@ScottRhodie WTF?! Royal Mail's got worse than Italian post on the pilfering 😳 Was it sent registered or insured? Do you have the IMEI/serial no? Call Telstra to block the IMEI number of the device then same/report stolen w UK providers. It can be blacklisted from GSM networks & SIM blocked>

@anvildarryl @Telstra Every holidays our network here on the Hume Highway gets overwhelmed and we go from dodgy service to bugger all. Keep bringing it to their attention yet nothing gets done. I’ve just about given up.

@joelfcbirch I recently switched from Telstra to Felix (uses the Vodafone network, has the same international roaming deals). Reception is only slightly worse, barely noticeable. Speeds are exactly the same.
