfc cut out eventho I still had power. @Telstra assured me that it needed @NBN_Australia tech visit; wld take days. Telstra calls 2day & says it was a "scheduled" NBN outage & the network shld be up🤔🤔

  • adlrope Adam Rope (reality is stranger than fiction) (@adlrope) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

@Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

  • trevorlong Trevor Long (@trevorlong) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@mhp478 @JamesCridland @NBN_Australia @Telstra Utter bullshit. Take your hate elsewhere so we can just have a problem solving conversation without you

  • alisterrobbie Alister (@alisterrobbie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Unfortunately not. Still sluggish. Voip conference calls dropping out. We’ve had to resort to phone tethering to get work done. Appreciate you can’t do much. Will head back through the support grinder again later when I’ve got spare time.
