    @Telstra yesterday the internet was awful. It came back in at a decent speed at 7pm. Today the internet is awful again. Can I just get a consistently decent speed for the love of God? I'm the only person on this network right now, and no, it's NOT a technical issue on my end.

    @Telstra 1. You just responded to someone reporting a fault by saying "I cannot see any reported faults" 2. Your advice is to go to the area where the service is dead and go to an online website 3. It's still dead there this morning 4. "Thanks for getting in touch" I didn't. I tweeted.

    @Telstra You're not going to improve it. I've been through all this many times. I'm not here for that. Your NBN is terrible. Your ADSL is terrible. Australian speeds are bad. Everyone knows.

    @TickHogan @MarcTennant I have very borderline mobile. 3G voice only works against the northern window and only with Telstra. 4G Data I have a small antenna and the tower is nearly 40kms over hilly country....I get 30+mbps down and 12+ mbps upload with Optus. On a 500gb per month plan $68.
