@Telstra Wondering how many times one has to repeat to Telstra that our dear old Mum died a few months ago. Aged 93. A splendid life. Irritating and offensive to keep receiving bills for a service whose cancellation has been requested many times. Poor form @TelcoOmbudsman

@Telstra No about to message about the home wifi. Used to have no problems but now more are on the node including other companies from what comes up on my phone when trying to connect. Turnbull system obsolete!

Hi @Optus, Please fix your ****. Been a customer for 8 years and I still need to be credit checked to upgrade to a new phone & plan? Your servers won't even let a credit check through. Been here for over an hour and made 0 progress. Regards, Soon to be new @Telstra customer!

@nagem67 @Telstra Yeah for like the last week I’ve had mobile data I can’t use and reception that drops out every 10-20 minutes. Need Internet for work on the go and uni work. Not happy, and on hold with customer service for an hour at a time… Telstra is there someone else I can talk to about it?
