@Telstra Be real! Your technicians don't help with anything. My case and my neighbours complaints are proof. Your complaints process is as difficult as possible to increase NPS

@Telstra Thanks Ryan. We understand we won’t ever be getting NBN because an ‘existing provider delivers a fibre network to this area’. Given that Optus has been forced to close their network, it must mean the former Telstra Velocity network.

@Craig_Harvey Suave - be thankful for the update. Imagine if you were with Telstra. A guy from work called them the other day with an outage - was sent to an offshore call centre and after 3 hours was told “sometimes your router needs to sleep- you know like a human “

@Telstra @EmmaGri32745010 How about doing something about the spoofed numbers! That would be a starting point What are you doing about that issue besides ignoring it? Pull your finger out, you’re a tech company Find the source & squash it otherwise you’re facilitating illegal possibly criminal activity

@Telstra You will then ask me to verify my identity, which I have done many times to hundreds of your staff and even had you then publish that information in a public forum, even though ‘systems’ prevent it. I’d have to be some sort of ******* idiot to keep doing that wouldn’t I Viktor?
