    @Telstra I got it sorted but it took a very long time... This is the third time in a row I've had issues getting a new phone with @telstra... There should be some compensation, I think I might contact the ombudsman because it keeps happening

    In vain tried 2 ensure credit was given as prom, said wont pay bill til fixed— @Telstra D/C us again so We obv w/forced 2 relent. Now im D/C AGAIN desp ext til Sept 28 just like last time! Im appalled & enlist fellow MFC member @3AWNeilMitchell 2 help prev enduring such hell! 4/4

    @Telstra I’ve not heard from Telstra again today Lauren. I was going to take your advice and speak to someone in your helpful NBN sales team on Monday. Rest assured I’ve lodged a formal complaint about Telstra disconnecting my internet with the ombudsman.

    hey @telstra I'm 45 minutes into a customer "service" phone call to fix a billing error on your part and still I am no closer to having the erroneous charges repealed and a refund forwarded to me. this "service" call consists of 12 minutes dialogue and 33+ minutes of hold music.

    @ryanbro65386828 @Kathw1201 @7AFL They should have worked out something last week surely it would have occurred to someone important that part of Telstra’s service would not have happened. Kerry’s there tonight and he definitely could have given an extra mil for 7+ access.
