Gday @Telstra Is there an online portal where users can report issues with mobile coverage. Country town, 40km N of Adelaide, Telstra tower in the town, this year mobile coverage has been terrible, wildly fluctuating signal strength, even whilst stationary, badly affecting calls.

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported

@Telstra I want to setup a message to play when people phone me, before my mobile phone rings. Eg "if you are calling in regards to xxxx, please hang up and phone xxx ... If you are calling in regards to xxxx, please hold". Can this be done on Telstra mobile?

@Telstra Typical problem involving company relations. I can't talk to the technical people who know what is going on. So everything I find out has been translated so the customer relations person can understand and has lost all meaning content in the process.

  • penguin_brian Brian May (@penguin_brian) reported

@Telstra Thanks. But I will believe it when it happens. As in service has always been bad here for so long I can't actually imagine it improving. Right now I got 1.80Mbps download and 0.01Mpbs upload, so nothing has changed.

@marcuskelson This test will at least tell you if the issue is between the computer and the modem (a modem fault) or between the modem and telstra (which could be a modem or a line fault).

Dear @Telstra my home internet has all but shut down, you sent me a text saying there were upgrades going on but this was several days ago, when I’ve been able to use my Mac I’ve completed all the trouble shooting and my Telstra exercises and it says there is nothing wrong
