******* I hate Telstra tv when the power goes out! Why can’t we just have the coax into the ****** tv without all this tech bullshit 🤬

  • timsullo Tim Sullivan (@timsullo) reported

@Telstra @sarahgilard76 Lots of empathy, but absolutely zero progress for the customer!

FFS, Telstra, could I trouble you for internet access for more than 2 minutes at a time?

@yomikestevens Belong are good, they use the Telstra network but don’t have access to 5G, only 4G

  • CarbsM75 Mich.\elC.\rbone (@CarbsM75) reported

@ParamountPlusAU @aleaguemen 1st exp. with b/cast; Video&Audio quality on Telstra+ was poor. Frame rate? What about effect mics? Glory crowd sounded even further away than usual. Need ⏮⏪⏩⏸on live. Replays don’t have pre/post game analysis? What about post match p/conf?

  • sarahgilard76 Sarah Gillard (@sarahgilard76) reported

@Telstra I did that. For 2 hours. Then the ticket was closed by the system and as Telstra systems can’t reopen tickets I had to go through it again so the ticket could be opened. Not a great experience for the customer. And I’m told NBN being here tomorrow is still “tentative”

  • monsonflossy Jane Threlfall (@monsonflossy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@christianharrup @cityofsydney @CloverMoore I’m all for good planning and well-designed phone boxes too, but don’t think blame rests on Telstra here. Those phone boxes, ugly or not, are an essential service to those w/out phones. Telstra are not designers. Good design management would consider that.

@nickholtpodcast In fact, I’m sure Telstra and Optus could tell us how many were in the cities, but then again, they are part of the problem.
