    @telstra has bigpond email been shut down permanently??. Unable to send messages from set up accounts, or set up any bigpond email on a new device. A lot of business still depend on an @bigpond email address.

    @Telstra I have been speaking to your ppl and yes, troubleshooting for the whole day. No it’s not fixed. Fault has been lodged. Don’t appreciate being told it’s the season of forgiveness when I’m asking for a service I pay for to be fixed. Weird, and deflects responsibility to me

    @Telstra Our account that I have been authorised for years! This is ridiculous and we will be looking to move all our services to another provider due to the total lack,of service and care. 3 days now with no internet, constant no mobile service it is disgusting

    @Telstra Already under investigation. First thing a computer security specialist asked was which ph service, thinking it was a small tinpot company but no, he is with Telstra.

    @sandylanceley @p4ndr_ If Telstra had invested in infrastructure instead of just letting their inherited copper system rot, we wouldn't have needed the NBN as the network would have been already upgraded to fibre.
