    Almost 3 hours wasted with back and forth messages to @telstra via their app. Maybe a phone call would sort out this NBN (wifi) problem.

    @PeterTOWNSV1LLE @timwrig1 Have you noticed it is always cynical level "privatisation" TPG take my money, but if the internet crashes they apparently then know nothing at all about communications tech and they have to wait for telstra to fix tax payer generated infrastructure

    @JaneAlcorn @jmil400 Feel your pain. Spent Thurs afternoon & Friday trying to get so called complaints to act on dangerous NBN cable across road outside my house. Maybe next week! They are as bad as Telstra..
