@Telstra just spent 4 hours getting a terrible billing error reversed. I am not confident it will happen. This took two days. Why have you closed the call centres. Your service is so bad I am reeling, and will be closing all services immediately. In shock at how terrible you are.

Hey @PolyCompany, have you got any information about migrating VVX handsets that are currently configured as Telstra TIPT to 3PIP Microsoft Teams phones? Either that, or is there a VVX trade-in program to help us move to CCX handsets instead? We'd like to move to Telstra Calling.

@Telstra your customer service is appalling. I have been unable to make or receive calls for 3 days. This is not only distressing but a violation of simple customer rights.

@shawnharry @carlosml But that's the issue. I've had people from Microsoft, Telstra, and a partner tell me the VVX units will work via 3PIP, even if they are currently configured for TIPT... but I've seen no way to register the handsets to Teams. Obviously, handsets like the Poly CCX make this v easy.
