@Telstra I live in Melbourne and don't get 5g service on an iPhone 12. Been on hold for over 5 hours trying to resolve this. Poor performance all around really 😞

@Telstra You can't ring Telstra. You just get sent a text. I contacted the TIO because you kept increasing my bill. The issue was fixed by your team & I paid my monthly $110. Now I get a text to remind me to pay. It's a joke. I assume they haven't credited $10. I can never reach and agent
