  Mama Balloo Switch update: I got on the phone with her because she was stuck on Mario Odyssey, had no idea "how to make mario run." I kept telling her: it's just the left joystick. That's it. If the joystick isn't working let me know because I'll need to get an exchange for you.

  If Nintendo were to port games like Super Mario Run, Mario Kart Tour, and yes, Dragalia Lost over to the Switch (or their next home console) rather than shutting any of the mobile servers down, would you buy or download them? Would you want them to do this?

  @KeikakuKat The problem is how they go about monetizing it. They tried the buy a game method and it didn't work well for Super Mario Run.

  @Hamada_520 Yeah, Not even Mario can save a mediocre game, even Mario Run had a lot of trouble. So in the article I wanted to show examples of games that could had a skin of those franchises and still be fun.

  My Mario 64 replay got 20 stars in, at which point I determined I should probably keep working towards finishing my Black Eagle run in FE3H before Animal Crossing and P5R later this month. Yeah so happy #MarioDay I'm going back to weeb games lol

  There was definitely a time when Nintendo just let Mario run rampant. Do ANYTHING. Make WHATEVER you want up, have some Goomba OCs, maybe the Koopalings sing, just have fun with it, that's what Mario's about!! Now it's more like "THERE ARE STRICT RULES WHICH CAN NEVER BE BROKEN"

  @mr_evaporation I genuinely would rather play Mario Run or Sonic Speed Battle, yeah that last one was grindy but at the same time it felt like I was getting somewhere, when I played Crash on the Run I felt weirdly trapped in a way

  Hey @NintendoUK I uninstalled super Mario run from my iPhone and just re installed it for some nostalgia! It’s weirdly now created a new ‘user’ and won’t let me connect to my Nintendo account. My tickets, buildings etc are also gone! Error 804-3985

  @ArloStuff Nintendo has not put out a single bad mobile game recently except maybe Pikmin Bloom. The problem comes from people expecting a console game level of depth from said mobile games, which was never the intent. MK Tour, Mario Run, PKMN GO, FE Heroes, etc were all good mobile games

  @robertlhutch24 @LockedOnCanes The problem with Mario is that he is stubborn AF. Zero innovation or creativity with the offense. Makes players cater to his scheme instead of understanding what scheme would fit best with the players. Have also seen Mario run up the middle on 3 & 10 with Justin Herbert. Nah!

  @Patrick_ORourke I think the problem that Mario Run had was that it was designed for an era of mobile games that had already passed by 2016. Think it could have been huge if it had come out, say, three years earlier.

  I think the projector is working fine, mom just needs to wait for the sun to go down in order for it to work. My mom has always been so dimwitted. One time she thought that the AV Cords for the Wii would work for the Xbox 360 & assumed that Super Mario Run would work on my Wii U.

  @RichardPrince_ Yea I have two builds a pg that has 99 perimeter defense and 99 steal and all the badges and people still dribble into me and no penalty…sometimes I get steals but it needs to happen more or they should bobble the ball not Mario run into me Game is just broken

  @KPooper2005 It still gets updates, but the amount of new content it gets is at a rate so slow that a lot of people have moved to other games. but at least it wouldn't do an event as small as the one in Mario Run.

  @Jadenfire @BillyTheToilet @NinEverything All mods are scam. Super Mario Run doesn't have any working mods! Super Mario Run is running on servers. You're coins are saved on encrypted servers, so there is no way you could modify it!

  @schmelty @SuperWeenieHtJr So your issue with Smugglers Run is that the buttons are in their accurate spot, as they would be in the films and require you to look back n forth from the viewport and the controls, just like characters would in the movies. FYI: Never seen a four seater Mario Kart before.

  @ZFighterAmuro @HatokTalk Love how at least when I last used iOS, most of the top reviews of Mario Run had words to the effect of "scam" in them. On an app store that has a serious and ever-present problem with actual scam apps.

  @eriktuf @Cakemations1 @Canadianguyehh I'm gonna try to explain this simply. First game. Big sales. 2nd game lower sales. 3rd game even lower sales. Mobile game. Everyone downloaded few paid money. I wouldn't call it a success but mario run 2.0. Now DLC rumors. That's a downhill slope to the third death of Crash.
