@RokuSupport I will send a dm. This is likely an issue with @comcast @XfinitySupport no longer supporting the wifi range my Roku uses.

@mookieghana Their apps on other devices seem to be better too, last PPV or 2 since switching from BR LIVE to just regular BR, the apps on roku and Xbox wouldn't let me sign in bc I used my FB login for BR, there's now the option to activate devices with a code which wasnt there before

@DailyPacMan I have a problem with this, 7 can be pronounced as "nana" so that works, 5 is "go" which the hiragana for is ご and "ko" is こ, so that works, but 6 in hiragana is "roku" so literally how do you get "mu" from six, the hiragana look different, they sound different. How?

@ColonelLanda @mookieghana I have a Roku & have the BR app on there. So I've watched every PPV on there, no issues at all. I'm going to go home & check the app to ensure it's updated, but I recommend that way.

@KeswickThunder Nah Roku is streaming on TV. They have a CSN philly app, when you try to watch it asks you to authenticate (log into Xfinity from your phone w/ code). As long as my phone isn't connected to my wifi, & I use parents Xfinity info to login, can then watch Sixers on my tv/wifi

@HBOMaxHelp The subtitles are not in sync with some shows. It doesn't matter what you do, it's a problem with the Roku app that can't be fixed no matter how much troubleshooting

@RokuSupport Hi! It looks like it was a Netflix issue rather than a Roku issue. Netflix told me to unplug my tv and it worked but If it continues then I’ll call you all

@Cassie_Lately @ATTHelp Pt 2 - The problem is the apps require you to long on using your cable provider. That’s when the issues started, switching from uverse to stream seem to be when the issues started. After switching to stream, even the apps on firestick or roku started being glitchy (cont) pt3

@missfanny07_ I cut cable/landline a year ago. No regrets. I bought both iPhone/iPad on contract with Rogers and I thought it was enough spending. I have ROKU (makes your tv work with apps you download) and they offer a few free apps. For my current lifestyle I don’t need more. So far 🤞🏼!

Anybody got a reply to the restart issue that @Roku is having? Roku keeps telling me to go to bed between 11:00 & 11:30 it restarted twice last night within 10 minutes. Is Roku answering any of the issues having to do with restarting? #Netflix and #Paramount the worst!

Internet access in rural areas is a joke. The only streaming apps that work on my Roku are Netflix and sometimes Peacock. I have Disney+ & Hulu and have to watch them with my phone or laptop using my hotspot. I have 3 to 4 bars of 5g cellular but my internet can’t compete?

I also recommend this show if you want to watch a show where the sound cuts out every once in a while before returning with a loud snapping sound. This may just be a problem of my Roku though

@RCReed40 Roku has more to offer and costs less. I recently had a problem with a remote that was well out of warranty. They sent me a new one. The mute button on the newer remotes is wonderful. No, the mute button on the newer remotes is *WONDERFUL*

@DisneyPlusHelp all my devices (2 fire tvs, Sony Android TV, roku, & play app on phone) get error code 83. Chat support was no help. Tried phone on cell data in case it was my wifi, same issue. Took phone to another wifi location, same issue. Roku was ok until I logged out.

@drjessphd Not a Samsung. Though they are reasonably priced, the bottom lit LED strip will burn out right about when the warranty expires. Known issue and a couple class action lawsuits going. Very happy with my TCL roku TV at a similar price point.
