Also a lot of people are with (or are attempting to connect with) Telstra? Or even worse, Optus? Why? What ********? Why would you do that to yourself? I'm the queen of making bad life decisions and I have never done that

    **** telstra

  • billygraveslfc William Newman-Graves (@billygraveslfc) reported

@Telstra DM sent. It's not confusing, it's plain ineptitude and a lack of customer service

  • PeterRelph 𝙋𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙝 (@PeterRelph) reported

I hear @Telstra is going to index the price of my mobile phone service to CPI. They didn't say what that decision was based on. Are the costs of providing the service determined by whatever influences the CPI? I look forward to seeing the price decrease when the floods are over.

@admiral_tee @twtrrr It might not seem like a huge difference, but it means that Telstra MVNOs may not be an option for customers in rural areas. Have a look below at some of the popular mobile phone plans - and yep, they ALL use the Telstra network. 19 Aug 2021

  • George_Helon George Helon (@George_Helon) reported

@Telstra Customer almost 30 yrs; a f/t Carer on the DSP; prices going through the roof & you jack-up BYO Phone Plans to $58 per mth. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! GREEDY! INCONSIDERATE! I never use anywhere near 40GB per mth. How about a Mobile Phone Plan for Pensioners 20GB at $25.00/mth????

  • admiral_tee 💧Al (@admiral_tee) reported

@ozziewiltshire @twtrrr Telstra MVNOs of course, use the Telstra network. That's not the same as saying all phone companies use the Telstra network - Optus has MVNOs too, for example.

  • itchynipl Paul Lund (@itchynipl) reported

@Telstra 0.16mbps at T4 Melbourne. How about providing an actual service for the premium you charge.

  • RobBarnes112 Rob Barnes 112 (@RobBarnes112) reported

Hey @TheKouk I just got a message from @telstra that they were adjusting there mobile/internet charges in line with the CPI. Is that how it works? Surely that would lead to a spiralling increase in costs. They should be trying to bring down costs??
