@craigreucassel @deniseshrivell ....said in a hushed voice ‘I used to work for Telstra’ when Visionstream was the thing. When I was retrenched (there is a goddess) I vowed never to have a direct service from Telstra. I chose a little startup fm WA, iiNet been with them 15+yrs, superb service, made them #2 here.

@Telstra When are you going to repair my phone. You said it would be repaired before 7pm last night after waiting since before Christmas. Typical. Phone service not repaired as you stated. Does anybody at Telstra work to assist clients?

@Telstra No it's not. That site has said there is an outage since before Christmas. Some people expect their phone service to be operational. Why is my phone not operating for over two weeks please? I pay good money for the service.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia It’s okay, I have had to solve a problem with both NBN and Telstra blaming each other over who’s fault it is... it does not get worse anywhere out in the business world than that coupling

@Telstra @consumeraff totally get that, however now on day 6 of trying to rectify this problem and having spent close to 18 hours on the phone in the last two days, regardless of your ‘priorities’, we should’ve been able to resolve our outage.

@Telstra issue reoccurred from 1.5 years ago - nbn tech attended and fixed issues in pit). Your billing number hangs up on people and sends SMS pointing to online page - is ok - this is now a TIO handled issue ll get to the bottom of it. 2/2

@Telstra Incidentally, this is why I’d never use or recommend @telstra in an enterprise role. The market needs adjustment and more capable players that can scale service from B2C to B2B without these sort of failures.
