@SuburbanKL @pytraczyk @SkyNewsAust Social media is a utility like the internet or a phone service. Imagine being kicked off the internet and having your mobile number suspended for having a different view to the tech overlords at telstra. This isn't complicated stuff.

Gee @Telstra help is something special, I tell them our internet is slow & they say nothing to worry about, we checked & the connection is good so all ok 🙄.

@DanielNorrisAU @Telstra Nope it was being requested from Telstra, but it also involved the NBN receiver, I uploaded a heap of photos to prove the modem was melted. It nearly burnt my house down. I was lucky I was in the same room when it caught fire. For some reason 4 people didn't believe me.

@Telstra Mobile - outage is 3G/4G/5G. I have a case # inc15503918 it’s frustrating to not be informed after a week that there’s another outage (this one planned). Total outage will be 2 weeks!

Just went into an Optus store and Lee told the front person "I'm a dissatisfied Telstra customer that wants to switch" and I've never seen a sales person's eyes light up so bright so fast hahaha
