@DavidFeng Ah no there’s some history to that. Some years back some Telstra customers got surprise massive phone bills when travelling because people are stupid and don’t read the T&Cs — and it was when smartphones were new. ACCC basically said you have to warn customers of costs etc.

@Telstra After ten years & dozens of support requests - not just by me, but from all around my suburb - trying to get Telstra to fix the black spot they created... I'm done with them. When delivery drivers have to walk up and down the street to get enough signal for payment, it's bad.

@Telstra @RhapsodyPlays Can't really beat lag when you don't provide the service you promise lol, no wifi for the last week and TWICE Telstra have said they'll send someone to fix it? No one shows. I love sitting at home all day waiting for nothing, that'll beat the lag, feels illegal honestly

@Picketer Tim - me again, pls call the TIO. There is no other way you will ever get assistance. (Not only was I a customer of 35 years or so, I was a Telstra Corporate Affairs person for 13 yrs and I loved the joint. Now I have no services with them & sold all my shares. @Telstra is 👎🏻)

@Telstra your NBN service is so so bad it’s beyond words - 0.1MBs “speed” for days, online help/chat is unmanned and over 1hr listening to your hold music!! Hopeless.
