@PeterRelph @Telstra Chances are it will only work one way. It will never be to the customers advantage.

@telstra Currently a large part of Telstra’s network is out in SW Queensland it is almost as if this part of the country doesn’t exist WTF #telstra we haven’t had internet or proper signal for almost a week this is not on.

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported

@Telstra Yes the outage is listed but still no ETA. The community has no mobile coverage at all.

  • Richard_P_Burt Richard Burt (@Richard_P_Burt) reported

So @Telstra you are raising my monthly payment charges, while offering me 5G, but capping my network speed (on 4G & 5G) lower than I already see on 4G. So I'm paying more for less. Great......

  • billygraveslfc William Newman-Graves (@billygraveslfc) reported

Hey @Telstra do you still operate your online help from overseas? Because I'm tired of being lied to and having the story change depending on the ineptitude of the contact. TIO are involved just so you're aware. #ShitCustonerService

  • thelouiehelou Louie Helou (@thelouiehelou) reported

@Telstra Business account & consumer accounts have had merge issues that your store reps can't resolve at two locations, meaning I can't access my online systems. Try providing specialist system support lines, so your stores are supported, because great #UX matters.

@ozziewiltshire @twtrrr Telstra MVNOs of course, use the Telstra network. That's not the same as saying all phone companies use the Telstra network - Optus has MVNOs too, for example.
