@Telstra Thank you Telstra, it is 4.54pm, I started contacting you at about 4.00pm. I believe I am within your just quoted time frame. Do your staff get paid to drop us out ? If not then what are we dropping out?? Not at all happy with service or the generated response.

@Telstra I am ok with that, but the staff make wrong address until I reviewed email. Asked to fix that, and told you have to cancel the order again, and I could not place new order until both orders have been cancelled completely from your system. (2/4)

@Telstra I love it how you can be with a company for decades & pay them 10’s of thousands of $ And it’s still impossible to get someone to help you They keep telling me everything is working well but you still cannot connect But u can be sure they will deduct a monthly debit

The best thing about being an Optus customer is all the extra steps I get in. Lazy Telstra customers just expect to be able to check their bank balance wherever they want. Optus keeps things interesting and often you need to walk until you get a tower that allows data.

@Telstra Please explain why your staff on the app are actively refusing to lodge a complaint? We haven't had a stable internet connection for 4 days and were meant to have recieved a phone call following an escalation but thus far, no phone call!
