    @Telstra Deleted, but I would really like Telstra to stop contacting me. This is the 2nd time in 3 months. I haven't been a customer in 5 years. I won't be a customer again. Sending me a 'bill' just to let me know my account has 50c in credit 5 years later is just odd

    @beourmate Speaking of support, please tell me there is a simple way to add nbn onto my new mobile service(2weeksold) as a bundle without having to sign up again or call/email support. Trying to migrate our nbn away from pathetic Telstra and it isn't easy.

    @VodafoneAU all my calls have been choppy for two months , even calling Vodafone support was cutting in and out . Unable to operate on this network and tried other phones and the esim . Ticket was escalated but have not heard back . I think Telstra is the fix

    @Telstra Confusion over Telstra/Foxtel responsibility is an issue. When instructed to call Telstra by Foxtel, the T rep put me on hold “to look into it” & suddenly I found myself transferred to a F rep, more confused than I was. Why is this all so unnecessarily complicated?

    Major @Telstra outage today in North West VIC. #Mildura were without phone and internet services, EFTPOS (and for us, radio programs). Telstra say they have refueled and fired up the generator.

    @telstra what's going on with the internet on the Mornington peninsula? I've only had my mobile data for days. Why am I paying for a service that you can't provide.
