@Telstra Tried everyTHING, called 3 times, said the problem will last till 29th which is not good. Then they’re sending a tech, then they’re not. It’s all so UNprofessional, and bad Timing too. I need a reliable service asap.

@Telstra No luck, just spent 45min on phone with telstra, couldn’t help. Says it’s a billing issue and need to call billing tomorrow. Will see how many people I end up calling. As my billing was setup by telstra with new phone and plans.

@Telstra All good. We are leaving your services as it’s taken me 5 hours to watch a 2 hour film, we’ve even used wired connection and it’s still terrible. You provide a terrible service for an awful lot of money.

@bertstaco @Telstra @imfallfromgrace Make a complaint while on the phone to management and the call gets sent to an Australian Centre. Most of the call centres are outsourced courtesy of the LNP
