@Telstra Trying to cancel an account for a relative, I’m a signatory on the account. The app won’t register me, keeps telling me to tick the I’m not a robot box even though it is ticked. Your site has no options and your call centre is closed? Your chat tells me to get the app.

Stop trying to make excuses for your system Telstra! It demands that I go and find my phone, locate a code to login on my desktop to access my emails via webmail, and now has locked me out of my emails entirely because it says I have logged in too many times to my webmail! FIXIT!

@Telstra OK Shannon. Numerous phone calls and multiple incident reports. Nothing done. Two separate attempts to transition to NBN, neither of which gone anywhere. I have been told to contact Sales for a THIRD time to start a THIRD attempt to transition. So what help?
