welp turns out that when @Telstra ****** up the relocation of my internet plan they cancelled all my discounts too so now they wanna charge me MORE for a service that provides less than what I originally had, and they want to charge me over $500 to cancel it. **** this

Any opinions on which is the least worst service to get streaming movies on? (I'm enmeshed in Google/Android but reluctant to throw more cash at them. don't do AppleTV, don't have Prime and hate Telstra, so it's a bit of a Hobson's choice really)

@DKin @MikeCarlton01 @TheGoodGuysAU They act as Telstra agents, selling internet plans (&, if needed, connection to the broadband network). But in my experience Chatswood branch had zero ability to submit paperwork correctly to Telstra. Didn't care, didn't reply, got it wrong again, over about 6 months. Avoid them.

Ive been a researcher and a consultant and worked in customer service every one of those experiences has shown me that nobody needs to be a billionaire, and that every business can share with employees and not begreedy
