@RonniSalt @Telstra Took at least 4 hrs of separate ph calls 2 get them 2 stop charging for a landline we never had. Threatening the Ombo worked. Lovely guy on the end of call coached me through it. ‘If I can’t help you, then what will you do. Then what?’ ‘Ombo?’ ‘I’ll put u through 2 my manager.’

@RonniSalt @Telstra Same experience many hours over 3 days just to get Telstra to understand a simple question. Moved to Aussie Broadband, small customer oriented company with excellent fast, human service. Brilliant . Sick of all the big inhuman companies.

@SpotlightForYou @MifWhy @Telstra They say they are s premium service, but can't explain what is premium about their service. I asked they couldn't answer. After double bills and an ombudsman complaint later, I left. Saved lots of money and headaches.

@RonniSalt @Telstra Agreed. Customer service is ******* easy. ITS EASY. Yet Telstra make it almost one of the single most painful things a human being can endure. Worst of all, they do this deliberately.

@RonniSalt @Telstra TPG has given excellent service to me & numerous friends. I son is a network engineer for a mining co & sings their praises. TPG may not be cheapest but customer service is A1

@RonniSalt @Telstra They’re absolutely useless! I live in the inner city Sydney, I’ve told them multiple times that signal strength is poor at 1-2 bars yet they say nothing is wrong. Bandwidth hovers at 15mbps. My Vodafone iPhone at 4 bars draws 150mbps down, 20 up...useless fracks they are!

@LemonNinjaa @daiishou Yeah look big monopolies + a large surface area is the worst. If I lived in rural Australia, I’d be paying a lot more cuz you can only have Telstra out there. Shitty service otherwise
