@Telstra absolutely pathetic. For 4 days we have had service interruptions. All the weekend our download and upload were dropped to unacceptable levels. Doing anything online has been a struggle. Internet is vital where we are, as there is no service here either.

@brockhenry @Telstra I put my daughters Vodafone Sim in my phone and it worked perfectly so it certainly seems like a Telstra DNS issue

@Telstra Confirmed- after a 2 hour chat with Telstra, they will refuse to provide any settings to get the NBN voice/SIP service on a non-Telstra modem Not just that they won't guide you through the setup- they will refuse to give the settings. Guess I'll recommend my customers go to iiNet
