    @Telstra Got a new service and got out on that stupid upfront plan thing. Now we don’t get a monthly bill and you guys get to dictate when you take money from us, which is likely not when we’ll have it, as we’re both on pension/carer payments.

    @Telstra Return and re-contract. We never received any notification on how to return the leased device at the end of the lease period. The residual value was just billed to the mobile account.
