    1 hour 20 minutes wait time to get through to Flybys. Get ******. Tried to do it online but wouldn't allow me to change my email address. Do companies actually think u have the one email address for life? 18 months after Telstra screwed me I'm still fixing up problems

    @Telstra No Thanks. May be explain why I cannot port a eSim to a new phone? Technology doesn't seem to work. Customer support doesn't know technology isn't working. Had to talk to 3 people before being told that the system is having issues. Don't fix it for me. Fix it for yourself.

    @Filapek @JamesGreenhal20 Yes I understand. Point is, telstra looked like a reasonable buy to many of us at $5 in December 2016. Share price is $4.11 five years on. We all know when things are bad, they can get much worse.

    @Telstra Sooner than what? Midnight? The outage started on 9th Dec and the proposed date for repair was (up to) 20th Dec. It is now the 20th December. Still not working at 13.45.
