    @Telstra Thankyou Emily, the fault lies in the unsatisfactory service we have experienced. Then there’s the frustration at communicating this to your service team. I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled more than anything else.

    @Telstra I'm done with sitting outside the library (public holiday) to use the internet. Your customer service is appalling. Not because people aren't helpful. But because no- one has clue, and I'm now none the wiser after spending another hour trying to get to the bottom of this.

    @Optus Mate this has been happening ever since we moved to the stadium. My cousins with Telstra no issues what so ever!

    Not really an @Telstra problem so much, but had my entire internet ( nbn ) service/package migrated by NBN to another supplier without my consent, notice, authority or contact from either @Telstra or the other supplier. I don't even know who the other supplier is? Anyone else?

    @Telstra The mobile maintenance has nothing to do with it. Why has the Kalang 2454 ADSL not been working for 8 days. What is wrong with it? What are you doing to fix it? Why is it taking so long? Simple questions. No answers.

    @Telstra…..why does my NBN Wi-Fi drop-out completely? It comes back immediately but is enough to disconnect all devices (PIA/embarrassing when in a Video Conference). Also, i was allegedly assigned a case manager who would call within 48hrs. Never happened…sigh

    @HolbrookKym @Telstra It is infuriating beyond measure @HolbrookKym . Dozens of families isolated with zero signal. Can you even imagine how the elderly are coping ?? They’re not at all. They cannot navigate this at all. I am enraged.

    @Telstra And this tells me nothing! For the first four days, they told me it wasn't an outage. Now it is,. Butt why is it still being investigated after 8 DAYS?

    Never trust @Telstra!!! 4 phone calls later and they LIED about a 25AUD discount EVEN WHEN IT BECAUSE OF THEM THE NBN WAS SLOW AND THEY HAD TO CHANGE TO 4G ....NO DOCUMENTATION NOW THEY CALLING ME THE LIAR - AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK THEY REFUSED
