There is definitely something wrong with @NBN_Australia right now. I can get 264Mbps download, but only 0.03Mbps upload (tested on multiple machines, using HFC). I'm a @Telstra broadband customer, but am very confident this is an NBN issue.

@TelstraPurple Considering Telstra can’t manage to operate a call centre during a pandemic, unlike every other major company who can, and considering your digital response to the problem - your messaging system - is completely usesless, I expect Telstra wld transform a business in to bankruptcy

@Telstra Multiple times. It sends me around in circles and then to a chat service that tells me to call the number! I just want to speak to someone. Most expensive telco in the country and noone answers! AND the business chats are unattended - 1155am Wednesday. LOL

I have Belong and never have any trouble...I have FTTP tho...it's always a bit faster than the plan...they are a subsidiary of Telstra so they're using all the Telstra infra...which is the best down here by far..why they are so much cheaper than Telstra I'll never know!

@AlexDevantier @MRowlandMP @Telstra Good ol #Telstra ! Charge the earth for “premium” service, but SFA in rural Victoria. Ultimately, we all pay for it while the bulk is siphoned off to more populated areas ! (IMO). Like for example FTTP Vs FTTN, while Telstra benefits either way for FTTN customers). #JustSaying

.@Telstra's "message to text" service gives you a split second to think before recording a 10-second message that will be converted to SMS. I respectfully suggest that this is a flawed idea.

@Telstra My black nbn box (HFC) has a power light on, but the downstream/upstream/online lights are not lit. Thus I have no internet through the nbn. I want to rectify this issue.

WHAT ******** IS UP WITH TELSTRA'S MOBILE RECHARGE PAGE?? I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RECHARGE A BLOODY PHONE SINCE LAST NIGHT AND JUST GET THE ******* SPINNING WHEEL OF DEATH. DOWNLOAD THEIR STUPID BLOATY APP WHICH SENDS ME TO THE SAME PAGE WITH THE SAME NON-RESULT. YOU ABSOLUTE WANKERS

@Telstra The mobile coverage in Redfern is still terrible. Is the work still not complete yet? They're renovating a Telstra facility on the corner of George and Turner Sts. Does that have something to do with it?
