    You could have tried to adjust our mobile options? Call us? Nothing? I call it - the "Telstra Grab" - they never call you to actually help reduce costs, but does not matter. I know who to go with. Thank for the big F-U to this loyal customer

    @telstra **** service, **** customer service. They deducted money from account for data pack up and still internet working for last 24 hours. I contact customer service and 24/7 messing service. Issue still not resolve.

    Hey @Telstra since @NBN_Australia are unable to connect new HFC connections, imagine trying to work and learn from home on your top 400GB 4G plan. Any chance you can make that plan unlimited while Sydney is in lock down?

    @Telstra What’s the point, your service is down again just fix it and provide some reliability that lasts longer then 24 hours.

    @Telstra Nothing different than before but once I was able to use another phone issue was resolved momentarily then lapsed I then redialled and once connected to help line am finally re connected

    @Telstra Phil, No I am not, because Telstra never offered it to me, but are clearly keen to charge me upto $200 per month for NBN. Its just not good enuf. Would like to have the 4G modem today!!
