@Asher_Wolf I used to live across the road from the payphone that held the "fastest vandalised payphone in Australia" record - ½ an hour after first being installed, someone had broken it. That includes the ~15 minutes the Telstra tech was still there.

@Telstra oh yes, she has. She has been talking to you guys nearly every day for the last 5 weeks. It just isn't helping. She was sent a new sim today, and guess what, it doesn't work. How hard can it be? She got a sim from #optus and it worked straight away.

@Telstra Finally found a way to speak to a real person. I hope problem is now fixed and have a case number. But really Telstra- your in the business of communication- people want to speak to other people- not everything can be solved by the bot. Time to do better.

@Telstra Had to cancel. Number with telstra had over 40 scam calls different number losted my number of 8 years due to that I spoke to telstra they couldn't do much but reported to acma ACCC and scam watch
