@GladysB The iiNet/TPG merger was a horrid day. iiNet went to **** and I expect Telstra to follow. Go Aussie Broadband instead, faster speeds and this is coming from an ex-iiNet employee!

@Telstra Thanks for supporting @NBN_Australia to move my NBN line without my permission, and delete my business internet service. This was NOT requested, and has destroyed my business for the last 3 days. And 2 hours on the phone to @Telstra each day has resolved NOTHING.

@GladysB I have been @Optus customer for 20+ years. The past 10 weeks our internet goes on and off 10-15 times per day. Two weeks ago we were lucky to have it for a few hours. NBN & Optus each blame each other. I keep paying the bills for a substandard service. Telstra, here I come..

@Telstra No, you do NOT understand. You didn’t then, you don’t now and you will never do so. No change in this policy at all. The end user is just a series of new incident numbers to be ignored.

@korstraw @sallymcmanus Or Telstra. All Australians, for generations, contributed to the creation and building of our national communication network but only those who could afford to buy shares could become part owners.
