@LyndaFrench19 @PRGuy17 @azahynes Reminds me of when I have an online chat to Telstra customer support. I always wonder whether I’m talking to a bot or a real person. Every sentence they write leaves me 😳.

Last word on @Telstra. Problem still not fixed, or even addressed. But just got sent an automatic message asking me to rate the quality service I had received. The scale was only 1-5. Minus scores not allowed. #backtowork

@Telstra It’s basically unusable at night. And during the day hotspotting my Optus account gives me faster reliable service

@ABCRural Andamooka, SA residents left without phone signal or mobile internet since late Tuesday night January 25. This small, isolated town only gets Telstra service. Getting conflicting information on what the issue is. Unclear on whether emergency services can be called.

In a switch from the fake @NBN_Australia and @Telstra scammer calls today's call was (not) from @amazon Prime saying my monthly fee was going to $39.99 and if I wanted to cancel a $29.99 cancellation would be made. I can see how vulnerable people fall for these scams.

@telstra internet seems to be down in Pimpama Queensland, we just had a massive storm so that could be the cause but any updates would be great thank you.

@Telstra No, I think that it was real and that's the problem. Your outbound call system of authentication is not compatible with 2022.

Telstra allegedly sent someone to fix the issue on Saturday Jan 29. And it was reset. This appears to be accurate as we got service for about half of that day. But it failed again and has been down since. Apart from one 20 min period.
