We had issues with our nbn & the tech was meant to come yesterday & nobody showed. Today telstra says they're gonna slow our internet as using mobile data. Call up & ask what's going on. Apparently nbn changed the port we use & nobody told us. Working fine now

@Telstra Hi Laura, 2106. It is every night without fail, peak times. Can’t run Netflix, have to rely on 4G rather than my wifi to even use messenger. It’s a joke, and I know you’re a customer service rep, not the scum responsible, but it’s not fair for paying customers.

@Telstra how much do I have to pay you greedy pusbags for an internet connection that isn’t throttled between 7pm and 9pm? It’s every night, without fail, service slows down to the point of being barely useable.

I'm in a technically regional area of Australia, and I do commend the network infrastructure here. The broadband is alright, having a 30mbps link and 4G with two bars where I am pulling around 130mbps. Touché, Telstra.

.@Telstra could someone please tell me why its going to take 10 days for my internet issue to be sorted out? I'm already with you and have a smart modem. A new plan shouldn't take 2 weeks to sort out.
