    our ph stayed silent as we awaited news. Twice we failed our loved ones. #Telstra on here have been amazing, kind. Telstra humans are usually great. Today he was horrid & the trauma is overwhelming. It felt it was reversed, like I was taking a complaint from the complaints team.
