Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RayMondeDeux Lakey Farm (@RayMondeDeux) reported

@EmCharlotteAnn @Telstra Calls over VoIP. Despite our proximity to Melbourne we are in a mobile black hole. Sometimes it's so bad we can't send a text.

  • PatB90739861 PatB (@PatB90739861) reported

@Telstra Aside from being frustratingly slow, which I've come to accept as "normal", it's just taken me multiple attempts to recharge a couple of pre-paid mobile services, due to repeated drop-outs, failure to respond to the number I entered, and signing me out due to "lack of activity".

@tappo66 @Telstra If you haven’t already, make a complaint to telecommunications ombudsman, though suspect they’ve lost their teeth. They charged me $2000 to connect landline so I could get broadband, refused bc BBN was coming ( 6/12 later). I will never ever use Telstra again, loyal for years be4

  • tappo66 bradT (@tappo66) reported

@karenward07 @Telstra Actually twitter helps a lot...everytime I (regularly) complain about telstra here, I get contacted by telstra...they don't give a rats about anything but PR...I've done the same with other corporates and they fall over themselves to 'help'...try it...

  • WeiHayes Hugh (@WeiHayes) reported

@Telstra Tried everything. The first and the worst reply from Telstra staff was that he/she immediately answered “no you don’t have an account with us”

  • NoIdealogue No Idealogue (@NoIdealogue) reported

@RoadknightThe On the basis of this tweet, Telstra has now officially determined the root cause of your slow internet - bad luck caused by failure to dismantle your Christmas tree after the 12th night. Investigation concluded, incident closed and case filed under 'user error'.

  • rocky1622 Brian Humphries (@rocky1622) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@peters_malcolm He sold everything Telstra and let gas go for nothing and stupid media call him good treasurer which bull ****

@FlaminScott77 @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia The easiest way to fix a problem, is to lower the standard, so it is no longer a 'problem'. Played this game before re NBN, Telstra, etc. Just a never ending list of 'tricks', and false standards, to avoid either a. fixing an issue, or b. paying for failure.
