    @Telstra In answer to your question, where is this number to call? As the service provider, do you think the "field technicians" could liaise with the emergency services (I.e., Ausnet, Downer, local government,SES) to establish where the problems are?

    @Telstra Please do. I was at your shop in Southland shopping centre and was told to go back on Monday. I keep restarting and resetting the router but the connection is either gone or unstable.

    @shiggyninty Taking my work train trip on the weekend just to test out new phone service. Optus was cutting in and out but Telstra didn’t drop once.

    @Telstra why can’t our customers check in via the NSW service app in store at @Stockland green hills? You’re responsible for the cell service and wifi. Effecting multiple stores. Many irritated customers and employees. We have contacted you multiple times about this.
