@Telstra so you guys gon tell me that if i “troubleshoot” after it hasn’t even started raining here and my net is already off that it’s gonna fix it? i call bs on that one. your support just leads me in circles and it’s so hard to actually get someone out to come “fix it”

@telstra We shouldn't have to wait 3 min every time a PC comes out of sleep mode for the Bigpond router to find the internet again. People have been complaining about this since 2019 and you still have recurring problems. Does 61.9.134.49 work or not? Attribute data YES OR NO?

I’m going to rip @Telstra a new ******* tomorrow 2 days of NBN not working. They promised me a technician will come out today and nobody showed. The guy on the phone said “100% someone will come today” @Telstra are the worst when it comes to customer service.

Just spend (wasted) 4 hours so far on the @Telstra online messaging & my problem has still not be resolved - not only that when trying to fix the problem they have disconnected my mobile service - Once again Telstra, I am not a happy customer!😡

@nctriggs That wouldn't have been a problem with fiber, of course. Funny thing... An all Fiber network would actually have been cheaper! But Telstra wouldn't have made a profit on selling the copper, again! (Most of that copper network has been paid for at least 3 times now!) An LNP Scam.

Aaaand then it was spoiled by, who else, but @telstra who I've been getting .2 mb/s up and down (!?) For a while now, and after 45 minutes of back and forth, suggested that they sell me a range extender to solve my speed issue. While I'm standing next to the modem. Ugh. Jesus.
