@Telstra I moved into a new place just over a week ago and your service to set up the NBN is insisting that there are two units on the property when there never have been. This is making it impossible to put in my correct address and the only advise I was given in store (1/2)

  • ScottRhodie Scott the Scot (@ScottRhodie) reported

@ozcjr @Telstra No but I am going to. Having worked in corporate comms I am stunned this got through for someone in customer service to use in a response.

  • VasHappeninAu . (@VasHappeninAu) reported

@Telstra Nothing yet Vicky, still getting the same issue. Again talking to an agent on live chat.

  • Claret_perth Clare Thompson ☀️☀️ (@Claret_perth) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@AFL @Telstra As woke as f…, what a load of leftie garbage

  • ecjnalder Jason (@ecjnalder) reported

@Telstra amazing, Australian owned and yet still perform worst most third world countries, I can’t even get a phone signal 7 Kilometres from Byford town centre, in WA however I can go to jungles on Indonesia and call home without an issue ?

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ScottRhodie @Telstra Go for it. I’ll support you. I’ve had similar annoying conversations with them. If you have a history of late and failed payments, I might understand pointing you to a DD. If I can pay my utilities on invoice, no service should insist on a DD. #legislationNow

  • cable_unplugged Cable Brandon (@cable_unplugged) reported

@SwoopLuke Telstra is literally the best coverage, but normally costs more, but also depends where you live, can be just as bad as Optus. You need to find out where your local towers are.
