Bloody Telstra bloody bloody Telstra- they've had a planned outage that has now dragged on for nearly two days. Occasionally I get to read and post a tweet- fed up I'm going to the ombudsman no internet and no banking!

@hadricus @Telstra Probably need to check coverage maps for where you commute. In SA it’s Telstra > Optus > Voda generally. You can also use Telstra network with other providers etc.

@behindtheman80 Worst of all they only did it with Telstra for a short period and canned it so you have to trot down to the shop to buy and envelope. Or use the extra one in the envelope they provided which is even worse than sending one. Ha I've had it rough

Beware!! There's another telephone scam out there. You may get an automated call that goes, "Hello, this is Telstra tech support. I’m calling about your internet connection." Hang up! Telstra would never contact you that way. #scammers #telstra #yourmoney

Best mobile provider right now? Loyal Telstra long-time customer here but am over the deplorable state of customer service and serious reduction of reception. @Telstra
