    @TCL_Global I will never buy one of your products every again because of the garbage @Roku does. i should not need to connect to the Internet to make changes on my TV. Absolutely terrible. I paid $1000 for my TV, I should have comple control of it. Never again.

    Anyone else while watching #wrestlemania after a commercial break, it goes back to the beginning of the match that just ended or just a different part in general! watching on @Roku fix this, I'm tired of fast forwarding, then watching another 4-5 mins of ads then back to Mania!

    @Roku Who do I need to contact about an issue with a commercial on your service? My mother saw an ad for a assistance card, and since she did that, she has been getting non stop spam calls meaning a commercial on YOUR service sold her phone number.

    @Roku i've never had a problem with roku, had to reverse a Cable one time and that was it, and I love the new voice remotes that are rechargeable, only issue I've had is with Disney not being able to click on it and it comes on says can't login from your area error 43 error 83

    So @Roku just not going to address the issue they cause on the TCL and I assuming other TV’s with that horrible update or fix it? I am tired of having to reset things to get i to recognize the HDMI ports or them not be corrupted every day since.

    I normally love my @Roku — I have one for each TV! — but my living room one has been a real issue. The remote randomly stopped working and the device itself now reboots itself multiple times a day (often in the middle of viewing something). Very annoying.

    @Roku Ghaaa......What did u do?! Update bad! Please don't fix what is not broke. Let user decide! 2 nights in find organize LOCAL ANTENNA channels, renam lil tile, now it's GONE! 😱 Where is it? Want on home screen! Hisense Roku TV

    Who else is having serious lag and spooling on @YouTubeTV tonight on @Roku. No other streaming services have issues. Yes, I have restarted the app and the whole #Roku This seems to happening more and more. The service was more reliable before they started jacking up prices

    @theblaze Please tell me why your app on @Roku has CONSTANT buffering problems. It's the only streaming service I have that does this. Every show, every day, I have to back out of the live show and come back in every 10 to 15 minutes because of buffering. It's making all the shows I dearly love completely unwatchable. Please respond, or I'm going to have to cancel, because there is just no point paying for this.

    @Roku you’ve got to do something about your remote control design. It’s terrible! The buttons don’t depress well, they roll and often require pressing multiple times to make a selection. Take a page off Xumo, Apple TV or FireTV. Redesign your remote!!

    @Roku What the HECK did you do to live tv pause? There is no way to fast forward and see where you are in the program. You’ve literally broken the best feature of having a Roku TV.

    I generally just let the @Roku screensavers scroll while I do other stuff, but I think it got an update recently because the Roku City screensaver just flat does not work anymore. It's a black screen. Back button doesn't work. Gotta use the Home button to return to the menu.

    Hey @Roku. I had a device apparently fail. Bought a new streaming stick and there was nothing wrong with the device. Now I am thinking this is a "you" issue. Currently, I am unable to add the new device. In addition, I am able to log into my account via the Web but not the Android app.
