    @Telstra Right. It’s been going on for months! Many phone calls, mistakes, wrong gear, our numbers accidentally disconnected, our main biz numbers changed to random numbers. It’s been an absolute **** show! But ya, all it took was a technician for 1 hr to sort the issue. Good work.👍🏻

    Telstra. You have not got us covered. My mother’s nursing home’s phones are down and have been since October 26. They are in lockdown. And they tell us you have agreed to show up on the 9th. It’s not good enough and it’s causing a lot of anxiety. @Telstra

    @abcmelbourne BBJ in Cranbourne west has been out since Friday. Our businesses rely on the NBN but Telstra don’t want to help. Lots of promises from INDIA to “fix by 6pm tonight” but that passes with no result
