    TELSTRA The worst telco in the world. Now we are being told it will be another 12 days without the internet. What could possibly take that long to fix ? This is 2022 you are kidding me. I blame Abbott, Turnbull and his mates. Hard to work from home.

    @David_Fklyf @Telstra Firstly you need to reference the decibels Then you need to understand that your ears, turn the volume down, whenever the volume is high. If you then increase the volume, it happens again. If this happens for too long, it does not reverse, especially with high frequency

    My parents have always had terrible mobile phone service at their house. We've notified @telstra, neighbours written many letters over the years (including one that worked for telstra) but nothing has ever been done to improve the issue. 😩1/2

    Telstra internet service has turned to total **** in my area. Works for 2 minutes then cuts out. No emails to apologise. Hopeless

    @Telstra I’ve exchanged notes with Telstra help folk but could only advise that I send details to the ‘feedback’ black hole. How come I can have the @Optus app by not @Telstra ?

    The Internet is so bad right here now i have sporadic request time outs dispersed between destination net unreachables. @telstra @bigpond #Broome. Daily occurrence. Doesnt come good for another hour or so. Set my clock to it.

    Now when NBN service goes down, my elderly parents have no way of contacting anyone in an emergency as the mobile reception is so bad. I changed them to Aldi plans as why pay $45 each/month for Telstra when Aldi costs $15/month & the reception is the same. 🫤 2/2
