@Telstra as usual have another issue, an extra bill double charge and cannot get through on phone, via online and message link sent does not work. ..perfect comms as always
@Telstra No, still just ADSL. I received an Information Summary about the plan I signed up for. I spent an hour this morning trying to talk to someone about it with no success at all. I can't be bothered dealing with this any longer so want to cancel the NBN and stay with ADSL.
@Telstra I am no longer interested in the NBN account I signed up for. The plan I was put on was a lot more expensive than my existing ADSL plan. This was NOT flagged in advance. Please cancel my NBN and leave me on my existing ADSL plan for the time being.

@Telstra cannot make outgoing mobile calls, have been on hold for 27 mins with no hope in sight. Is there an outage in Bellevue Hill ? Nothing on the page. please help
@Telstra I think your DNS service is playing up again like it did back in August. States that i do not have internet, yet the windows search function works, and when i change DNS to Googles Default, it is working properly
@Telstra Time and time again this morning, ringing to get cut off, finally get a call back option and you call back and your automated AI hangs up. This is a joke, your service is on a quality of 1/10 I wonder why I continue to use your services...

For anyone with NBN considering @Telstra, I am presently with them, and since moving to the NBN, Telstra is terrible. I whole-heartedly recommend @AussieBroadband instead. From user reviews, they are superior in EVERY. SINGLE. WAY. I just wish AB had installment plans for router
