I got a new silent phone number when I signed up for the Telstra NBN three weeks ago and I haven’t given it to anyone. Yesterday I got a scam call from Nicole from NBN threatening to terminate my service. @Telstra how did my number get out to these crooks?

@tamsinbirch @Optus I’ve hit *exactly* this kind of stupid-unkind behaviour from Optus since using them a dozen years ago. Please know that Telstra, Optus, Vodafone are large companies that want large customers. If you can give your business to AussieBB or Superloop, you’ll be doing better.

@Telstra I checked the outage tracker and there are none in my area. I have a vce student, two other high school students and two adults who are working from home. I have raised cases with the support service but I am also hampered by our 4G back up service that doesn’t work.

@Telstra Yep. Even installed Microsoft keyboard to see if that would work. But same problem. Cannot Type in ANY field on the App. Whether it's trying to sign in or Recharge. Crazy.
