@Telstra You’re missing the point - a contract normally means you lock in terms unless both parties agree to change it. But I bet there there is fine print leaving the customer with zero rights…

@catedempsey Given Indian Call Centres stole and sold Telstra Customer data in 2016, Telstra is knowingly putting their Customers at risk yet again. How would a Class Action go?

@Telstra The man I spoke to was super helpful and explained that on his end it looked like my service was in the old business system and not the new one, but that unfortunately he couldn't fix it though a store should be able to.

@Telstra Not yet, would rather not go through the many hour process of, restarting routers disconnecting devices, changing cabling, DNS servers etc. only to wind up to the same conclusion that the issue is actually from Telstra’s end.

The Telstra pain continues: 45 minute wait times on hold. 3 different numbers to call for a service I asked to connect to in April. Moving a user from another phone provider to Telstra you would assume would take hours. More than 3 MONTHS on, still not completed.

@Bazthebemused @Ballyurra Yeeep. And telstra fought tooth and nail to avoid replacing the copper. Unless you had absolutely ZERO connectivity they wouldn't foot the bill to fix it. When the LNP offered to buy the network back off them it they must have all burst into song and dance.

My God, it's as if @Telstra don't want people to report phone outages. I have no landline. I check Telstra outages site which says, No Outages. I cannot find a way to ring them from my mobile, having driven down the road to get a signal, to tell them there is an outage.
