    @ring I've called already, multiple times so why call again? I've done the chat,emailed & called. All multiple times. The issue is not being resolved. I'm not the only one having this problem. The cameras have been useless for a week. Horrible customer service & tech support.

    @ring I have DM'ed you in the past and was told to switch to Rapid Ring app. It used to work great. In fact, it was reliable. But ever since you guys started to mess with encryption (about the time news came out) the quality of service is down. Reddit is full of similar posts

    @ring Please fix your equipment, app & website! Can't view videos on the app or online unless it is a live view video or I click on the notification when it pops up! All other videos can't be played, there's nothing there!

    The @ring password reset feature will email you telling you it was reset, but then the app and web won’t let you login. I know I’ve tried resetting mine over 20 times now.

    @ring I literally just watched an Amazon driver pull in front of my house, park, walk up the drive way, onto the porch, place the package down, take a photo of it, then leave. NOT A SINGLE NOTIFICATION FROM THE DOORBELL. This is effing ridiculous

    @Manutd_Fan_1997 @ring @ring_uk If you figure it out will you please let me know. I just replayed some video and have the same issue. It worked for a while busy as of the 14th or so, I have no audio.

    @ring just wondered if your system was down again, to be honest it’s difficult to tell the difference between the system being down and the way it works as standard, most overrated, unreliable piece of technology I’ve ever owned.

    @ring Not a great customer experience if a customer is asked buy a new device just because of a broken button, which was poorly designed in the 1st place?? Also, trying to up-sell a $100 plus plan for an extended warranty or a 35% discount on device purchase doesn’t make it any better

    Have to completely replace @Ring Floodlight Cam just because bulb is out. $200 down the drain. You would think it would last longer than 30 months.

    @ring 1/2...No thanks as I have been told by Ring that it's the app that's not working properly on certain phones since the last couple if updates, and they are apparently trying to sort the app out, but thadoes not help me as paid a lot of money for something that can't be operated...

    @ring like the tech. DO NOT like the fact that some of the basic applications need a monthly subscription; person ID (filters out the cats) or motion delay...they are trimming down the service bit by bit so consider something else

    @AmazonHelp @ring When I try to use my Alexa to show my Ring Doorbell 2 Camera on my 2nd gen Fire TV Stick, Alexa says “front door camera is not supported on this version of Fire TV.” According to the website all three devices in their current updates are compatible. Please help!

    Terrible customer service from @GLS_Ireland and @ring, package arrives in gls 8 days ago and not delivered.. chase it up and they tell me it’s damaged and can’t deliver ! They said they made contact with @ring but neither thought I should be told about it..

    @ring We just bought a Ring Alarm system and so far are extremely disappointed with the App. Can only have 1 Owner and sharing to a user is nearly impossible. Cannot share the alarm so that others can turn off/on the alarm from their phone. Support couldn't help. FRUSTRATING!

    @ring @yasomina Hello, I am having the same problem this morning. "Could not load locations" I have re-installed the app, but same result. Last time this message happened was with your system outage a few months ago.

    Hey @ring I reset my password and now I can’t login anymore. So I reset it again and I still get errors. I’ve now reset my password 23 times but I still get errors when logging in and am locked out of my account. Your password reset is clearly broken. Please fix it.

    @ring I use to give you guys so much praise for your customer service. That is over & I may cancel service. You’re now in the Philippines & can only help w/Ring products & not products that customers can add to their Ring system? I just wasted 30 minutes to have to call Schlage.

    Hey @ring - your 2nd gen video doorbell is one of the worst devices I've ever seen. Straight out of the box, the battery level is always 'critical'. I look online and everyone has the same problem. Could be an idea to sell something that actually works as promised?

    @ring i got the door bell pro 2 and i love it but for some reason it won't let me see the live stream through my @SamsungSupport Family hub keep saying "video streaming is not available due to the network problem". Any idea how to fix this?
