    Purchased a @Telstra prepaid SIM for $219 that had an inaccurate expiry date printed and could never be activated. Complained. They agreed to refund $250 (no idea why), but insisted on validating me against a post-paid Telstra account, and texting that account to validate. (2/3)

    @Telstra Thanks for reaching out, here are two key issues 1. Production Defects on the newly received phone, been bounced between store and online support 2. Order package had order summary with incorrect name and IMEI Case nos. 23605784 23668039 23670981

    @JohnBirmingham 11 weeks waiting for Pixel 5 from Telstra. Eventually said they wont be getting any more ever, shipments cancelled, now fighting to cancel order for thing they can't deliver. Whilst getting regular updates the thing I know they can never deliver is on backorder. With TIO 4 weeks.

    @Telstra bad customer service beyond imagination. Feels like you guys try hard NOT to give better service. In my third day and couldn’t recharge my sim. Fed up of following up, no one ever calls back or ask if the problem is resolved. Regretting that I changed my provider.

    @Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau Addressing the downtime caused by #Telstra and its lousy service cost my company big time. Its service to small business customers is THE WORST in Australia. If you value your time, DON'T EVEN THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra
