@GongGasGirl @evolvewrite @amaysim I tried to close a Telstra email and there was no way in the website and no way to call them. Had to go instore to fix it. Terrible service. Even web chat didn’t work. Lately I have found using live chats on websites effective. Not Telstra though

@GongGasGirl @amaysim I’m with Aldi mobile. They use Telstra network so it’s been good for me.

@GongGasGirl Aldi uses Telstra. The problem with a lot of the “discount” plans are that they count data per mb so if you check your email that’s one mb minimum even though it’s only about 10 kb worth of actual data. Makes it easy to get to your max data cap

@GongGasGirl @amaysim I use Belong. Still uses Telstra network which is more reliable and widespread than the others. Have had Vodafone in the recent past and reception was pretty terrible. Data gifting is excellent idea and I gift mine to B1 regularly.

@Telstra Sorry, but you've helped me more in ten minutes than a person with access to all of my account details in 12 hours. I pay a premium for using Telstra NBN, am a "Silver Member" whatever that means, and the customer service is shockingly poor aside from Twitter.

@telstra I live in an area with 5G access and the NBN yet I’ve had to adjust my settings to use 3G just to use my phone. So just wondering what the actual **** my dollars are paying for?
