    @Telstra we have been chatting with several of your support team officers since yesterday afternoon because of issues we are having our wifi at home and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a straight answer about what’s going on.

    @Telstra 2/2 In the mean timedaughter breaks down at 2am... no signal on any phone so she rings son in SA who then uses messenger to contact so we can pick her up from the side of the road🤬. Seriously WTF this could have ended so badly

    @Telstra Pretty sure that last chat was a few weeks back now and I know the contact date deadline given by the TIO was 18 Jan. I’m not expecting Telstra to give any additional 🦆’s and I’m sure the restructure of your support back to Aust shores is a total cluster🦆. Won’t hold my breath

    @Telstra The mobile has worked fine. I live in the out skirts of ballarat, so the issue has been going for the last 3 years. But seems the last few months to be getting worse
