    Does anyone else’s @Telstra NBN connection just cut out? For no reason and at random times, but very consistently for days/weeks in a row? And then it’s okay for a bit? And then it happens again? Or is that just my bad luck with Telstra.

    Finally got to speak to someone from @Telstra after 5 days trying to resolve a simple problem. Very helpful and problem quickly fixed.

    So it's becoming clear @Telstra really don't give a toss about customers who need help.... going to be looking for new service providers I think...
