@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra Unless it's a Telstra supplied wifi device it has nothing to do with them. Telstra will test to your network boundary point. The rest is up to you .

@Telstra Appalling customer service and false promotions of Telstra day offers. So frustrated with experiences I had to go through with Customer service with no standard lead times and false commitments made by the teams. Almost 5 days and still awaiting resolution. Shame on you.

@Telstra ...and now back to @hotelsdotcom... who I'm on my 10th phone call with @hotelscomhelp. The last Customer Service rep confirmed my refund after speaking with the hotel...but I just got an email saying the refund is pending as the hotel didn't answer!?!? How is this possible?!?!

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra I'd never usually defend Telstra but you've likely got local network congestion issue with 5 users, especially if all are using WiFi. Try plugging PC's directly into the router with a network cable, if no drop outs occur it's not a Telstra fault.

Gotta love telstra, 4 weeks of "go to store" "call on line" "go to store" "call on line". Another 40 min wait only to be hung up on when asking for the manager when they cannot reslove their mistake. Wtf. @testra

@Telstra As a customer, is there any way I can block it? It arrives with no "from" phone number, so I can't block it here. Can I block messages from "numberless" senders? (or is there a rule that forbids telcos from letting customers do that?)

@SwoopLuke @HarbourISP Internode, mate. They’re a subsidiary of iiNet, with all customer service located in Adelaide. Good prices, great speeds, never had an issue, even when they were my ADSL2+ provider. They also used to do the WiFi for the MCG before Telstra took over.

@melbstormrocks @CathBird5 I’m over 60 and still with Telstra because there is no other choice here. I loathe the company and it’s appalling customer service. I’ve had major battles with them over the years. Get legal advice or join one of the legal actions agains mandatory vax.
