    @AngryRed316 @TDAmeritrade put a trade restriction on my 15 y/o acct over FINRA suitability questions not on file. No warning. I found out when I tried to buy a stock, which ended up gaining 30% the next day. Customer service failed to resolve the issue for 3 days and refuse to compensate me

    @jsmithxc11 @etrade @TDAmeritrade ETrade user for 20 years, no issues. They do not allow buying of dark ☠ otcs. Execution is quick.

    @AngryRed316 @TDAmeritrade My ability to buy locked for 3 days instead of 1 because Incompetent customer service couldnt input my data properly and a refusal to compensate me in any way. Just "sorry". All they had to do was contact me in the first place. Atrocious customer service.

    @TDAmeritrade @sesh1one You are forcing people to liquidate stocks by pushing the deadline up more than a month. As a customer of @TDAmeritrade I am very disappointed in your decision to move your deadline up and will not honor the SEC deadline. You limited GME and AMC purchasing. And now this do better

    @jsmithxc11 @etrade @TDAmeritrade I use TOS and E*TRADE pro software but E*TRADE as my main trading account. They lowered the otc trading fee for me since I trade them frequently, but sub penny fees are higher. I haven’t had much trouble with availability in trading any otc’s though

    @ITrader239 @TDAmeritrade Shutting down trading in a lot of tickers early before the September deadline and let people know about it very poorly. Never have use TDA but it is the reason for a lot of red out there this week.

    @CrocodileOTC @TDAmeritrade This is how you do it. Inform but don't restrict. E*TRADE will require customers trading any OTC security after mid-July to complete agreement prior to placing any new orders for OTC securities to help ensure they are aware of the risk that their securities may become untradeable

    @ZekeboyA @TDAmeritrade My main acct is IBKR for this reason. I keep TD just for streaming quotes, which crashes any time we’re down significantly pre-market. Works flawlessly when the market gaps up however.

    @TDAmeritrade @iammpremm What exactly are you guys doing? I own $LTNC. Do I need to be worried? I don’t short stocks. Occasionally stocks I buy do go down tho and I sometimes sell them for a small loss.

    @Grndizer2 @GraniteGods @TDAmeritrade Commission-free OTC trades would definitely help preserve some of TDA’s integrity. Seriously, nearly $7/trade? Don’t push this client-centered “proactive” narrative, TDA, as you just did while collecting such baseless fees from those clients.

    @DanielM36809164 Yeah, @TDAmeritrade is fine until something happens, like an egregious service failure and you need priority assistance. You'll make endless calls to customer service that accomplish nothing They will not even compensate me a single free trade for this debacle. Tough ****, Steve!

    $ADSV Sell Down on @TDAmeritrade @TDAmeritradePR Bullshit last week along with many other names. More volatility to be expected if we aren't Current until after 8/13. TD's bullshit has definitely had an impact.

    @nhparks @TDAmeritrade not sure of the integration timeline with Schwab, but I imagine with tech issues I've seen at TD, it could take years to unfuck it up.
