    @Telstra signed up for internet 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for it to be activated. You cannot speak with anyone on the phone nor can you chat with anyone. Messaged over 1 hour ago an no reply. When will someone help. Perhaps I should be looking for the cancel service option.

    @garydlum Well first they told me my WiFi modem wasn't covered by one telstra person. Brought a new one $250, doesn't work, second chap said I was still covered grrrrr. Modem blew up, but line may be gone too 🤨

    @Telstra NBN outage service ridiculously slow. Immediate response from a service technician will be within 48 hours. Ausnet have responses within 10 minutes. Why pay more for supposed superior service?!

    @Telstra my router my modem evreything is "fine" but the internet connection goes on and off and when it is on it's slow as.

    @Telstra It’s obvious you need another tower. It is easy to fix. Some people have spent thousands trying to improve signal at their houses as advised by your company and it’s done nothing. I have an open case on going with you. I know Optus has a better signal in the area. I await outcome

    @Telstra @RaummannTweets kinda sad that people pay so much money each month for high speed internet from the biggest internet provider in Australia and all they do is **** you over constantly. I really doubt Australians will ever have good internet sadly 😔

    @Telstra My local Telstra store has shown me my area is in a black spot . The issue happens inside, outside, near the home and to anyone with a Telstra phone in the area. Sometimes no coverage, weak 3G or 4G sometimes. Your faults department knows but no one will improve the service. 😡
