@AnnieSage I thought Starlink was making them less reflective to help with this? Or are these older ones? Or are they not really trying?

@elonmusk The issue with StarLink is not it is STATED for peaceful use only. The issue with StarLink is it CAN be used for other unpeaceful reasons.

@SpaceX If starlink is now in every continent and laser network communication is on, why hasn't starlink map then updated it's status to available for every country in the globe! What need do we have for regulation deals to operate if we don't need ground stations?

The payments will go towards the DAO treasury, which will support the future development, but also pay Starlink to use its satellite network. In my mind, this is the hardest part. The DAO would have to negotiate with Starlink to use its network.

@PennyProton @HelloMrBond @elonmusk They couldn't possibly shoot down all the Starlink satellites. They would have to take out the control center. Which, I think is in Virginia.

Doesn’t help that I’m checking FedEx every 3 minutes for my Starlink delivery. Today is misery for a man with an immediate gratification issue.

@elonmusk Agreed, but why are some countries state publicly they want to take them down? Almost as if you need military overwatch for @SpaceX Starlink? Why do some countries feel 'threatened' by internet access? Ah man, they want to control flow of information. so UNCIVILIZED.

@gaborgurbacs @elonmusk This is big problem for @elonmusk he with that action make whole Starlink viable military target! As we know borderline of any country go all to core of Earth and all to space... Personally, he should be neutral...

@elonmusk I was reading that Starlink is going to be available in the Philippines 🇵🇭, the only problem with that is most people are poor 🙁. It’s just not affordable. Right now I’m paying about 2099 pesos = 40 bucks and that’s about a weeks worth of food.

@LizCampsAlone2 Starlink. Happy with how well it works, not happy with company itself. Hoping a better option will come along. 50-100mbps in most places. Service be paused if we’re in a woodsy area for a while where it might not work as well. Pricey, though. $600 for equipment then $100/mo.

@elonmusk Here in Central Texas, our Starlink RV satellite internet doesn't work well enough to do Face Time with my grandchildren, or download a movie. But we can't even pickup a phone signal out here either. When will it get better? We thought that you were launching more 🛰 📡?

@elonmusk And I worked for a cable company for almost a decade. They cannot compete with the end goal of Starlink, and are terrible to their customers anyways, because of no competition. Yet, our society is founded on competition and collaboration. It will be good for them to have this.

@elonmusk i noticed starlink is damn near stopped due to it no longer aligning stars in a natural way. Its also ironic that celena boo of Boo Allen Hamilton isn't it natural but does drive a Tesla really makes me think things you know? Maybe the stars quit.

How does Starlink DAO achieve this vision? First, you have a token raise to finance building the app. The token will be for governance but also a payment method for data usage. This doesn't mean that the DAO can't support stablecoin payments.

@13ericralph31 I remember exactly why SpaceX sent Starlink to Ukraine... Ukrainian's only form of communications was destroyed by RU. Ukraine reached out to @elonmusk for help to communicate to the wounded, & distribute food to survivors. ODD that this is a prob for you. 🔻Peaceful use only.
