    @Telstra Visited the Telstra store in Perth on 15 August, they did some things to fix it. It's still not fixed. Still on the old plan. After nearly a month. Come on @Telstra get it fixed already! This is pathetic! How can it take a month to change mobile plans???

    @Telstra Different customers that contacted telstra about the outage got replies that ranged from this arvo to tomorrow arvo. The response I got was 2:01 AM. I'm not holding my breath.

    @Telstra That is the umpteenth time you sent me this exact same message after my umpteenth complaint! There is NO justification for this harassment of your clients! Most will change from Telstra, but I am in remote area +as far as I know I cannot do that. If I find a service provider.....
