Hey @Telstra, I have an ongoing problem with which I seem to be stuck in an eternal loop between Telstra support and NBN no shows. Not getting call backs and have been unable to work for over 3 weeks due to no fixed internet connection. Can you help please?

@KensingtonRoyal @KensingtonRoyal I was employed with Telstra for 5 years in two of their hotline call centres, outbound sales calls call centre , then inbound customer service support (Chatbots are lazy CRM junk!) call centre. Telstra sells Foxtel. Me on dole $0, my own home phone disconnected.

@Telstra Love the 'advance' notice of NBN Co doing network updates in Blackburn North TODAY and saying my home internet will be interrupted. I WFH and it's most inconvenient to have to hotspot. The time shown on the email is 7:54AM – 6:00PM but I didn't get the email until 8.17am

@SamZawsum ****, I've a Telstra pit out front of my place, they only cabled the NBN at street level. Stuck with mobile broadband. If only it had been done right the first time!

@MartinMurray_Ag @Nyscat If Telstra own the conduit and NBN the cable in the conduit, then Telstra is clearly providing a service to NBN - the issue of compliance with the regulatory depth requirements lays with the conduit owner - so it is Telstra’s problem to fix…

@DarcyAmaroo Let’s go back further. Telstra offered to roll out a fibre optic network for $1 billion in federal assistance Labor’s Rudd and Conroy dismissed this and drew up the NBN plan on a napkin on a flight to Brisbane So far, this NBN napkin plan has cost +$60 billion. Thanks, Labor

@Telstra is genuinely one of the worst companies out there. Friday night storms knocked out our power, frying the nbn modem or some ****, tells us they won't fix it until Monday? I work over the internet during the weekends, what am i supposed to do on a 10gb plan?
