@Telstra It’s apparent that complaints haven’t even read my complaint, because when I made my complaint I explained that Telstra Control Group had placed a stop on my order and no one is able to action the order while that stop is there. I have now provided my address to them four times.

@Telstra possibly the worst NBN customer service in Australia. 2+ hours on “Gold Member Support” app, 🤡🤡🤡 and been driven in circles by anonymous offshore helpers too polite to admit they cannot really help. I need a technician on site. PLEASE HELP. #NBN

@MarkTomasovic In Australia they did two things with the old phone booths: 1. Turned them into free WiFi access points for the public. 2. Made the land line phone free. That said the biggest Telco (Telstra) did this to encourage greater use of their network.

@Telstra Can you please let me know how to make a formal complaint. My Foxtel from Telstra upgrade was a complete nightmare and now my bill is messed up each month. Last month I spent 4 hours getting it sorted. I don’t want to do this every month. Please help me.

Yesterday I switched to @telstra. Have spent 24 hours trying to resolve one simple issue. Have been told a) it's resolved - INCORRECT. b) it's fixed but will take an hour to update - NOPE. c) can't be resolved as I'm on business plan - LIES. d) then on phone an hour, dropped out.

@Telstra No issue with the NBN. No my mobile is not working on the mobile network. I can’t even send a text when away from wifi. I could get an emergency message or call to my daughter in transit from school

@FrankGrimes625 @QandA @abcnews My question is: was Downer trying to force the Iraqs to allow Telstra to take over their mobile phone network as soon as the war began? Was Telstra getting phone network building contracts really the priority for Australia's involvement in invasion of Iraq? After oil, of course
