@Telstra No, someone was supposed to call us yesterday, they didn’t. We gave up. Didn’t think it was this hard and take 2 weeks to cancel @foxtel and get a Telstra tv box. We’ll just cancel everything and start again with something else. I’d like to thank Lauren, Lisa, Tina, Sue and Angie

@CathBird5 @vjboodie Bite the bullet. Not worth losing a job because of a vaccine to assist with blocking COVID. Telstra has great working conditions. What's the problem?

@martyk40 @Raf_Epstein @Telstra We had this problem - is it NBN? When we insisted (through Telstra) that someone from NBN attended the property, it turned out that it had not been connected properly.

@Telstra I had a chat with the online team and they resolved the issue but didn't give me a tracking number for the new modem they are sending. Is there a way to follow that up?

Yesterday, I was promised a call back by @Telstra today at 3:30 pm EST. No call received, on a business phone problem and billing enquiry that has now gone on for 5 weeks ........ unresolved. And to think all of us used to own these buggers.

As a courtesy too! You really should notify customers if you’re going to disconnect the service so they can do what they need to to avoid that. Like, that’s just bad customer service? You really screwed me over, @Telstra.

@wanga27 Origin is too expensive for my liking. I have never experienced Telstra, I am an Optus customer though only for mobile. Currently have Internode for my internet but thinking flof switching to Aussie Broadband (not because Internode is bad, but Aussie Broadband is more flexible)
