Telstra is probably the worst Australian service ever because they don't care about putting more effort in customer service. @Telstra
@Telstra Actually, I just remembered I had fuether discussion with Telstra tech support people when NBN became available in our area.
@dazngroup Contacted before and advised on the issues of playing back content via the DAZN app and I am based in Australia Here is Australia I use Telstra which is a premium provider with download speed of 107.5 Cannot watch content back but no issues with Kayo, Fite etc
The @Telstra app & general retail service is exceptionally unhelpful - treats me as a business, despite always being a residential user, & fails to respond when change requested.
@timrosen35 @Optus Yes, my wife used to get cut off when we were on the phone (she was Optus). We're both on Telstra now and there are no issues at all now.
@Telstra Excellent change, win/win from absolutely every angle, having call centre jobs located in genuinely regional locations - regional Aus $ injection, society benefits, higher customer satisfaction. Fingers crossed @Qantas follows suit as O/S call centres also infuriating. @VicBStard
@Telstra @moonyeyed Telstra service is so **** even walking into a telstra store is a nightmare you guys are hopeless and need to have a hard look at your customer service especially response time
I tried contacting telstra to discuss financial hardship support but they still haven’t gotten back to me so my phone is getting cut off tomorrow :) really fun. I get paid on thursday but I only worked 1 1/2 shifts last week which will hardly cover groceries and travel yewww
Is there a telco that is good to deal with in Australia? @Telstra have the network, sure, but their customer experience and support is the worst. Todays example- store tells me yesterday to come back today at 9am just to get a sim. Same store is closed today!!
@Telstra Thanks Dan. It was saying there was no outages but pay experience has proven its not always up to date. There was planned outage till 6am in guessing its going for longer
