@Telstra I have been informed that there was a stabiliser been installed and they need to now monitor for another 48 hours. Until then they're can't confirm if it's fixed. Again this morning between 9.15-9.30am my internet slowed down to 5Mbps. Apparently this is part of testing.

@Telstra paid the $25 to unlock my 92 year old Grandfather’s handset and now told it will take between 7-10 business days to get a code? C’mon guys… unacceptable. And to be told “I am wasting my time and I can not help you”… can’t leave Pop without a phone…

@6_medic Aldimobile plans are much cheaper......still use the Telstra network. Switched about 3yrs ago and would never go back......
