@Telstra @EveSinton Hi Ash any update on when Mullumbimby-Brunswick Heads normal service may be back?

  • mike_rowe Mike Rowe (@mike_rowe) reported

@Telstra Nothing further as of yet. Box is still down.

  • AnuveerP Anuveer Parmar (@AnuveerP) reported

@Telstra I was sold Protection and Protect saying hassle free replacement if phone is broken It’s been over more than 45 days I have been hassling with customer care and Westfield Store. No replacement yet just escalations Is it how you take care of your customer @telstracareers

  • nickspilly Nick (@nickspilly) reported

@Optus You guys are quick to charge but your service was down for 5 days last month. And when Telstra service goes down for some unknown reason yours is stretched to its limits and then same thing happens. Not good.

  • JackBar94672383 Jack Bartley (@JackBar94672383) reported

@PatrickJaeschke @AlexBallhausen Telstra are not the Govt, why would a company spend money on a network and get no return, its economics, have you looked at a satellite phone for emergencies.

  • JamieNicolaou Jamie Nicolaou (@JamieNicolaou) reported

@Telstra It’s a waste of time, nothing ever gets done. We can’t run our business without the frustration of extremely poor internet, so Starlink is on the way and I’ll cancel my Telstra bigpond account.

  • PagewoodCoach Rubens Camejo (@PagewoodCoach) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MelbInvest @nyunggai @HelloMakkaPakka Yes & no. If you work for Optus but doing the praises of Telstra you're going to get sacked. In effect Kitching was sacked To fix it? Requires a referendum. Factions are funded by outside interests unions businesses, individuals with an agenda etc. That's hard to remove NEXT

  • riktheozfrog Rik Shepherd (@riktheozfrog) reported

@AlexBallhausen 1/2 Well you can guarantee that there is no lack of service between Sydney Canberra & Melbourne. THAT'S the routes the pollies take. We had to spend $1800 on a retrans system to get our mobiles to work in the house paddock. The closest Telstra tower is in a hole, LITERALLY

  • ticley christine tiley (@ticley) reported

@Telstra You people have constantly refused to fix my internet problems now you’ve cut my internet speed because I’ve used up my data allowance. I’m leaving looking for another provider after 30 yrs as a Telstra customer.

@ashamedaustrali @AlexBallhausen @gwendabgilbert If my home wifi (with Optus) goes down, I have no internet reception with my mobile carrier, who uses the Telstra 3G/4G network. Internet and network reception in Australia is woeful - is this because we are a massive country with a small population relative to our size?
