    @AppleSupport Your Australian call center appears to be having problems - After dealing 133-622 in Australia, all DTMF options from a Telstra iPhone do not work. Tried multiple times, from multiple iPhones. Got through once, but the audio from your agent was inaudibly quiet

    While at the Telstra Shop I saw “customer case managed in 2014” in the notes and had a good chuckle. Then I remembered I was dealing with some ****** phone calls around that time and the team was magnificent helping me out.

    @monplaysgames @Telstra I blocked calls actual numbers through Telstra then found out later I couldn't ring overseas because that's how Telstra do it. If I don't know them I hang up & if I didn't ring them I hang up. I had to clear Testra's block on my phone!

    @paulbudde @independentaus Cheapest boost to broadband back in Sols' day was require Telstra to choose 1 tech from mobile/fixed line/cable and force divestment of the other two and require it divest its networks, hence competitive provider neutral infrastructure. Govt build out was worst option back to PMG

    @KateEmerson88 @PlayContra I spoke to Telstra Technical support & they told me they can Stop the calls by blocking me from making overseas calls! Block both ways that is! The reason is that these callers R coming through Telstra's back door from overseas. I said no as my child was overseas. So now hang up!

    @Telstra I have and I was told that the outage is continuing and I need to wait and keep using 4G backup.
