@Telstra Once upon a time I used to be a Telstra employee, and back then Telstra actually had good service and a good reputation. The past few years Telstra's service and reputation has been significantly declining. Service coverage & infrastructure are the only things keeping it going.

@Telstra Yes, but I just found out its not an outage but someone in the call centre cancelled all my email addresses and just got told it would be 5 days to get them reconnected???!!! This is going to cost me work!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@Telstra Then why have online chat told me it’s to do with privacy? What a joke. No accountability. Just farm out customer service to teams that are probably offshore, probably getting paid nothing or very little and have no oversight.

Wondering if the 45 minute wait on the Telstra complaint line is because everyone else is complaining about the complete rubbish mobile phone service recently. Under a near new tower and got 1 bar???
