    @PaulFletcherMP @couriermail Telstra's latest update = fixed by sometime next week. Let's see if any elderly person dies during that time coz they didn't have access to phone to call for help in emergency. No response/care from anyone. 3rd world stuff.

    @Telstra @crankydaks That's if you off shore teams can actually comprehend Strayan English, and if they can speak it in a manner that most Strayans can actually understand what they're mumbling. Provided of course that your customer manages to stay on perma-hold long enough to speak with a human.

    @uxresearchguy @Telstra If you're traveling overseas often enough, you may consider a mobile service operator that specializes in permanent roaming solutions so your roaming services will never be cut off and you won't have to worry about roaming charges and hidden fees.

    @Telstra And your DM response was to lie, there is no ongoing maintenance. I have been dealing with you and the TIO for 6 months. Even at the maximum speed I cannot use anywhere close to my previously limited download so why are you charging extra for what I can never use?

    @kels_316 Probably to Telstra but.. it’s either a cheap unlock? or there will be an Optus version probably. If it isn’t making phone calls will that matter or you need it to do network data as a GW to BT mesh?

    @lenoretaylor @knausc Too familiar. what did Telstra pay them again..? And was there a single new product they designed, or a single new customer they acquired? Also be interesting to know if they were asked to answer any questions after the South African corruption judgement against them. Charlatans!

    @Telstra 51 days without phone line or internet service. 3 weeks since I heard from a complaints manager after filing ombudsman case at which point she said she would contact me within 24 hrs. I have requested 3 times since for her to call me. Still no contact or update.

    @Telstra so guys, you have cut off my email access - (again) for a system error (incorrect) report of non-payment and I have just spent a day and a half trying to fix this via in store AND the online "Helpdesk" (LOL! not) Complaint 16696739. @TelcoOmbudsman
