Is it just me or is every institution full of complete ******* morons now? I'd get better critical thinking trying to call Telstra Customer Service. Jesus.

  • catedempsey Gillian Dempsey (@catedempsey) reported

@Methead13 <hugs> they suck. I went to Yanco for a friend's wedding a week ago and had the disconnect dinosaur for most of the drive on Telstra. We pay but we get crap access from ANY supplier. The joys of oligopolistic competition instead of an absolute monopoly 🙄

  • McShayne2011 ً (@McShayne2011) reported

@CaraMia200 @Camelli79450301 1. Telco. "Hi Telstra/Amaysim etc etc, I lost my phone. But I got a new one, can you transfer my number?" "no problem, let me just get a few details from you .." 2. Bank etc. 'Forgot your password? Let us sms you a new one ..."

I went thru a lot of **** when the phone was stolen, the theives used my gmail, phone no. & access to phone bank app to apply for credit cards & signed me up to a Telstra contract that put me in debt I had to fight. Figured it was over but the leftover anxiety's still there.

@janine_hendry Are we starting to see a poor pattern of behaviour with large organisations and how they treat their customers eg. qantas, star casinos, crown, amp, telstra

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra @acccgovau Now that I have paid the account I don't suppose it would be too much to ask for the service originally requested?

  • PorkandSauce tammo (@PorkandSauce) reported

@Telstra currently experiencing immense issues with new business mobile plan - flagship store can’t help, marrickville metro store can’t help. Two different bills, one account. Nightmare. Phone broken. My husband is deaf. He needs his phone desperately.

  • Type217 Dino Don Thug (@Type217) reported

@CavillJyckel Belong. It’s the Telstra network but no actual Telstra. Works and cheap.

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra @Telstra Look, that is not what I asked. That is why we should talk on the open channel so you can be seen to provide good service.

  • _rjm_ Rob Morgan (@_rjm_) reported

@Telstra do your upfront plans support eSIM now?
