Telstra absolute joke - can not reset Telstra email as the service is down for 2 months, can’t get a 1 time code needed to go to an e-sim as it sends to Telstra email, my sim doesn’t work so cant send to that either. Telstra expect me to visit a store as their IT system is crap

@Telstra good onya guys your poor customer service and product management strikes again.. trying to activate a pre paid sim that apparently takes up to 4 hours well 9 hours later and you idiots still havent activated it.. only choice where i was,was to use idiots neve ever again!

@Telstra no nbn on a Saturday night, and not going to be fixed until Tuesday according to the outages page? Where's the credit for the service not provided? Do you expect people to just pay for premium tier service and not be able to work from home or watch tv for 3 days?

@Telstra24x7 I have had interminable problems with my email account with bigpond. I read a report on line which said that in 2013 you were closing down bigpond. Why then is it still operating, and why am I paying $159 per month on my Telstra plan that includes bigpond email?

Today an hours community TV filming online took four hours #nbnfail NBN = no bloody net, rough day was topped off by not being able to stream opening night of my own fringe show without major issues - thanks (not) @Telstra for spam about BUYING wifi boosters with your outages...

@Telstra can I just say you guys are useless - been using them since I was 16 (almost 10 years) and they are impossible to get a hold of. Sometimes it can be the simplest of things and yet you can never get it resolved. I don’t think I will be renewing with you anymore!
