    @Telstra First yr of nbn was brilliant, then it’s slowed down over years, to this for the last few mths. Was unhappy to get email saying even if I change providers, it probably won’t change. That feels almost like a threat to make me stay. Stayed for 13 years, but I’m over it.

    @Telstra I don’t have direct contact to the home owner. I complain through my employer as the accommodation’s provider, so it’s impossible to request such an access. This is the main problem, too many middlemen who don’t understand the situation and it leaves us the tenants helpless.. 😓

    @Telstra mobile coverage in and around Dorset Sq, Boronia VIC has been terrible for a couple of months now. Any eta on a fix or would you suggest switching to Optus? Really can't be bothered to spend another hour on the phone for platitudes and hand waving

    @Telstra when will your pre paid recharge service issue be fixed? 4 days without phone service is unacceptable when you can walk into a store and buy a new sim activate it and be making calls in 10 minutes….being kept in the dark about the issue isn’t good service either

    @Telstra There’s a glitch in your prepaid service software which won’t allow people to recharge I’ve been told and there’s no ETA for fixing this. I’m sure if you ask the prepaid technical team they’re aware as it’s been ongoing since late last week. Look forward to the update thanks

    @aliceluisac So onedrive is really worth the $3 a month then. I have been uploading 50gb to onedrive all day and it still hasn't finnished yet. Can't even load a newspaper page while its uploading. Next Telstra will slow down my connection. You were Lucky.

    @socialepfo my Pf accumulations has not been transferred from Tcs trust to Telstra epf, it is almost 3 years since I have raised the transfer and tcs has transferred the amount to epf office, I have raised multiple(3) grievance but it got closed without any solution and

    @andrewbogut I went to my local @Telstra shop looking to buy a new phone. The girl at the front was extremely rude to myself and an elderly couple when we had clearly signed in upon entry. So I left and spent $2,000 at @JBHiFi instead
