@Telstra I'll wait for tomorrow, currently getting 0.29 Mb/s and watching 640x 360, the clowns you're referring me towards don't do any investigations ever, been down that road numerous times, I'll just continue to vent, thanks anyhow Jax, I'm sure you're a good one.

  • AgriFocused AgriFocused - Carmen Quade (@AgriFocused) reported

@hirschirsch @Telstra Can you switch to Aldi? It’s the Telstra network and last time I checked you could switch sims online.

  • jtelferoz Joshua Telfer (@jtelferoz) reported

@hirschirsch @Telstra I guess one way around it would be to have a service/phone that can work with an e-sim, so you can change by just associating the e-sim with the phone--only high end phones, and really not as flexibility, but an option.

  • smallforest_by Atsuko (@smallforest_by) reported

@Telstra So many people have been! No service for one week without explaining is not very nice. Causing a lot of problem I believe you understand or probably you don’t know how stressful. No service for one week.

  • hirschirsch Dylan Hirsch (@hirschirsch) reported

@phil_honey @AgriFocused @agbyte_leet I would assume that Boost, being a part of Telstra, would share similar processes and support. And probably wouldn’t be superior. Could be wrong?

  • hirschirsch Dylan Hirsch (@hirschirsch) reported

@Telstra Hi Telstra. Thanks for your automated reply. This change in policy compromises the security and reliability of my service. For more information please read the original tweet.

I still think Malcolm Turncoat should be arrested on the spot today for the total failure of the @NBN_Australia and @Telstra Within spitting distance of the towers & every day there are drop outs, no real phone support service & an app that is used as a false advert 4 help!

  • kimberleyhendry kimberley hendry (@kimberleyhendry) reported

@Telstra what is frustrating is that i have had no service for weeks. nobody able to call or contact me. and instead of telstra actually doing what i ask which is resetting my e-sim online, they have wasted my time and passed me around every department. how is this good business practice?

  • kimberleyhendry kimberley hendry (@kimberleyhendry) reported

@Telstra you just said that mobile support could assist further now you are saying that it’s not the policy? i have had my esim reset multiple times over email so don’t understand why this time is different?

  • kesokoji kesokoji (@kesokoji) reported

@Telstra I’ve just come from #TelstraStoreWoden where they have ‘assisted’ me 3 times in the last week or so - todays visit, among other things, was to fix access to my Telstra account & App. They got me to set a PIN that now doesn’t work! I don’t have time to waste on this - will walk!
