    @Telstra Correct. It does. Talking to a few others who live nearby, they are all having similar issues. Sounds like the tower works have gone wrong.

    Best customer service ever. Called up @Telstra. System tells me to schedule a callback. So I schedule one. Get a callback, only for system to tell me they can’t find a suitable agent to take my call - terminates the call.

    @Telstra - We've got great Telstra 5G coverage at our new house, measured almost 600mbps down yesterday, but the house comes up as not able to receive 5G internet on your website. Why would that be the case? We'd love to have 5G as an option.
