    @Telstra Indeed... but in recent interactions, the "support" from Telstra has been lacking in the extreme. The problems have been resolved but I had to expend way too much effort to do this (incl. the ombudsman's complaint!)

    @Telstra Well the most frustrating thing is most ISPs you can call someone for help no matter what time it is but Australia’s leading ISP gives you a recorded message that they can’t be bloody bothered with you at this time. I can’t believe it. Been cut off from clients all week.
