    Part two to Telstra, why do Telstra look to customers for sympathy in times of outages, yet nothing is ever fixed in a hurry and they never discount accounts even when services are down for days, it’s all a one way street customers are just expected to cop the poor serviceandcost

    @Telstra No they didn't. To be honest, as they kept asking me the same irrelevant Qs over and over, I'm not entirely convinced they even understood the issue (eg asking if I recently ported number or changed provider, even though I have been with Telstra for 5+ yrs)

    @wendy_harmer Did anyone say Telstra @MrKRudd had to set up the NBN to fill the void that was left by privatisation of a public network that was neglected by a private company in a failure to keep up with technology and demand thanks libs

    Telstra is so unbelievably bad, I have no words. Like how is moving the modem gonna help 6 months of troubleshooting issues like a ping of 300+ and getting speeds of 2mbps down and 0.7mbps up

    @Telstra Leeming, 6149. I haven't been getting SMS from some numbers since Sunday (but have got ones from others). Messages are being sent OK, but aren't being received by me. Signal is OK & no change in handset or network provider. Messages aren't delayed. They're never received.

    @Telstra Hey, Yesterday and today we have been experiencing some issues with our internet. Some apps work and connect to the internet while some don’t. We have been experiencing this across different devices so it isn’t a problem with the device (1/2)
