    @DanielAndrewsMP 000 service need fixing urgently. That schould be your priority! Do people know that 000 is answered by Telstra operators who than connect you with emergancy departments when available? Was this one of your genius ideas? Are you aware how many people died because of this?

    @Telstra a few weeks or a month ago the most recent one but there been a dozen or more in the past years alone (call up telstra for problems, they have to ,,send a technician" who tells us its not us but telstras system/lines) then escalated to a higher department then put in repeat

    @abcnews best of luck using Telstra their service is shocking. Was getting 6MBPS from their ADSL broadband internet for years whilst being charged for Adsl2 hopeless!!

    Still no internet. Grump. But an iiNet service person is coming tomorrow. Yay. During the night, Telstra phones came on after a week. Starting to get back to a sort of normal as the flood waters recede.
