    @Telstra Your company is the absolute worst... I have finally left you but have a positive balance on my bill. I can no longer login and when I try to call to get the funds reimbursed it hangs up after telling me to use the messaging service... that I no longer have access to!

    @Telstra So @andy_penn, your team says that the outage tracker doesn’t even work to identify outages. Is this the standard you endorse at #telstra ?

    Me: My internet is not working Telstra: It is working, it has just been shaped Me: Why was it shaped? Wouldn't that mean it works but is slow? Isn't my plan unlimited? Telstra: The automated system did it Me: Fix your automated system Telstra: No. You wait a day for unshaping

    @Telstra Another mid February customer who should of held off. Missed the pre order buds deal as well. If only Telstra looked after long term loyal customers the same way they do to new ones😐
