    @Telstra My wife, my brother, and other friends connected to telstra are all complaining (anecdotally) of slow data speeds on your network, basically anywhere east of the Suburbs and towards Traralgon. Occurs for me at home in 3825, and at work in 3844.

    @72Hallam @kentmadd Have been to several telstra shops over the years and have only experienced good friendly sevice Most of telstra packages are way less than good but that's not a staff issue Try more carrot and less stick

    @72Hallam @BlowingTom Try and avoid the franchise stores and find a Telstra run store. The staff in the Telstra run stores are better. Plus I am also surprised they made you wait. Most of them now have a booking system and will call you when they are free so you do not have to hang around.

    Only changed as I researched and found cheaper plan for her, you’d think Telstra would have advised but no, of course not! Customer service lady not tolerant/understanding of elderly either til told. She was going to hang up as mum couldn’t hear/understand her! #telstra
