    Gee @Telstra help is something special, I tell them our internet is slow & they say nothing to worry about, we checked & the connection is good so all ok 🙄.

    @DanielNorrisAU @Telstra To be honest I just cannot be bothered. I worked out it cost me over 35 hours I will never see again. iiNet fixed the situation in a few hours and I have never had a problem since. They really look after their customers, I get notifications whenever there is an NBN problem.

    @Telstra I've been trying for hours to get through to phone support and getting nowhere via the app. Trying to get a new 5G mobile broadband device working. Had two call centre operators just hang up on me. Useless.

    Just went into an Optus store and Lee told the front person "I'm a dissatisfied Telstra customer that wants to switch" and I've never seen a sales person's eyes light up so bright so fast hahaha

    @Telstra NOT HAPPY!!! when you send an sms about outages - Stick to those times! Not informing of works that will interrupt is not good enough!

    @Telstra For a start get rid of your crappy app and do real person support, stop cancelling NBN appointments without informing the user and listen to your customers. You had me as loyal customer who paid on time and lost me due to severely BAD service and not listening to your customer.

    @Nowun6 @Telstra Type up an invoice for your time. It'll take a few minutes. Maybe Sean can send you an email address so you can forward it and ask him to process it. They're obviously very sorry for your bad experience. Let's see how sorry they are.

    The new @Telstra Business help technique is to just hang up on you when they can't fix your problem. This after hours if chatting with a succession of bots and unhelpful people via the app.
