    Australian Govs of all persuasions have sold the people out. First sold QLD State Gov Insurance, Keating the Commonwealth Bank , Howard Telstra, Beattie Water and we can keep going. Private industry is about profit and no service . We have that and pay exorbitant amounts for it

    my recent Telstra Auto pay failed because someone changed the password on my Telstra account and I never turn ed the Wifi off and that card and both cards are full

    @meshygrey And then we sold CommBank, Qantas, Medibank, Telstra, CSL, Syd/Melb Airports and most of our energy and water assets because govts are big bad meanies and private corporations we're going to take us to the promise land🫤

    @Telstra It could be my device needs a restart but it could also be that the service you guys at Telstra actually provide doesn’t match what the sales reps and advertising promise

    Dear @Telstra your account problem managers are inept children based out of the Philippines. How can an account problem manager’ not have the same access to view accounts to resolve financial problems? Why would they ask me to go back to the shop to get an archive? Incompetent!

    @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.
