@Telstra Spoke with a guy called Bradon yesterday He has all details Husband still waiting for a call, make that several calls from Telstra. They have not been helpful at all considering its was their long list of errors that has caused our frustrations in the first place

@_Willo_ lodge online. It costs Telstra to deal with the complaint, so they’ll try to resolve it early. I think it’s $500 straight up for them to liaise with the ombudsman’s office. It goes up dramatically if they are found at fault. Telstra have their internal team that will contact you

@ObrienBig @Telstra Its to stop people not paying the bill when there service is not working ! NBN mainly as with Covid service has gone the way of the Dinosaurs ! I have lost count of the amount of people not paying till there service is working !

@Telstra I’m trying to cancel my deceased mother’s Foxtel account and was told to fill out a form. The form emailed to me was pre-filled with someone else’s personal information! This whole interaction has been challenging and now this? How often does this happen??

@Telstra no not the same ! Netflix, stan ect. can be canceled ! when a service dose not work ! And never been double charged by them ever ! If there service stops working its $15 down the drain not $100's , no 10 hour phone call or sunting from app to phone with no action ever !!!
