    @__rymac @ryanjchr @jaronmc Cause a state gov deal was done before NBN with Telstra (who didn't want to do it) in that area when they built the new children hospital to get rid of the exchange and move everyone forcibly over to the fibre. Telstra never upgraded or updated it, NBN doesnt want to touch it.

    Calling @Telstra tech support is always such a great experience. Highlights include the guy who excused himself TO GO AND THROW UP!!! 🤮🤮Then when he came back couldn't stop his hickups.

    @Telstra My favourite part of that trip is when I call the business tech support line and somehow and up speaking to consumer support, who inevitably tell me I need to speak to business support. Sure, what number to I need to call, i ask... Can you guess what number they give me???
