Does anyone have a Samsung tv and issues launching the Disney+ app? We’ve looked for updates for the tv and app, restarted the tv and deleted/downloaded the app but it’s still not working. Works on our roku TVs though.

@TeamYouTube YouTube TV is frequently and constantly freezing my Roku Smart TV (TCL) and the app becomes unresponsive forcing an eventual TV crash and restart. Doesn't happen on other streaming services, just YouTube TV. If there isn't a fix, I will be switching to Hulu Live.

Now I'm not sure what's going on ... Tried switching to the YouTube app, but the quality was still crappy (then tried watching something on Hulu, and that worked fine, so doesn't seem like the @Roku itself is having internet connectivity issues) #SurvivorSeries

The stream of the MIN-COL match sure is having buffering issues. I probably should reboot my internet and roku before the Timbers game (in case that's the problem).

@RedZoneChannel your Roku Sunday Ticket app shows TDs & FGs on the preview "game select" before they happen on screen. Knowing the future really messes with the enjoyment of the game. Maybe hire a programmer to fix it. Or just relax with posting the scores ASAP #nfl #sundayticket

is anyone else having an issue using crunchyroll on roku? i tried deleting the channel and reinstalling it because it wasn't even connecting earlier but now when i try to login, it says my info is invalid even tho i know for a fact it's valid.

@robinivski I don't think they've ever broken out how much is made per specific segment. I think revenue generated on the device and The Roku Channel is platform so for example ads and subscriptions. Ads could be banner ads and video ads. Device Rev could be players, TVs, soundbar, etc

@hulu_support I've noticed recently that the commercials are much louder than the show I'm watching... This happens on my TCL Roku TV, my Xbox One and even my Chromecast. Do you recommend anything that I can do to fix this?

For some reason when I plug my Roku into my tv it says “DVI” instead of HDMI and doesn’t display anything. I tried it in both ports and got the same results. Tried it on another tv and it works fine. The HDMI ports work too because I tried them with my cable and it shows up

Does anyone else have problems with their @Roku ultra controller with buttons sticking and/or not work at all...or worse yet just shuts down the TV on it's own? We've gone through two of them in just a few months. @RokuSupport

One random thing of note, i'm risking jinxing it, but this is first live PPV watching on my new Roku instead of ps4 App and it has been more stable and hasnt dropped quality or buffered yet.

I haven't replaced my Roku devices yet, on the other hand I feel like it's just a matter of time before Roku screws up something else. Six months of griping, and they STILL don't have it, also several of the integrated products I've had of theirs are awful...
