Hey @Telstra How about some mobile service at 1388 Bridgman Road Bridgman and the rest of that area? Can't do a damn thing without mobile these days. SMS security checks for banking etc require mobile. Unacceptable that none in such a place.

@Telstra ******* Shittest service my internet keeps dropping in and out

  • pressure__clean highpressurecleansyd (@pressure__clean) reported

@Telstra The only option I have is to go with Optus due to unsatisfactory service

  • JohnKramer7 John Kramer (@JohnKramer7) reported

@Telstra Thanks Michelle. I've checked that site before & it says my tower (2453004, Dorrigo Mountain Top) is 3G with 4GX "proposed", (just like every 3G tower). There's a taller tower proposed (which may resolve our blackspot issue) but no date. How do we find out how long it will be?

  • nick_fahrer Nick F (@nick_fahrer) reported

@TraceySpicer @Telstra Awful company, I've refused to use @Telstra services at home or work for almost 20 years.

  • Auntie_Fran Fran Beckett, my humor "is an acquired taste" (@Auntie_Fran) reported

@adamajacoby That option does exist. If you are a Telstra customer, you can use Telstra Air, some other ISPs have similar systems, I think the original system it's based on was either fon or phon in Europe. I tether to my iPad (bigger battery than a phone), but that depends on your data plan.

  • vk2kmi Kimberly Olsen (@vk2kmi) reported

Hey @Telstra There never was any service at 1388 Bridgman Road. It isn't an outage. It's poor coverage. Can we get some soon, please? Do we have to be a member of #Scottythefailures church? What's the key here?

  • MarriedtoBringo Super pissed off Scientist (@MarriedtoBringo) reported

@TraceySpicer @Telstra When my Dads Health was declining,we had a note on his file that outgoing calls considered a priority, no idea if I have used the right terminology but whenever phones were down/blackout,he was always prioritised, would usually get a check phonecall from telstra checking on him

@TraceySpicer @Telstra either way, @Telstra, we are still in a pandemic, there are still many who have income interrupted who need to be able to contact support, both personal and governmental. An unpaid bill should not be the reason someone can't contact a doctor right now. This needs your attention.
