@ByrneNick On @Telstra you can't even setup your voicemail to skip the welcome message, which help spammers confirm your identity. I'm redirecting all non-contacts to voicemail (thanks, iOS!) and blocking those that are retrying multiple times a day.

@Telstra This is more frustrating! There are no interruptions in my area, and the link you gave me is only concerned with Bill payments and phone/tablet, nothing to do with ADSL internet issues! This is the second time I’m having issues with modems, the last one I had to move to Optus.

@Telstra No I can't get hold of an ACTUAL PERSON on the phone!!!! Record messages just go round and round in fkn circles!!! I need to speak to an actual person on the phone!!! Can someone DM me so I can speak to a PERSON on the phone!!!! Your customer service is pathetic!!

Fortunately because @telstra has not fixed my internet dropout problem, it’s just dropped out so I can’t watch @kayosports anymore. We should dominate the last quarter as a result! #AAMISeries

@Telstra what do I have to do to get a level 2 technician to call me? Been on My Telstra app chat since last Thu and each assistant has come to the conclusion the issue needs level 2 tech who will contact me. Still waiting!! now spent 30min on hold on 132200 to get nowhere!

@callapilla Copper. This was the thing the NBN with optic fibre was going to fix. It rains, water gets into the pipes, the copper doesn't like it etc. (nb.non-expert explainer gleaned from talking to Telstra techs half underground.)
