@telstra Years ago I reported probs with data at Flinders St station in Melb during peak hour; the person who replied suggested the train was acting as a faraday cage. Thought I’d check in with a reminder that the problem still exists, including in the open air + on a new device.

@Telstra really value some assistance from someone that actually knows what they are doing. Our area recently had maintenance to the internet service (advised by Telstra) and subsequently we have had our internet speed cut in half. Your advice of modem resets has been no help.
Second time in 2 weeks I’m on hold trying to get through to #telstra to get them to sort out their $127 overcharge on my account! Funnily enough the callback they promised never happened!! Ggrrrr!!!!
@Telstra It has never been this difficult to get an internet connection before! I am forced to use Telstra Velocity.
@Telstra I dont have an income due to being disabled. I have a paltry monthly $15/3Gb plan for my mobile that I've had to top up twice since the outage. I cant rely on the signal being strong enough to speak with my family overseas. 1/2

@Telstra Hi, I had continual connection loss and re-connection for about an hour and then no problem since. This was on Wednesday at around 10:15am.
