@cbzoomer myGov data is held by Telstra. That's why I don't agree to their Ts&Cs, and so never signed up. They make it a pain in the bum to do anything if you don't sign up, but worth it not to get a personal message from Craig Kelly

  • david_vacy David Williams (@david_vacy) reported

@Telstra Like I said took business elsewhere. Your system sucks. Would've been nice if modem could've be posted. How hard is it just to throw a $400 modem in the post and write the address on the label. Telstra more concerned about plan than getting our business running

@Telstra Since day one. No solutions from your tech teams. Just horrid service that I pay premium $ for @acccgovau

  • PeterWMurphy1 Peter Murphy (@PeterWMurphy1) reported

Genuine thank you to @Telstra's tech support. My internet router stopped working at 12.30am. Very prompt response via online help, talked me through the problem, step by step, with very clear instructions. Made sure everything was working before signing off. Superb service. 🙏

@Telstra On radio - Telstra customer leaves Telstra. Telstra refuse to answer customers who have problems. Be very careful. They are breaching contracts.

@romcdonald @Kate_McClymont I try my best to like #Telstra but every few months something awful rears it’s ugly head. They sneakily conned my husband, when he bought a new phone, into “buying” extra data for $50 more a month. My current very good plan is $30. It’s time for me to write to the CEO again!

  • SunsDownUnder Glen Brown (@SunsDownUnder) reported

@TrevyG82 @Telstra Amazing that you got a response on here. I've tried maybe 10 times to speak to human at Telstra in the last 6 months. Can only get on chat to people who can't help. They owe me money, it's disgraceful.

@kazattanilba @hughriminton Doesn't work Telstra are more than happy to sell scammers a new access number to keep trying to bate you.

  • JoeLefoe Joe Lefoe (@JoeLefoe) reported

@Telstra shady move downgrading a 100/40 nbn plan down to 100/20 and basically paying the same, guess ill churn when this dumb move is implemented.

  • Picketer Tim Lyons (@Picketer) reported

@pepsihq I was in Afghanistan extracting high value informants for ASIS. The mobile reception was terrible. Telstra fail LOL
