    @Telstra Our entire complex in Oxenford Queensland has no Foxtel. Is this being caused by the Melbourne Storms Outage? I did an on-line chat & Foxtel said it would be back on in 24 hours!. There is NO OUTAGE listed on Telstra Outages? Why NOT? When will Foxtel services be back?

    @Telstra pass the buck to the @NBN_Australia who then pass the buck back to @Telstra saying it’s “resolved” yet here we are 2021 with FTTP and daily drop outs and no internet daily from 0100-0900.. throw in 1 bar of 4G service at home and I’m living my best life.

    So @Telstra who is apparently owned by a company called SIEBEL now have changed the mobile plan I was on for the 4th time. Every time it has cost me **** loads of money. @Telstra have turned into a criminal enterprise. Fu*k you @Telstra I've been a loyal customer for over 40 yrs.

    @Telstra Further more, investigation the outage using your tool on the website - every house in my area (even next door) say there are now confirmed interruptions in your area?? Why just my house??

    OMG @telstra how come you TORTURE people with your service? I knew I had to get in touch, and you wouldn’t believe the commiserations I received from EVERYBODY. And 5 minutes in … bonkers already!
