@Telstra Thanks. This is Bigpond email & it’s getting a bit silly now. Really obvious spam, up to 10 a day. Looks like I need to stop using the service & migrate.

@ajamesbragg @AlboMP All Libs do is betray Australia to make money then when they stand down due to corruption get a cushy job at Telstra or something. Traitors will be evicted this election.

  • pasavito Tony West (@pasavito) reported

@Telstra team, getting very tired of the very obvious spam making it through your email filters. Your solution isn’t working.

@AnastasiosManol @siobhansurely @1970genxmum Costello...can you fkn believe that 🤨 it's the largesse from the Telstra sale n the mining boom.. every $ of it looted into the elites Super fund ..it belongs to all Australians but we'll never see a dividend from it under his watch

@ProfPCDoherty We gained more spam calls and a massively expanded self help section on their website. And of course, we gained Codi, the digital online assistant who replaced 60 actual telstra humans in order to make way for the grand frommage and to fob you off without the touchy feely stuff.

@Telstra Start with informing why your support people don't offer support and don't listen to a sword I said or don't read a word I wrote

  • 7Viollets Violet (@7Viollets) reported

@Telstra If you think I'm going to waste my time messaging you about my cases, think again. I tried messaging you thru the app, time & time again, would get a new person after every reply I made, just LIKE HERE ON TWITTER. NEVER AGAIN. PHONE ONLY IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IN HINDSIGHT.

  • BestFamilyCars_ Scott Murray (@BestFamilyCars_) reported

Hey @NBN_Australia, great job sending out a technician who can't actually fix the busted main data cable on the street. How many times does this fault need to be reported before someone gets this right? So far @Telstra's passed it to @Optus, who's passed it to NBN. C'mon! FFS.

  • Spi_AU Spi (@Spi_AU) reported

@VelPlatygon Telstra permanently barred premium calls and SMS from all their services from last December - probably incompatible with their move to upfront payment even for plans. Makes things a problem for premium SMS when they're the dominant provider. Voda prepaid doesn't allow it either.

@timdy If Telstra weren’t so **** to deal with, one would be tempted to leave Optus.
