@HandleComplaint @Telstra Still no internet, had enough of talking to the “help chat” every week the date changes to the next week, they can’t even tell me what the problem is. also the new modem still hasn’t arrived, time to look into switching to a new provider

I live in Broken Hill and I’m more than lucky if I can contact my husband when he is 90km away and 20km this side of Menindee. Both @Telstra of course ... not to mention almost non existent internet when out there 🤬

@Telstra has without question, the worst customer service of any Australian company ever. Have owed me north of 2K for over a year now and you reckon I can get it? Nope. Time to refer to the ombudsman.

Telstra “customer service” is utterly disgraceful I wasted 2hrs on a call yesterday, the matter seemed to be finally sorted after all that yet the same issue still continues today, so I guess they lied to me as I tweet i’ve been on hold for 55 minutes.. spoken to nobody yet 🤬

@MichaelPascoe01 Thousands of jobs lost. Major deterioration in service standards. It has all the hallmarks of policy failure. It’s been disastrous for Telstra. Probably much the same for Qantas. Even corporatisation is a convenient way of moving a service off the Govt books. TI

@Telstra No confirmed outages (postcode 2337) and it's not said anything for the last few days either. I am not the only person I know who's has problems in this area either
