So glad @Facebook changed WhatsApp privacy policy. People will start to understand its not a good platform. Even if it means @signalapp is down right now because they had a massive income of users. I closed my WhatsApp account long ago and never looked back!

@JanvanEck3 @Facebook @signalapp 1. On one hand, signal had 10s of millions of downloads since FB-WhatsApp integration was announced. 2. On the on the other hand, Signal needs infrastructure investment (servers) to scale in its current setup. 3. Telegram is also a good service. Also has a crypto angle.

@SkypLabs @sunny051488 @signalapp I wonder if they have shared their system architecture somewhere? If I think it is what it is, messages getting routed from point a->b, then adding servers, means adding queues and queue processors. It’s almost like adding more lanes that help me get from a->b.
