@jaxstar84 I’m switching to Boost prepaid. It’s the same network as Telstra but way cheaper.

  • zacre_bleu Zacré Bleu (@zacre_bleu) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@joshh_dp Well. I was switching to Telstra anyway. My old carrier was ****

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra I have never been this frustrated with a company in my life! And I’ve reached an impasse with your level of stupidity. Seriously, I’ve been reduced to man-splaining your own tech to your people!

  • zap_slz Peter Zanon (@zap_slz) reported

@Telstra It was from all phones, iPads etc connected to 4G over the weekend - got better on Sunday evening. Will see tomorrow Friday and over weekend if bad again. Seems a capacity issue?

  • ftafra Frane (@ftafra) reported

@Telstra Posted support request in detail, all troubleshooting done + alternate contact, no response for 2h. My 6th attempt over 3 days to get help. Telstra should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. When will someone actually help me! Or do I need to get the Ombudsman?

  • ftafra Frane (@ftafra) reported

@Telstra There is no 24/7 support. Telstra are more than happy to leave my phone system in a faulty state. Lots of ...sorry, we are here for you, we can help you. But when it comes down to it, no. Nothing. So disappointed So sick and tired of it all.

  • domknight Dom Knight (@domknight) reported

I got an iPhone 12 on @optus last week and was excited to try the fancy new 5G network. The reviews I read say their coverage is nearly as good as @Telstra’s, which I can’t get at home. So far I’ve loved seeing the 5G symbol... the one brief time it’s *ever* happened.

  • scully65 michael scully (@scully65) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@Telstra Greg! I apologize! But I tend to lose my temper every time we have contact. Suggestion: I believe there is a correlation between your mass-mailings (paper and digital) and your service line traffic. You might study the relationship and adjust accordingly.

@domknight @Optus @Telstra See if Bill Gates can help

  • HeritageScrapbo Michelle Scragg (@HeritageScrapbo) reported

@NotSoWiseOwl1 This happened to my sister. The idiot paid his $1500 Telstra bill so they didn't have any trouble finding him.
