@Telstra Hi Luke As I said previously, I'm not willing to share my personal details. I'm following the process I was told to follow by my case manager. Your call centre is telling people it's closed. I'm not sure why there isn't an easy fix to this? Is your call centre taking calls?

@Telstra, I am sick and tired of your non-existent customer service. You don't answer phone calls, no longer have online support, you erase the email messages sent to you and force your customers to repeat the same request again again.. Where can I complain @acccgovau ?..

Hi @Telstra are you taking phone enquires yet re NBN service? I DON’T want to do it online I’m currently at a friend’s house who got thru to @Optus and after a 15 minute call she will have NBN connected next Wednesday 3/3rd

@fuq_le When mine works I get faster than that but it’s unstable. I think the rain effects the infrastructure down the road but Telstra inconveniences customers wasting our time rather than fixing the problem permanently.

@Telstra 2/2 When they don’t contact you, have to start the whole process again. Today this has happened twice. They don’t record previous conversations so you have to start from scratch identifying yourself, explain problem, get same scripted responses. Is designed 2 make people give up

@Telstra Not this time just a name - “Das” and prior to this “Saikiran Goud”. I had previous reference numbers when I went to telecommunications ombudsman and after two months got a call back and spoke to a human. But problems are back.

@dr_bowerbird @BroHilderchump @Telstra I was cutting cardboard with a Stanley knife to make shield so I could be a medieval knight. I was about eight. Told my brother not to touch the knife. He sliced his wrist open. Blood spurted everywhere and I was in a lot of trouble. He’s now has a blood phobia.

@Telstra Your “tech team”is a joke. They go through a script regardless of the problem. They never follow up or fix the issue. They ask the same questions repeatedly. It’s a Telstra problem at Telstra’s end and they won’t fix it unless forced to when the Ombudsman gets involved.

@andy_penn our restaurant WiFi is down and Telstra cannot help as they cannot see the outage. We have no POS, no music etc. please help
