@Telstra had to call business support for a replacement modem. During the call I head cars beeping, people yelling and even a cow mooing very loudly … good move on your part offshoring the support a job well done

@punkt @BBCNews Here in Australia, @Telstra have made their entire network of public pay phones free - for anyone. Which I suppose just makes them public phones? I thought that was pretty phenomenal. It’s easy for anyone to lose access to a phone service for a bunch of reasons.

THANKS to Covid and constant lockdowns my hours got cut. I have now since had to get a second job. But both jobs are casual and even with Centrelink I am STILL not earning enough as this morning @Telstra decided to cut off my phone service and not tell me for overdue bills #FML

@Telstra Mum’s been a Telecom/Telstra customer all her life & her late husband worked for Telecom/Telstra for over 25 yrs. Alongside other recent encounters with @Telstra this has been a distressing & sad experience. She now wants to change retailer, which’ll mean more stress & confusion

@Telstra @Telstra have informed me that they do have an in-home support service to set up a modem with a $240 fee, but have offered a $50 discount. Did I mention my 82 yo Mum who lives alone has been left without her landline & wifi by Telstra for 2 weeks?

Anyone have a Telstra Ticketek ID I can borrow - wanting to buy pre-sale tickets to an event tomorrow but I am not a Telstra customer.
