    @SBSNews Tried to explain to two elderly 80s each with mobile phone how to use Service NSW app to check in at venues! They don’t text, download apps - only use ph calls. One tried to get help from #Telstra but no avail. Dr Chant says universality with response is important! Mmm #auspol

    @Telstra I have has no voicemail for several days now. Spent over 24 hours on and off with 24/7 help to eventually determine the LVL2 fault person will call me
