    @ring why does my ring doorbell keep going offline. It is picking up motion and recording that, it works when you press the doorbell, but live view doesn’t work. My wifi is ok. Please assist

    @ring @ring hi, quite a few people have tweeted about their ring devices going offline. My doorbell is also doing this. The rest of my ring security system (cameras, contact sensors, motion detectors remain online). Is this a known issue?

    @TheMeltingPat @ring Same here. Some devices started randomly going offline about a month ago after working perfectly for a couple of years. I’ve seen others mention it, too. Yet another fix needed!

    @ring devices are pretty good, but their apps are total garbage. They really are letting their customers down with this rubbish. Do some beta testing and do us all a favour. You could start by fixng the 'sharing' option which simply doesn't work

    @ring Lol same generic message that you always send. Im good. I’ll pass on wasting my time. The last time I DM’d you guys, I was told nothing could be done and had to call in. That resulted in more wasted time. Why don’t you guys just fix your ****** product or reimburse your customers

    Getting motion alerts for my camera out back but it's apparently offline somehow. No other device is having connection issues, including my second camera. Do @ring devices usually disconnect randomly like this?

    Had a @VivintHome security system for 6 months now. Absolutely hate it. Cameras are trash, doorbell doesn’t pickup people half the time. Cancelling this **** and going back to @ring

    @ring Why do ring ignore customers in their forum? For 2 years people have been asking for notifications when their cameras go offline. It’s a simple implementation and massive security issue. My only thoughts are you don’t want people to know how often this happens?

    Time to #inventandsimplify for your customers @ring. Moving into a new home and am unable to connect devices because they are registered to the old owner. Called customer service as requested and they were unable to help me. 1/2

    @ring Doorbell not not picking up activities correctly & fully tested over 3 months period. Called helpline and after 1 hour troubleshooting still refused to replace my faulty ring. Please help, as now have inconsistent security over my home. Not sure what I’m paying monthly for

    @inetbampot45 @ring Yes lots of reports from customers of exactly the same issue : cams show as offline in the app and do not update the dashboard image and you cannot Liveview… but they are still recoding motion and snapshots in their timeline.

    So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome
