Earlier in the week I got an email from a truckie who told me that the @Telstra tower opposite the Caiguna roadhouse in WA was down. This meant that drivers couldn't use eftpos facilities to pay for food or petrol and it was going to take up to 7 days to be looked into …👇👇

Oh, did I say I have an order number? I have a type of order number I’ve never seen before in my life, doesn’t work in any of Telstra’s order trackers, and now, when others are getting StarTrack tracking numbers, I’m left high and dry with literally no information.

@RougeFolf @2140btc @PeterMcCormack I'm not aware of any evidence there were any organised shutdowns.. Telstra had tech issues? Lot of rumours, haven't seen anything more than that. If I saw proof someone actually planned it, I'd prob be a bit concerned about that.

I’ll just add @andy_penn that your Twitter support team’s best suggestion was to cancel my order. You can’t make this stuff up. After a decade, I think I’m officially done being a @Telstra customer. #telstra

@PaulaKammenga @overveenerick @OrwellRight This is the fakest post I've seen on twitter all day. That Telstra logo hasn't been used since 2011. Someone needs to up their photoshop skills if they want to fake an outage. Sorry to burst your bubble, guys

@jitinbhasin21 @Telstra Did you get this fixed? I’ve had a similar problem activating a SIM card for 10days. Then when activated I get “sos only” calls. Repeatedly tried their help messaging service but I’m just getting the runaround. Atrocious customer service. @Telstra
