    @Telstra no mobile service, have logged in to account, troubleshooting is not working, no 24/7 agents available to assist, says call back on a weekday!!! I am a customer with a registered life threatening medical condition and you are leaving me & all of us unconnected #Breach

    Hi @Telstra - why is it utterly impossible to find out or change details on your login account? @FABandicoot has spent hours at one of your shops, and then refereed to online FAQ and then put on phone hold. It shouldn't take 5 hours to make progress on a simple query
