@Telstra Doesn't go to our houses thanks to the LNP so we get sub standard internet. FTTN is crap! 5G is pretty useless too. Sure, faster speeds but still the same useless penetration into buildings as before.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom We have used Aldi since we got here, no dramas, no fall, outs, no issues. Works on the Telstra network so amazing coverage. Cheap monthly, roll over if u direct debit.. awesome

20 years ago I went to Bali I sadly remember this occasion for Bali bombing and Optus charging $500 for using a minuscule amount of wifi. The worst part was it wasn’t refunded and my children phones attracted the same cost.Needless to say I’ve been with Telstra since

@conf82 @Telstra Thanks Con. Work has been heckers so haven’t had a chance to look into it until now. You’d think @Ticketek_AU would update their website with this critical info but unless my eyes are broken (highly possible, lol), I couldn’t see it.

  • LJD_90 Lloyd (@LJD_90) reported

@domknight @Optus I worked for Telstra in a call centre and almost all the customers struggled to reset their modem, let alone access a 3rd service to confirm their identity. It’s impractical in the extreme, and would result in older/disabled/non first English speakers not being able to access.

  • bingewatchers1 Gandu Bai (@bingewatchers1) reported

@Telstra how is it possible that a customer places their order on 26/9 and gets their order delivered on 28/9 for iPhone 14 pro. Whereas I placed an order on the 12/9 and yet I am told to wait for 4 weeks. Shouldnt I be given the first priorty? This is unfair and really annoying

@ImAussieMate I have a neighbour(s)that tells me he is constantly on the phone to Telstra/NBN at least 6 times p/mth for his copper wire broadband to be fixed. His plan 50Mbps down, he gets at best 8Mbps if he’s lucky! I’ve had 3 outs in 5 years HFC 1985 designed cable.

OPTUS customers, you're mad, you're angry. Just come over the TELSTRA! This comes from a Testra shareholder. Get with the strength and support Aussies.

@kiel_henry @Optus ****. I also thought that was sent everyone. Guess I’d better follow up too. Telstra looking a better option right now.
