@Telstra Hi I'm not one to write and complain but your costumer service is so bad, you wait on hold for over an hour, if you need to reset your password, it says we will send you an email to reset it, that email never arrives, its so woeful.

@Telstra and @startrack and absolutely useless.. like really useless. I have never known it to be so hard to put a escalation in for a missing package. 100% canceling Telstra at the end of my contract and moving somewhere that gives a ****.

The message from all this nonsense from a business point of view is that 75% of all their deliberations are fruitless. Just like Telstra found years ago that more than half of all phone calls were abortive. If the actively resolved issues they would save a lot of wasted time.

SMALL BUSINESSES, YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO BECOME #Telstra VICTIMS. @Telstra @andy_penn #Telstra’s social media staff aren’t able to solve any of the problems it claims it has tried to call me about my NBN order, ****** up since Nov. What is their purpose? Can’t make calls?

@Telstra Thanks heaps Febey. Ideal outcome is: 1. My problem with Apple Music streaming is acknowledged and/or resolved. 2. Changes made to Telstra's support so that customers do not have to re-describe the issue every time they request help.

@Telstra Thanks Reggie. I’m fine. Lots of people being turned away from a supermarket in northern NSW are not. Emergency comms does not mean restoration of service.

@Telstra 3. Changes made to Telstra's support so that customers do not have to resort to posting on social media to get an outcome. 4. More and/or better training and resources for the customer support reps in the My Telstra app.
