@Telstra By address you mean the entire town? as there is no reliable, consistent service here including the main business street. I'm sure it's best for Telstra to report it privately, however, as I'm a MVNO customer I don't have an account with Telstra. I'm just using Telstras network

@alliewonder IT Service desk tech here. I was surprised during lockdown last year to have senior staff calling saying they didn't have internet at home and had purchased Telstra hotspots and needed help setting them up.
