I got a new number this morning and spent two hours screeching @Telstra because they didn't credit my balance. But then they very politely informed me that I got the sim cards mixed up and the one in my phone hadn't been used in years. Sorry customer service guy 😳😳😳😳😳😳😳😳

@Officeworks Buyer beware, Officeworks will refuse to refund Telstra SIM Kits even if they are unopened stating it is a non-refundable item. Even speaking with store manager no help. I now have a $150 SIM Kit I don't need & can't use & they refuse to budge. Tks OW, great service.

@Telstra @mully I feel like it’s more something you just need to ask about than just go “I expect this to really be unlimited.” It’s better to have slower service than be charged extra because you reached a soft-cap!

@Telstra @andy_penn LYO54196129 Is the number they have just refunded money today The issue is I didn’t want a refund I wanted Telstra to honour their commitment to me to supply the Watch to me as that is what the agreement was 6 weeks ago But they decided to hold onto my money

Excellent customer service is one thing the US still has going for it. Especially the southern states. Customer service here in Australia is pathetic. It took 20 yrs of complaints about offshore help desks befor Telstra to decided to do something about it. 20 yrs.
