@telstra I know you’re responding to tweets. Should I just call complaints or the tech dept instead? Are You guys too busy to respond because you’re at bunnings getting the #letsvaxx crap I have too see everyday? Why don’t I get a percentage of the money you guys got for that?

  • vaughan_k Ken. (@vaughan_k) reported

@Telstra as @BoostAus uses your network I find it is strange I get 3G network coverage in Inner City of #Brisbane but full #4G and #VoLTE in suburbs further away? Also who is responsible for removing voicemail to text as all I want is to ring 101 to check voicemail? Thanks

  • Jack_McColl Jack (@Jack_McColl) reported

@Telstra It usually comes good within a few hours, like it might go to crap at say 8pm, then by 9pm it’s average, then at at 9:15pm it’ll be crap again, then I usually don’t see it become decent again until the next morning

  • mummabeck Kate Beck (@mummabeck) reported

@Telstra Hi still out. Had someone call this morning to check but no idea given of when it will be back on. So we are up to day 4 of no wifi which makes running a business very slow

  • RodRobinson4 Rod Robinson (@RodRobinson4) reported

Hey @Telstra great to see your processes working well. Now spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to sort out a direct debit issue and still not resolved. A problem created by @Telstra maybe @Optus could be better?

  • newsrea31965884 newsreader (@newsrea31965884) reported

@FinancialReview Pity @telstra cant even provide decent internet coverage. Oh but they charge premium prices for their non-service

  • uardian 𝖦 (@uardian) reported

@LTateSZN TPG but if money isn’t a problem go with Telstra.

  • RodRobinson4 Rod Robinson (@RodRobinson4) reported

@Telstra No end in sight! I have set it up 4 times now. The last three with the help of your people on the phone. Today the complaints department couldn’t fix it and referred me back to the previous people who couldn’t fix it. Not happy Jan!

@Telstra Hi, the Telstra website says that NBN Redcliffe, Qld might be down for several hours, just wondering if there is a reason behind the outage?

@ReubensteinApac @kwingerei ...the digicel transaction is poor foreign policy, not only because it will further piss off our biggest trading partner. But also bc the Chinese could easily pick up the state owned Telco for a pittance and proceed to beat the crap out of Telstra in the market. Just utterly dumb
