@Telstra I finally was able to get through your voice operated system to speak to someone yesterday. After trying for a week. I still had to wait on hold for about half an hour. I think it is resolved, though my phone still has dial tone. Telstra service is terrible.

A thread. Why @telstra current support system is the worst thing. You send a text and wait. one to three hours later, someone responds. They ask for your name, DOB etc, hopefully you aren't now busy doing something else 1/

@Telstra is such a shitshow. Service suspended even though account paid up and everything all fine. I’m about to launch myself into a Telstra shop with screenshots and highly enunciated words.

switched to @Telstra yesterday and already regretting. Phone wouldn't switch over for more than 48 hours, then it worked for a few hours, now sim is again "not registered on the network". Can not get any tech help, not via 24x7 and not via phone. Can not create ID. Stuck. Help!!

@propertyofKJ @Telstra We told Telstra to **** off a few months ago and have switch to TPG. I could not be happier with the internet quality, customer service and efficiency.
