    @Telstra Hi Sean… Im on the next plan down from that spend. Seems a strange @telstra policy because more 5G lowers *your* network load and hence improves performance for all. Also, curiously, my prepaid iPad SIM has it turned on. Anyway, I guess I have the answer. Thanks for that.

    TENS of thousands of people each day getting scam messages to collect a parcel or log into a voice message. Is our legal system so pathetic we cannot compel Telstra to reveal to police who runs these scams and send them to jail. Seems easy solution to me. #auspol

    What a great ******* day both my computer and internet **** themselves at the same time. Suck a fat **** Telstra and Microsoft.

    @Telstra Oh they have stock.Had to only confirm delivery address as I'm already a Telstra customer so it was correct. Email confirmation showing incorrect address. Phoned 7am when they opened.Can't change due to processes in place. Failed delivery. Return to warehouse they lost package.

    @Telstra No — sorry. I thought you wanted to put some skin in the game of trying fix my problem Not get me to jump through more automated hoops Been there, done that About ten times If you can get a knowledgable human to make contact I’d love to try to solve problem

    @Telstra Probably but I was shunted from one platform to another, one system to another Why a major corporation can't look up my account number and find the case beats me. My case number is 20861236 I'd love to have a technically competent senior person ring and fix the problem
