    @flightcentreAU and @VirginAustralia you two could not be bigger ******** to deal with…. Seriously, we wasted days trying to get anything back from our covid cancelled flight and after another 45min on hold you just hang up. Worse than Telstra

    @jacket1962 Thanks 🙏 They are awful! went through their app for help like the lady here from Telstra suggested and got one of those bots who suggested I pay my bill! It’s not even due yet, I’ve already got a head ache so I’m going to wait until morning

    @3AWNeilMitchell complaining about the GOVT public services failing us. Fair enough. BUT!.... 1. The LNP was going to gut the public service! 2. Private serice is no better. Arguably WORSE. Telstra, insurance companies, power companies, Qantas, water..... the whole LOT of them.
