@VLTaylor Hahaha oh my god I didn’t think of that. It just says “influential” at the top of my bill. Drives me mad every time but I was told I can’t change it because it’s a company account and I’d have to change my number…? @Telstra can you help a sister out please?

@Telstra How on earth do you expect me to log in? I do not have the dongle.. You never sent it. Look back through dms.. You have all the info. Rang last month. Repeated it all again. This is ridiculous, bizarre.

@southwin28 @MrKRudd Had to look this one up as I wasn't aware of it being a thing. Am reading Foxtel is still dealing with Telstra? Whatever the case: will stick to a VPN and some other streaming service.

@Telstra Can’t use those sorry, work supplied mobile. Please note this is evident on multiple devices using your network. (Telstra my phone, 2 x Woolies mobile using Telstra network). It’s now today showing two bars, so still one to two bars short of normal.

@Telstra I just want Telstra to answer their phones when I ring them with a problem. I don’t mind waiting five minutes or even 15 minutes but not one day or for ever. All the big phone companies have hopeless phone inquiry and information lines, but I think Telstra is the worst!
