    Ok, call from Telstra technical support team said my slow internet speed was due to malware. Normally I'd hang up but I had just been onto #Telstra re speed - down to 5MBPS earlier today. Told me to download AnyDesk . Search internet - scam. He said 'you are clever' & hung up!

    @Telstra I’ve been told it’s with IT and they need to do something on the backend. Whatever that means. My Telstra complaint number is 11334082 and TIO reference number is 2021/05/02548.
