@Telstra any chance we can have an @NBN_Australia service that works and is reliable?? So sick of not having internet but still paying an overpriced fee for a service that is more unreliable than @GeelongCats

  • BestFamilyCars_ Scott Murray (@BestFamilyCars_) reported

@Telstra Still haven't had the problem fixed. I've just been hung-up on by your tech support person on the phone when I requested a prepaid dongle supplied. I cannot work while this problem is unresolved and cannot wait "up to 48 hours" for a technician to maybe come out. This is costing.

  • Swayn Swayn (@Swayn) reported

@CherylCritchley Here’s a tip that won’t help everyone but Telstra customers can purchase discounted AFL reserved seats via the My Telstra app. It’s not for every game but Hawks v Tigers this week is available.

  • CastlemaineCem Castlemaine Cemetery (@CastlemaineCem) reported

@Telstra we have been without internet for 2 months now! Your consultant is now trying to close our request for help without resolving anything ! We just want our internet back so we can run our business please

  • latenightfights late night fights 🕺🏾 (@latenightfights) reported

@BlondeBrandy I’d still never do business with Telstra

  • BestFamilyCars_ Scott Murray (@BestFamilyCars_) reported

When Telstra tech support asks if you have a "smart modem with 4G backup". Err. No. I don't know what that is. I just want internet back.

  • markschneider88 Mark Schneider (@markschneider88) reported

@SandyRendel @Ballyurra We’ve been lucky the last 3 places we lived were FTTP and then FTTC x 2. Never an issue and 95-100Mb most times on. Telstra 50/20 plan with a Telstra boost service.

  • coolguy69666 Chronically Ill, Non-Weak Kitty (@coolguy69666) reported

Telstra are also currently forcing all customers onto AutoPay, which is forced direct debit. This will make it impossible for people on a low income with a post paid phone to budget, because you can’t pay in advance or split payments **** Telstra

  • 88jdf James Fairbrother (@88jdf) reported

Anyone thinking of going with @Telstra DON’T. They only speak to you when they want money from you, then not interested when you have an issue

  • oneofthedamons Damon Is Not Here (@oneofthedamons) reported

@roodave Telstra have moved our company’s account management to an (inferior) “digital platform.” Not sure how the previous platform was analogue. Never seen an analogue website in my time. It’s an Orwellian usage of language: taking all the meaning out of words.
