@AmazonHelp Thanks for the reply. I have been experiencing this for weeks. I thought I had resolved it by removing apps that were suspected to be causing issues. Tonight, I discovered that didn't work. Next time it goes back to Amazon for a full refund and I switch to Roku.

@HBOMaxHelp Streaming with a Roku and haven’t had problems for months with streaming. Now I renew after a couple weeks lapse due to my ATT trial expiring, and here it is 11 pm PST and the show tries to start, but just pops back to title screen of program. I’m not even trying to watch Matrix!

Hey @HBOMaxHelp I have a Roku and can't watch The Matrix. Other HBO videos play, but The Matrix gives me the loading dots and then goes back home. Tried restarting Roku. Didn't work. Gave up and watched it on my iPad and don't care anymore, but thought you should know.

@pookleblinky YES. Mom got a free roku stick with her cable, I had to set it up for her. Had to call the cable company because they never activated her account on their end for it to work. They wouldn't talk to me because it wasn't my name on the account.

@LGUSSupport I have learned that it's not compatible w/o adding Roku or Google. Considering Google data collections history I've decided to invest the additional $100/per month for cable boxes. Hoping LG will go to bat for its customers and work w/the cable comps for a resolution. Thank you

@Peachie100 @maddow It does that if you'reusing a streamingservice. If you have roku, turn you volume mode off. If that doesn't work, exit the app and re-enter.

Why’s the spotify on my roku crashing again and again when I play the @P_McCulloughMD @joerogan episode, this is not a joke because up until this point I didn’t even know that roku could crash lol
