    @Telstra I’ve closed and reopened the app several times over the last 10 mins, yes usually use facial recognition. Managed to login online without issue just now

    @Telstra Have just spent an hour trying to pay a bill on line. Very, VERY frustrating. Never had a problem prior to this month. How do elderly without smart phones cope?

    @DodoAustralia For any confused people I use Dodo mobile which is on the Ootus Network. I also have devices on the Aldi Australia network which is Telstra. Then I have a Telstra business mobile account. Our NBN is Dodo

    @Telstra I am not a customer of yours but my provider uses your towers. We have had no service for over an hour. I cannot find anywhere to report an outage. Can you assist? My provider only has bots after hours

    @QuentinDempster @Barnaby_Joyce Leading up the inquiry I had investigated and reported on years of pork barrelling of Telstra proceeds called RTIF that the Nats and Libs promised would be set aside to upgrade the bush. 7 years later The ANAO said it was one of the worst example of waste they had ever seen.
