@Telstra I'm in Victoria been waiting for my plan to change from superfast to ultrafast it's been 3 days support team keep telling me to ring back every 24 hours. I was also told my order got "stuck in the system" how hard can it be to switch from one speed tier to another? Please help.

  • mattyzee Matt (@mattyzee) reported

Hey @Telstra. I'm stuck overseas and can't get back to Australia. Can I not get my monthly billing for my mobile service put on hold until I get back? I'm currently having to pay every month despite being in a position to use said service.

@Telstra I do in my diary at work. We have several. Things can go wrong but no one deserves Telstra standards of communications and lack of resolution

@CommBank This is what CBA says every time "high volume of calls" - a bank that makes billions of dollars and can't have enough telephone staff to take calls. Terrible service, probably worst than Centrelink and Telstra call centres. I feel sorry for the call centre staff.

@Telstra I don’t have the time to waste being on hold or talking to your teams about an issue that they won’t fix The 4g network is just not good enough in this day & age. I’ll stick to 3G for voice calls, far better quality & service, I’m not looking forward to the day it’s turned off

@cottonfarmgirl @Telstra @advanced_agtech I live 5km from a regional city only 200 km from Melb and most calls go through to message bank and I run a business with one bar service. Phone service and connectivity has not improved in 15 years. It is a national disgrace.

@Telstra @advanced_agtech It's a national rural and regional issue & being on hold isn't something we have time for, it's getting worse with dropouts, not being about to ring out or missed calls that didn't ring. It's a massive safety issue for those outside of large centres & it impacts our business
