I am AMAZING and Telstra sucks ***** big time. Took me about 15 minutes to get up and running with AussieBB, talk to tech support for two minutes, reconnect the TV and get the Sonos working.

@Telstra Saturday I go to the Telstra shop in Orange NSW. Spoke to Shane he says come back Sunday just before 10.00am Go back today speak with Libby. She say I have to make s booking to see Shane. Booked in for 12 noon Go back at 12 noon Shane has gone to lunch. Terrible service

@Telstra I have had people come to my house ,called up your call centre, I have even tried to speak to Jesus what length do I have to go to for you to take me seriously and come fix the internet. This is false advertising you don’t care about your customers one bit.

@Telstra I have tried everything sweet heart. The only valid excuse is your internet service is **** .it’s a spit in my face especially that I’ve been with you for quite some time. I’m considering switching internet services.I’m done with this joke of a internet company.
