  You need an nps escalation process. I asked the rep. I tried to sign up 1 year ago on Roku w a promo had issues and no resolution so loss of revenue for all of 2020 after a bad sign up experience. Figure out a way to delight a customer is willing to upgrade rather losing them

  @FanboyClay Also auto frame rate was turned off on my roku... I think that's the main issue. It must be filmed at a higher frame rate. I'm guessing

  WINS discovery is obsolete, so make sure you install wsdd2, which makes network browsing work correctly on modern machines. There's also (mini)dlna, which let's me stream videos from my disk to my Roku. This has worked out pretty well, tbh.

  Man, @AppleTVPlus’s fast-forward function on @Roku kinda sucks. Darn thing doesn’t buffer properly unless you do it on the slowest setting. On top of the fact that it didn’t save my spot when I paused it and changed my input to watch a game on cable.

  @fuboTV help. Samsung 43" 4k smart TV. Lately I often get blurring when watching on FUBO but if I watch Netflix, prime video, etc. everything is fine. This is a smart TV running wirelessly. We have fubo running through Roku on other TVs and no problems. Any suggestions?

  @TheChrisGlass @Roku The problem is roku’s business model. No one wants to pay Apple TV prices for their streaming device but the company making them is gonna make that money somewhere. So every big app on roku has to pay to be in their store. Same reason HBO Go/max and peacock weren’t on there

  @Roku @RokuSupport Is there a reason my Roku TV 💩 itself and restarted in its own? There was no update, and your TV tuner is still as broken as when you screwed up and put out that malware as the version 10 software update the other day.
