@Telstra I love that Telstra sends me to their app for faster response time and I'm stuck here on hold listening to music again! Great service telstra. Not.

@muso1947 No indication of a hack from my end or any other reports. I assume it's due to some of the things I repost. If you find anything else or can screen capture the telstra warning I'd be grateful. I've been expecting some backlash considering how they are clamping down on free speach

@Aussie_BB @SHRB55 Hi there, we love Aussie broadband and are very happy. When we 1st signed up it was indicated that even though Aussie didn't have 4G backup should the internet go down, as Telstra does, it was something you were working on. I just wondered if there's any update?

@Telstra Hi Quinn, thanks for your concern. I have already lodged a complaint. I am normally a happy Telstra customer, this is a one-off case. I managed to turn my phone on by pressing the power button even the screen flashed back to a spinning wheel again and again

@Telstra OMG!! On phone to Telstra, person has no idea how to help. Last person said it's area but he doesn't comprehend the simple issue. Now attempting to contact a 3rd area. I need a plan for landline I have a number for. On hold again. This is time wasting. Still on hold....

@Telstra I keep hoping for a ****-storm of accountability and some monetary compensation for me while maintaining confidentiality - but I won't be holding my breath in this environment infused with foreign interference and corruption. Devil inside.

  • ThePepperCherry Penelope (@ThePepperCherry) reported

@Telstra before you moved me on to this upfront direct debit BS plan I never had issues with my bills or payments and now I am being overcharged every month! The previous system worked fine for me and forcing onto direct debit is just insulting.

  • unmarkedplace Lee de Byl (@unmarkedplace) reported

@Telstra … to make voice calls on a foreign network unless they’re running the exact right software. This is particularly problematic for MVNOs. Turning off 3G and moving to data-only 4G with IP based telephony over-the-top (OTT) may be a big mistake.

@Telstra Our NBN has been operating at half the normal download. We have 100 down but last couple of weeks only getting 50. I was hoping it was temporary. So not happy we are not getting the service we pay for.
