Can someone @Telstra @andy_penn please tell why I cannot get through to speak to a customer service officer regarding a bill enquiry. I have been trying for the past number of days and all I get is a text message sent to me with a link that does not help me at all. Absolute joke.

@Telstra @zoobomax @Telstra you need to get your act together with this, you are the ONLY streaming service in Australia that does not offer Disney+ and you've been saying that "you're working on it" since 2019. It's now March 2021. Seriously can you not see the THOUSANDS of complaints about this?

@Telstra Ongoing issue. Every day shift in the evening everything takes ages to load. Sometimes iMessages don’t work and get sent as a text message.

@Telstra Can you PLEASE get someone to ring me? I want to CANCEL EVERY Telstra Service I have.... YOU HAVE NO CUSTONER SUPPORT, you can't even provide internet service. I was better off on ADSL... and that is a very SAD thing

@Telstra The network is just very poor. I migrated from optus to telstra but feel it was not worth it. Call drops and poor internet connection for a 5g enabled phone..
