@Telstra Sick to death of your absolutely useless online processes for dealing with faults, after more than a week of outage. Sick of dealing with online agents in Karachi or wherever else in the Islamosphere, who might just as well be on Mars, & never read info previously given.

@Telstra you have by far the lowest customer support of any company I’ve ever dealt with, it’s actually embarrassing that your Australian. Fancy sending all the support/call centre work overseas just to make a few extra dollars. When decisions are made for money people suffer

@Telstra why are you blaming @NBN_Australia for the current internet outage in 3156? That’s pretty poor form. NBN had issues yesterday, but that was resolved this morning. Telstra still has the outage until 2/3/21 (at this stage) I’m sure this will be pushed out further.

@Telstra so your message said an operator would be with me in 15 to 30 minutes.......1 hour 25m and counting. I thought I'd also try online chat support whilst waiting.....waiting for 56 minutes so far on that too. Is anybody actually working in support? Just wondering.

Don't worry @telstra got to 1 hr 30 mins and just gave up. If this was any other company in Australia you'd be hauled before a judge for falsely advertising that you actually have any staff working in "support".

Hey, who claimed that I was born on 19th of November when I was born on 18th of November? I have problems with Telstra because of some con artists.
