    @Telstra Okay. I appreciate your help trying to clarify. Hopefully this will be the end of this sordid saga. And hopefully this can be fed back so Telstra and NBN can improve their communication to ensure customers aren’t confused and frustrated and mucked around like this.

    Brilliant service @Telstra I call a say fault, my internet is not working. You tell me you are shut, call back during business hours, its Saturday so not till Monday. Then tell me to go online 🤬 You are really failing telstra. This is a joke.
