@Telstra Tori - an allegory for you. I made a booking to see a human being in a Telstra shop. Long story short, the service is now active. Replacement SIM needed. Colour me old fashioned but this approach will always better using the 24/7 portal.

@blakandblack @Telstra i made a complaint to Optus about it. Spoofing of numbers is a common problem they are trying to fix. Our only defence is Spam blockers, monitor all int'l calls and check bills

@Telstra NBN tried to Blame the developer but it was done long before NBN. Just vacant blocks that people built houses on. It’s the open drains. No where to run it. Williams mobile signal needs fixing.

So, some 48 hours later and my new SIM is still not activated. @telstra that’s it - you’ve lost me. Also, filled out a survey on the ‘new service’ gave them the lowest possible rating. Survey responded a team member will call to discuss. 🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗🦗

@joanReynolds52 @MikeCarlton01 @TonyHWindsor My recent connection required replacing the copper from the node to the house (not maintained by Telstra, but paid for by NBN). Maximum speed lees that 50 - third world crap!

@Telstra Yes, Telstra is our non-provider of no nbn. This fiasco has been going on since the 7th of November and now we’re being told there is a networking issue in the field that won’t be fixed unti the 22nd. In the meantime we have to pay through the nose for pre-paid 4g.

@cathywilcox1 @smh Yes Barn a bee just buzzing in, on the odd occasion to interrupt our lives. By getting way into our lives. Sale of Telecom / Telstra / telecommunications placed into private hands With their begging bowl out, to taxpayers. So often Joyce was Illegal at that VOTE in Senate

@CaroDiRusso Much like idea Conroy had with his Telstra deal. Telstra would end PSTN where NBN cable was rolled out. Customers had phones cutover to NBN network making NBN uptake figures look good, all they had was a phone, no internet. Now Albo will supply internet and no means to access it.
