    @Telstra Been trying all that since the 3rd of February and nobody fixes the problem. Tried your messaging service with no success. Tried by phone and no success. Nobody fixes the problem.

    So after visiting a telstra shop I’m told that i need to give 10 out of 10 on their survey, print screenshot and return to store for a free wireless speaker. Surveys don’t mean anything if you bribe the customer . @Telstra . #fakesurvey

    @Telstra I submitted my phone for repairs to Telstra three months ago. You have assessed it twice, and I have authorised the repairs twice - still don't have it back. The issue here is your utterly atrocious customer service and disdain for your customers.

    @timeegray @Telstra This was like my thread yesterday. Started at 1030, finished at 1530. Five different people. Five times repeating my issue. Told it was sorted. Doesn’t look like it is fixed.
