@Telstra Also, was told I had to be home to sign for the sim yesterday. Waited all day and nothing arrived. Can I have my customer experience seriously looked into? There are some knowledge gaps which appear to be frustrating other customers like me.

Telstra fails customers service in so many ways. Not only does it discriminate against English speaking people by having people to speak to for other languages, but their app doesn’t work half the time, has glitches and takes forever to respond @telstra

@telstra - why when most of Sydney is back on working from home is it impossible to get ******* help when the internet goes down!! My issue is now both that nbn isn’t connecting and 4G backup doesn’t transmit data, and no one will answer help requests. ******* FAIL.

@Telstra Hi Jay, I spent 2hrs 3 mins, including initial wait time trouble shooting (for the 2nd time) with your customer service yesterday morning to no avail. It's now been escalated to "level 2" with the specialist team. I understand we will hear from them within 48hrs.

@Telstra No, never happened before. Was a picture I took on the Android phone & scribbled on with built in image editing to explain to a tradie which area to mow & slash - locked up his phone for half an hour receiving repeated image MMS messages.
