  • pkfrancis Paul Francis (@pkfrancis) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@KeeniMaree Thank you. I'm generally a happy Telstra customer - mobile is fine - but I'm very over having to follow exactly the same script (from the start) with broadband support- multiple times with no resolution or follow up. Wfh, critical to have solid connection! Appreciate the feedback

  • OrytDurlin Lauren (@OrytDurlin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra why are you the worst service provider of all time? Dial up connection is more reliable

  • unenergy 💧🍺🍩B Digby Bamford🍩🍺 (@unenergy) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@adamajacoby They've never had to. Look up postmaster general. Free delivery for their papers. Then Howard gave Rupert monopoly access to Telstra for Foxtel. Maggie gave him control of BSkyB. Ronnie helped him buy Fox on the cheap. Taxpayers were Murdoch's Venture Capitalists.

  • aussiebluemoon Aussiebluemoon/StreamerDad (@aussiebluemoon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

.@Telstra @XboxANZ Big day tomorrow, don't let me down

  • robbiejwood Robbie Wood (@robbiejwood) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@barrowwk123 @Telstra Me too. A chat about it on Telstra 24x7 app has been going on for four days so far - still no fix on my end.

  • scibidoo 💧Jamie (@scibidoo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Oh it's just an observation on how bad the network is across town! You know, the tiny city of Sydney. But if you say one needs to use software to restore speeds then something suspicious must be going on!!!

  • warwickajones Warwick J🍩nes (@warwickajones) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@WakeinFright @Telstra Unfortunately there’s no way. But if you use the My Telstra app and use the word “complaint” a lot, they’ll get someone to call you. Either that or move house. That got me my own private phone agent.

  • SchweppsRocka Brett Schewitz (@SchweppsRocka) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra you don’t respond to Facebook messages or messages within your app. And you keep hanging up when we call. How are we meant to set up a new phone when you refuse to send an eSim? Please help urgently!

  • WilkieIT Phillip Wilkie (@WilkieIT) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra train your damn staff properly. online staff have no idea of what’s going on... Got told yesterday can’t upgrade phone till today. Today get told can’t upgrade till tomorrow...

  • pkfrancis Paul Francis (@pkfrancis) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!
