@YaThinkN @deniseshrivell I count myself among them. I remember digging through Telstra's records and found out the gauges they used were not adequate to support FTTN. Predicted they'd need to be replaced years in advance.
Logged a fibre service fault with Telstra, have received three emails and an SMS confirming they've received the fault, and two emails and an SMS confirming the fault has been escalated... #OverDoneSlightly

@CRN_au like a wounded bull! However, that could be a good price. If the government in it's infinite wisdom sells the network to Telstra (sheesh) you and the rest if us will get Telstra engineering and their money making machine at an unfrttered price!

@Telstra Don’t need assistance. I never agreed to a new plan. Pretty sure what you’ve done is illegal. I’ll just reassess my options with other providers and get clarification from the Ombudsman. #telstra
@Telstra This issue could have been/should have been sorted in 10 minutes. Constant changing of Telstra people sending messages/dealing with the issue is an absolute waste of your customer’s time. A telephone company that doesn’t take phone calls - what a joke!
@Telstra 48 hours of back and forth messages just to get the wifi booster ordered. Absolutely the worst customer experience of my life. Telstra people assisting kept changing and I kept having to re-explain the problem. Finally got someone who got it all done in 2 hours this am. (1/2)
@Telstra so for the last 2 to 3 months I've been going round in circles with you guys about addressing my internet dropout issues, every single time it's been said to have been resolved and again it keeps dropping out, ive also noticed my NBN box and modem are both warm to touch
Really frustrated that @Telstra will not provide me with tax receipts for my pre-paid phone credit payments. I have tried through my login, over the phone, through the complaints line twice... and nothing! One of Australia's biggest companies unable to follow basic consumer law?
