    @Telstra mobile phone service has been down in Gloucester NSW for a couple of hours now with no notification on their outage map. Users advise they are getting all bars (full signal strength) but unable to make or receive calls.

    @Telstra no modems for 5G home internet, register interest…Communication is quite broken, no acknowledgement email..ideally should take the orders with tentative timeframes for modem delivery…didn’t like level of information being provided, not something we expect from Telstra.

    @incendery_lemon Turns out when he used to work for Telstra they had a tonne of old equipment that never got thrown out and he took a few boards when they closed the office down

    @Optus Also, that's a long time to be without a service. This happened last year and I was without a working phone for two weeks. If this is going to continue, regularly, I may as well move back to Telstra. At least they notify you when they're doing work
