@Telstra I am going to lose my mind soon. I've been trying so often to get through to someone. How do I get service when the auto voice prompt gets it wrong each time. Please help!

@AlanBixter @Telstra Par for the course .. when you do make contact make sure you get a reference number and the go straight to TIO .. no arguments .. I have dealt with Telstra for years and this is the only way to get you problem with Telstra solved ..

  • jrihen James Henderson (@jrihen) reported

At first the IVR would ask me a couple of questions, then SMS me a useless link before hanging up on me. Clearly this is not a problem that can be solved by self service. I have @Telstra Platinum Support too! Seems worthless.

@Telstra I'd love to speak to a human at some point? How come your phone's just send you straight to a message system that doesn't work?

  • triveselo Triveselo (@triveselo) reported

@mcg63679777 @yeahbut @AlanBixter Nope it's Telstra. See Telstra knew the government was going to buy back the copper network so they did nothing to maintain it. There were major exchanges for up to three years that had no working ADSL and ADSL2 ports.

@AlanBixter @Telstra Welcome to Telstra Australias service centre ...what India or the Philipines

@Telstra Why has my signal disappeared from inside my house in the past week. This has been happening everyday for the past week I lose it at 5:30 and can't get it inside the house. I am currently 500 m away, in a paddock in the ******* cold, and I finally get a signal. Fix it

  • woopdedoo652 I'm a Unicorn (@woopdedoo652) reported

@AlanBixter @Telstra I haven't been able to get through to Telstra on the phone for anything for ages. All I could do was chat through the app. Ombudsman complaint got them on the phone quick smart haha

  • Maja_Zwolsman Maja Zwolsman (@Maja_Zwolsman) reported

Hey @Telstra, phone messaging systems directing customers to your online services and promoting them as "us making it easier for you", then hanging up on us, is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. You clearly read the wrong manual!
