@electricpetrol @TeslaOwnersUK @signalapp The problem is none of this is preventing them tracking you. Lots of what they track is via their integrations in other websites picking up your FB cookies and associating your account with that website.

@signalapp Guys, could you optimize insertion of photos in signal app? Itvtake ages to load photos and include them into the chat. What's up or telegram have no problems with this.. they work instantaneously.. thanks

@Asher_Wolf @signalapp Agree. Terrible idea. Try the @session_app. Signal fork, no numbers for sign up required (though this makes UX slightly more clunky), a number of added security benefits.

Examples would be Third Party Providers sending you a verification code and processing your support tickets. Then they share other instances where data may be shared

.@signalapp just notified me that my great aunt, who I love deeply, is now on Signal. Now, there is a bit of an issue with that. My great aunt is dead. She died a few years back. This feature is problematic in so many ways but that wasn’t on my bingo card.

@janetmachuka_ @ChiThukral ikr? it's a nightmare to be added in groups! I think @signalapp solves this problem. It lets you approve which group you want to be added to. Here's what I really hate about WhatsApp: I get targeted ads based on the conversations I have on WhatsApp! Imagine! 😱😒

@IMSITECH @signalapp If it was a requirement, services like Skype wouldn't exist. The reason is usability: Signal works as a replacement to normal messages. If you need a service with an anonymous ID, there's Threema. But this feature is preventing popularity. Signal however features sealed sender.
