@andy_penn @Telstra Here we go again... Up, down, connection, no connection. How hard can it be to supply a reliable connection?? Obviously impossible if you are on the NBN.. Modem switching from DSL to GSM again. Loose you video stream & have to re-start the whole movie AGAIN.

@Telstra Waited 2 weeks for a business a/c to be opened via messenger as your website couldn’t handle it, only to be told via sms a week later that credit checks will be performed the following week! When I asked to cancel my application was told a shop would be quicker! 😫

@andy_penn After two days and many hours of texting to open a new account... failure. My mother is 89 and has been a customer for almost 70 years. She can’t speak to anyone at Telstra the phone service is too hard. She has no mobile or internet. They can’t help me systems down.
