@Telstra Yes. I was told, quite rightly, to change the password when I got home, which I did. Wrote it down so it’s correct. But unable to access email. Tells me the login details are wrong. P.s I will not be able to write much

@friendlyjordies Can’t stomach telstra or optus. I will cancel tpg after 30 years if this happens🤬

@GladysB As a remote area customer, I'm sticking with @Telstra

God @telstra is ****. Changed mobile plan to Telstra because I'm going to FNQ and wanted reception, and of course the 5g hotspot is absolute garbage. Can't even get reception in inner Melbourne to run internet on my laptop. How does this company survive?

  • PatMiller494 Pat Miller (@PatMiller494) reported

@Cathy1691 Everything goes to the answering machine - and the message says that. I've got all the mates trained and it works well. No mobile service here so the landline is the lifesaver. Except for @Telstra (gee thanks for selling the public asset, Howard/LNP arseholes.)

  • lejjel lauren jeffery (@lejjel) reported

Is it legal for Aussie telcos to only take you on as a customer if you agree to pay via direct debit only? Or not let you upgrade as a customer of 20+ years unless you agree to direct debits? @Optus @Telstra #vodaphone?????

  • dlewis67 David Lewis (@dlewis67) reported

@Telstra I'm getting 92.2 down, 18.6 up right now which is good. My complaint is that my plan USED to be 40 up and I used to get about 36 to 38. Now I have to pay $70 per month extra for Ultrafast to get 40Mbps up!

  • MattMarooch Matthew Smith (@MattMarooch) reported

@GladysB Sorry Gladys but you don't. It was easier and less time consuming for me to cancel my optus broadband account, sign up to Telstra and plug in my new modem than it was for me to change my default email address. I was expected to go to an optus store to do that. Total Fail by Optus

  • JezGerino Mini Yeavi (@JezGerino) reported

@GladysB Hey Gladys, if you put customers first, why is your network so consistently ****? Why is Telstra so much better and reliable? Why is your service always down? Oh, and how is that Singtel-Optus electronic spying for the Singapore government going, Gladys?
