@Telstra The chat is still open in the app - very frustrating though. Was told it was fault at your end in both phone calls but the only way 'I' can fix it is via chatting through the app

@Telstra I did that moments after the email. No reply or call all day today! Bloody useless @Telstra would you be happy you have had to wait months on end for a major problem to be fixed with yr service & over a month for $2149 to be refunded!

@Telstra thanks for apologising for not having internet for the last 12 hours but how about a refund like a normal service company would have to provide when failing to provide the service that is paid for.

On hold for 3 hours to @Telstra today to report a fault. I suppose the @Telstra policy is that is you do nothing the problem will fix itself.

Just to be clear @Telstra I can delete and block unsolicited Spam from Scammers, but I can't delete and block unsolicited crap from Craig Kelly or QLD Labour?
