    Finally pull the modem out of the box to connect to @iiNet wireless and do you think it works? Of course not because they didn't activate it as they were supposed to. Going straight to @Telstra if it's not working by the morning, despite the lack of Irish accent.

    Hey @Telstra received 5 calls today from "Kevin from Telstra technical support team" - obviously a scam, but smart timing given the weather on the east coast. Maybe time for an update on your socials and website to warn people about scams

    Access to mobile voice & data services is key in emergency situations. It’s high time that government contracted with Telstra (or other provider) to supply satellite phone services to people living in flood & bushfire prone regional areas. #NSWFloods

    @Telstra is there any outages in postcode 5011 in South Australia? My NBN connection has been gone for over an hour (blue light on modem and states broadband service is using backup mode on the modem log in)
