@Telstra I did that. I’m in IT and network infrastructure roles myself - but when reporting the options are too restrictive and don’t include “messaging only from my Apple Watch isn’t working”.

@Telstra Just voicing my opinion. Ever since my partner upgraded his phone and was forced into the payment change, a few months ago, he has been having problems. It makes me hesitant to upgrade for now, at least my iphone 8 is still usable for the time being. Will sit on it for now.

@Telstra Still no internet after 12 days. When I put the address into outages, it says no outages. When I check service interruptions, it says no service interruptions. Is someone actually working on this fault. I have spent at least 6 hours on the phone trying to sort this!

@RosieCreates @AGLEnergy I’ve not used AGL so I can’t comment but be careful with Origin they absolutely DGAF if you ever have to deal with their customer service team. I’ve never dealt with a less enthused call centre and that includes Telstra.

@godless_mom @jwesthora @Rogers Wow. I always assumed Australia was expensive for mobiles. I'm paying $55 a month for unlimited calls, texts and 40G a month. That's on Telstra, the most expensive network but with best coverage. Prices only go down from there.
