@Telstra Hi have tried that. Like yesterday my message queries drew no Responce. So also rang Telstra support 132200 stayed in the queue for 25 minutes then had the call connected to a busy line and dropped

Dear @Telstra please fix my NBN or at least stop limiting my WiFi speed in punishment for the NBN ******* up. I am running out of phone data and I want to watch TV. Also I have 2600+ Dropbox files to DL onto my work laptop before Thursday. I need my WiFi. I pay enough for it.

@Telstra Been a customer of Telstra for 20 years. You know what I won’t be after 9am tomorrow?? A customer of Telstra. That’s 18 mobile accounts my broadband business and Velocity. Nothing since Tuesday. Not good enough.

@Telstra Haha - red hot go. That's funny. I was trying to move my internet to a new house, but needed info. I think I've at least been able to cancel my nbn order via app's text chat (also not a great option for anything remotely complicated). Mainly I just wanted to TALK TO A PERSON.

@Telstra Hello Ash, yes I have spoken to a great number of people over the last 6 weeks. Like you, all very apologetic and insisting they will help, but literally nothing has been achieved by any of them. Then I get a text saying the case is closed, despite still not having NBN or phone.
