    @Telstra Hi Bianca. Between your Live Chat telling me to go in-store, your call centre telling me the only option is to post me a printed QR code (WTF!), and your store telling me it’s a 2+ hour wait to be seen… I’m pretty frustrated at Telstra’s incompetency!

    @OurNewHomecoach Those Surveys come back to bite the kpi of the staff member , play with caution. Telstra only liked to use the good ones , any customer argument wasn't surveyed. We lost the top bonus on error calls too(phone survey)

    Rubbish Telstra 5G in North Parramatta again today. No one paying premium price for Telstra garbage internet has any data. EFTPOS machines; Nothing - THIS IS A NATIONAL DISGRACE - FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!

    @DocB__ @woolworths Not as clever as Telstra. Sending bills to a non existent email address, as in the one they never sent the gadget to access. Which I'd just cancelled, after a year of waiting for said gadget. And been charged for, for a year.

    we will of course all recall the time i could not extra a package from @telstra for weeks because of a failed delivery, after so ending hours calling different departments to untangle wtf was going on
