Poor little Miss ABC ..... she forgets that LABOR ARE THE GOVERNMENT ... why didn't she ask the Wong about what the GOVERNMENT would do about Telstra and triple 0? @abcnews are getting worse.

@PaulBongiorno Massive Telstra outage, CEO Vicki Brady overseas holidaying. Is it a coincidence 12mths ago (July 2025); Qantas experienced massive cyberattack & CEO Vanessa Hudson was also holidaying overseas.

Update on the elderly lady’s death in SA not related to the Telstra outage. Police update. 👇 It’s time for the Coalition to sanction Kerrynne Liddle. She must tender her resignation effective immediately. She jumped on social media for a gotcha without all the facts. Shameful.

It’s pretty ridiculous that they are trying to blame the Vic premier for V Line going down due to Telstra fault.

Telstra outage: The widespread effect of this outage continues to unfold. Even freight trains around the country came to a standstill. It seems that 'too many eggs in one basket' applies here. It showed that in the event of hostilities Aust. could apparently be easy to cripple.

@_benny4 You’re right but if there is an SLA in place with penalties then Telstra should be paying that. Government is stupid though so there probably isn’t one.

@SenatorSeanBell Electricity should never have been privatised like Telstra .They have to make a profit not to provide a service .

The Albanese Govt is clearly trying to shift full blame to Telstra for the outage - when it's actually both major parties who have set the regulatory frameworks which allows Telstra to operate #auspol

@PaulBongiorno Oh woe is me ! Just purchase a sim card supported by Optus [this is redundancy contingency] when Telstra goes off line swap out their sim & slot in the backup & vice versa. Alteratively purchase a dual sim phone which allows you to switch between service providers

@immyonboard Nah this a pattern of behaviour of announcing corporate entities spending money by decree. We ain't living in a monarchy again. Telstra compensation for network outages? Sure. Telstra compensation for a state-owned entity not having a sufficient backup in place? On gov
