    Telstra have no shame. They’ve been awful to my mum saying she never sent her phone back and she did. 3 years on and they were going to send her details to a debt collector. Someone finally said they had wiped it anywho then they backtracked. **** Telstra

    @andy_penn Lol!! That’s funny! There’s nothing ‘smart’ about your co!! The experience I just had is beyond infuriating. What idiot comes up with the id procedures & practices? If you are trying to make it so hard I change telcos.. job done! I wouldn’t be proud of working for Telstra!

    I've moved house 6 times in the past 5 years. Every time I've moved Telstra tries is choke our internet and not give us speeds we are paying for hoping we don't do anything about it. **** you scummy *****.

    @DamianTheAussie Sure it’s really likely this fleeting behaviour never seen before anywhere in the world, is a thing. One of the remaining 4 is linked to a case now found to be false and the last was in a Telstra shop When was the last time you described a visit to a Telstra as ‘fleeting’

    2. Tech has routed all my calls to France now and so Telstra can call me. (Seems email and chat aren't used by Telstra support). Have also had confirmation of several broken systems inside Telstra who failed to port my phone properly 6 years ago.

    @Telstra Really?? U actually want to know and help? Your $15 late fee is disgusting! ESP when it’s not even a set time every math& it’s almost 10% of the bill! Sets ppl up to fail. Banks didn’t get away with it. Y should u?!?
