Roku is the worst service I have ever dealt with in my life. Idk how yall deal with it. Just get a fire stick. I'm so frustrated right now. I just want to watch anime and I've spent like 20 mins downloading and trying to navigate the vrv app

Having issues with their Roku devices? I feel your pain. Seems impossible to reach them. Their website and troubleshooting pages are useless. I found success looking up their Facebook page and direct messaging them from there, took a few days, but they responded! 🥳 #Roku

@HBOMaxHelp Jerrod Carmichael: Rothaniel. I tried watching it on a TV (using Roku), and then tried to log into HBOMax on a computer. Both ways had terrible captions that only got about 50% of what was being said and were significantly delayed.

@grbenny It's a recent glitch I found reported when both my Roku remotes on diff TVs froze on YT & disabled themselves~At diff times/days- googled & found others had same issues- If it happens u have 2 reset the remote~Just be aware~

@fantasyfolklore We are not in the apple 'ecosystem' (spouse & daughter have iPhones, though) so can't comment on that solution, but have Roku and no complaints. 2 Roku TVs (smaller, got a deal at WalMart) and they've been great. Worst problem is kids forgetting where they stuffed the remote.

@downdetector Cannot log in. User for yrs on mlbtv. No acct. suddenly. Cannot re register, returns various error messages, on iPhone, Samsung tablet and tv, and roku. Going on for days. Delete app reinstall also

@DIRECTVhelp getting a weird sound coming thru consistently on my TCL Roku TV when using the DirecTV stream app. It's super frustrating. Is this a known issue or are there any solutions? Sounds like an effect from an old video game or something

@CBSSports All CBS streaming apps are GARBAGE! Figure it out. For a huge broadcast corporation you think the mobile app/Roku app would work. Audio is always 10-15 seconds ahead of the video. Y'all suck and make it really hard to watch a big game like Duke UNC.

I bring this up because I recently discovered that someone went to the trouble to remaster the entire Baywatch collection using the original film, and it’s available for free on Roku if you’re willing to tolerate weird commercials about pharmaceutical drugs
