    @ring Why do notifications, that may be important, pop up when I open the app to view a camera? As I’m clicking on the image it then removes the notification at the bottom of the screen & I never know what it said... This also slows down opening camera b/c I need to click twice.

    @ring How do I surface mount a Ring floodlight cam on a wall? I'm running conduit on the brick wall surface and cannot flush mount the junction box. Is there a round junction box that can surface mount to the wall that would allow for a tight seal with the camera? Help please!

    @ring @ringuk The ring doorbell 3 was bought as a present at Christmas....what an absolute pile of Pooh this is ...the live feed hardly ever works or takes ages to connect... The "person detected" is that slow at sending notifications the person has gone when I get to the door.

    @ring I'm having trouble downloading and signing in to the app on this tablet. I am able to go online and sign in, but when I try on the app, it doesn't work.

    @ring hi, I was wondering if you could help with a question I have about the Ring Chime Pro. If I set it up, will it just boost my WiFi signal just to my doorbell or will it help if there's a printer etc. nearby the Chime too?

    @ring My husband got me 2 ring doorbells for Christmas and they have been nothing but a pain !!!! We constantly have to disconnect the electrical wires. It sounds like they might explode our doorbell. Is there any solution? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 Please help 😩

    @Tahnit @ring Yeah. It's always had exposure issues. Motion detection only kicks in when someone at the door, but not more than a foot away. Tried to fix it today, and they told me no way to change exposure. 5$ webcams are better lol

    @ring Two stick up cam cannot connect to wifi after a power outage and needed to be reset manually. My other two cheap Chinese made cam are working without any connection problems. Thoughts?

    @WeeKett_UK I'm sorry but your kettle is not fit for purpose 2nd kettle and it's still disconnecting from the WiFi why? We have a @ring that's outside and stays connected our hive has no problem all alot further away from the rooter

    Definitely won't be continuing to use @ring . There has to be a better way to verify without all of this riggamaroll. We never had this issue with @ADT

    Our completely worthless @Ring camera completely missed someone stealing something right off our front lawn. One minute it's there, the next minute, gone... no motion detected, nothing recorded. But it's happy to record every skunk and raccoon that happens by. Utter garbage.

    @ring It did it again. I have to manually turn on the alarm when disconnected Riverknoll baldwinsville Stolen app for thieves to break in. Found I have to manually turn on my security if internet goes out Can you fix the app so if my internet goes off the security works?

    Don't buy into the @ring ecosystem. I have spent hours with their customer support to register and enable my devices. Still not working. Customer support is just sending me the same useless help articles.

    @WharrierChris @ring That’s TERRIBLE! I can’t seem to speak to anyone at the moment. Have had 3 conversations changing every setting under the sun, filled in two forms & emailed back and forth to speak to someone about a replacement & keep getting ****** around. Pathetic!
