@rubin_angela I got rid of Telstra 12 months ago. Am now with @AussieBroadband and it's been Heaven. Not. One. Problem.

  • LarissaWilson9 Larissa Wilson (@LarissaWilson9) reported

@rubin_angela Telstra is the only non government service provider that makes me cry. No customer service whatsoever. None.

  • Cazoperadag Carolyn Wright (@Cazoperadag) reported

@aussielol @Telstra Thanks. Too tired now, feeling a bit worn down by it all. I’ll ring tomorrow.

  • hasianjana Hasitha Liyanage (@hasianjana) reported

Hello @Telstra, Is there any contact number I can call and get a proper support? I have been trying to resolve an issue with cancelling an account since May. It was told that the order was unprocessed, but generating invoices now...

  • mrmintslice 💧Rodd Clarkson (@mrmintslice) reported

@rubin_angela You do realise that there are a plethora of other competent options rather than using Telstra. Tell us what you're trying to achieve and we'll help out.

  • BrookeHarris470 Brooke Harris (@BrookeHarris470) reported

@rubin_angela I spent months and about 20 hours of calls trying to cancel my Telstra service. The only way you can achieve anything is to make a complaint to the telecommunications ombudsman who were great. ITS THE ONLY WAY!

  • troy__himself troy himself (@troy__himself) reported

@Telstra Hi Tom, I did but I’ve decided to port over to a company that gives more data for 1/2 the price. It’s not your fault personally, but it’s been over a week & I still can’t login to do anything to my account. Your bosses need to pull their finger out & get support sorted. It’s crap

  • Cazoperadag Carolyn Wright (@Cazoperadag) reported

@Telstra I’ve done all the turn off, take out plug, re- plug stuff. No lights. There aren’t more suggestions on your link. I raised a fault case at 10.04 this morning. I keep getting put back to the ‘we’re very busy’ message and can’t get a resolution. I think I need a new NBN box.

  • thematchless2 thematchless (@thematchless2) reported

@Telstra Instead of stealing tweets, perhaps you could help with my NBN?

  • Petapann Judi Tucker (@Petapann) reported

@rubin_angela I used to work for Telstra, it was embarrassing, I often avoided having to say who my employer was. That was in the late 90’s, so sad that they still haven’t learned. Been with iiNet 15 years, when they were a little start up in WA. They are now #2 they understand service.
