So a story about @Telstra Nearly a year on from my father passing away, despite a death certificate and everything else needed, they still refuse to cancel his accounts, constantly call asking for him by name and hang up when reminded of the situation. Absolutely disgusting

@SkyNewsAust it has trouble reaching many outback and rural places..let them fix that first..I remember "roads to recovery" still on the same road for 15 years and NO recovery or telstra..

@Telstra Hi Tom. I was told Friday evening my issue has been escalated and I’d get a call back yesterday. I received nothing. I’ve moved house recently and have poor coverage in my new house. I have excellent cover everywhere else. I feel they don’t understand this.
