@Telstra Power out for 6 days came on yesterday. No internet. Telstra says no problem yet all ADSL users in Toolangi do not have internet. Rang operator said they would test then cut off. Rang 5 times but cut off. Please help. My business relies on #TelstraADSL No NBN here

@Telstra I've spent over a week texting & talking to your Siebel representative who told me that Siebel now control all Telstra accounts & all payment options are being removed. That is from your customer service. I've been a customer for over 40 years & I'm disgusted in the attitude.

I love how @telstra deliberately limit their service, to the point where I am paying for two plans so I can work from home and still can’t get the right amount of data. And because the copper is so bad, they are the only option I have
