    @Telstra I am having issues with hackers having access to my bigpond webmail account and compromising my other social medias etc. I’m am trying to change my password but it’s saying My Telstra isn’t available. Is there anything I can do!? Help!!

    @peternlewis @Telstra I got emails from the UK’s NHS (pre covid) for some grandpa who used my email. I sent emails to a help desk that auto-closed every ticket, and even called the hospital (from Japan) who never answered the phone - nobody cared they were leaking private info for over a year.

    @Telstra I cannot find any page that allows me to Manage Payment Methods, nor Add New Payment Method. If I could, I wouldn't have contacted online support in the first place.

    @Telstra I have been a pre-paid and postpaid customer for several years, and really don't appreciate what you are inferring with your last comment. I have been at this for more than an hour now, and I CANNOT find any page that will allow me to add a new payment method for that service.

    After two months, I am still getting sent bills from a @Telstra customer who inadvertently used my email address. Clearly Telstra is not that concerned about their customer’s privacy…

    @FuryInMe3 I went out mask less and there were quite a few naked like me. I only encountered an issue at Telstra. They said they couldn’t serve me without a mask so I relented because the server looked so scared. Food shops, the bank, all okay 👌
