@Roadsta3 No. Telstra knows there is a problem with capacity at a nearby tower and refuses to fix it, despite the TIO's finding that it breached Australian Consumer Law by being 'not fit for purpose'. The battle continues and I have more in my arsenal for them.

@Telstra They have no service centers in Australia so its hard, trying to help them with an idea to allow more time to allow old timers like myself to pay off these bill with the lowest amount of stress possible. Ill be calling after I get in touch with the finance team.

@Telstra Can't sign up to the app as my details are not in that system yet, this causes major problems as a fault finder this doesn't correct my problem of no operator to connect with.

@Telstra I waited at home for 5 hrs for a NBN Technician, no call, no sms, no email, I wasted my sunday waiting on someone that never cameor communicated from a telecommunication company, the irony is real.

@Ode_to_Sorrow It's 4G and, over the past 9 months, I have run the gamut, culminating in the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman's finding that Telstra has breached Australian Consumer Law by providing a service not fit for purpose. The complaint is now with Telstra's CEO.

@Telstra Yes, but haven't heard back. It’s ridiculous that I can't just walk into a telstra store and get some customer service. It's crazy a company can expect us to use their service, but demand we only do it on their terms.
