    @Telstra Internode with telstra doing the provisioning. First scheduled appt they never knocked despite us being home all day, second didn’t show up. We took 2 days off work to accomodate and can’t do again.

    6g software, use WiFi , ..... I just ...... but I could tell you, a whole Australia having Telstra air, and all the CBD having free WiFi signal

    @NBN_Australia BTW, @NBN_Australia my mobile phone is with another provider so I can't get extra free data from Telstra while the problem is resolved.

    Seriously @JEChalmers do you think we are idiots computers have software problems that sucks but the tax office fixed it, banks telstra and other hi tech businesses have similar problems but to try and get is to accept that the Gov missed the the tax rebate

    @JoanBloggs @rmar1222 @johnlittle Y'know Joan, I once lived in an inner suburb, and had problems with the phone lines. The Telstra tech checked the lines, and found that they had been laid in the late 1800's. I don't think they've been replacing yet, because a mate still lives there.

    @Telstra- not happy to be without internet at Norwood and I'm told there is no solution before Monday! ADSL wasn't working & was on 4G backup. Got text from you telling me to connect to ADSL to avoid slowing down. Called 133933 and was told not to worry. Today got disconnected :/

    If I am Vodafone , I will developer a software name it 6g, ask Telstra together, all the cbd having free wifi, just need more free wifi signal, and then charge some money , input some speed, that ‘s it. Saving your money , making big income.

    We still don’t have internet or a solution for the internet and I am so so angry (I never get angry) and exhausted from trying to sort it and I will *never* use the companies (@Telstra @Internode ) involved again because they failed on all four of the above <end rant>.

    I answered a phone call from a private number because, you never know, it might be my GP ringing to reschedule my appointment next week but no, it was a scammer from "Telstra"

    @SawyerMerritt @Starlink It's a shame Starlink couldn't just bypass Optus entirely in Australia and roll it out themselves here. Optus are as useless as the proverbial `teats on a bull'. As are Telstra and the NBN. Starlink is the only reliable internet service in Australia.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia @Optus Yes, the Telstra outage page shows an outage for both the NBN service AND the Telstra 5G, 4G, and 3G services. So I'm effectively back in the digital stone-age.

    @SocialPiranha3 I worked for Telstra many years ago, attempting to resolve an issue for a customer (who was sitting with me), I was transferred 14 times. Was so ridiculous and so bad that it was funny! Fortunately customer was a good sport!
