    @ring @ImCourtneyLynn Hopefully they can make yours work because they didn’t do anything for me besides tell me to call their 1800 number. Clearly this is a big issue as more and more are reporting the app crashing. Hopefully you’ll do something @ring

    Just bought a new @ring doorbell (2nd generation) - stupidly lost (I have put it down somewhere and now can't find it anywhere... i think it's my age) the back plate - the bit you attach to the door/bricks/wherever - can I just buy this bit?!

    @ring thanks for the useless private message offering me a voucher to buy yet another substandard product instead of helping to fix the problem. One plastic replacement button has less of an electrical waste than me buying a new device. Nothing elite about the ring. Ring ring!

    @Helraizer31 @ring We have cameras. The issue is that the Ring interface doesn’t allow you to dictate what an account can see. So once you share something you can’t be like “XYZ can only answer the door” for example.

    Getting a @ring doorbell didn’t seem like a bad idea until I found out we can’t set up what someone can see if we share the device with them. Now I’m pretty much unable to just go for a walk without being interrogated. Awesome.

    @ring your system for logging in on a new device is bonkers, like literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever had to do. Send myself a code from my old device? Oh you don’t have that? Ok spend 10 minutes on the phone with us for a code… wtf I’ll just go find another doorbell. #fail

    @ring I purchased the retro fit 5 piece bundle and was charged twice. Called you all and was advised to dispute with my credit card but they denied the dispute. Please help I do not want a extra $300 charge

    @Shaq the @ring company you invested in seems to be scamming ppl.. Warranty only lasts a year after that any problem and you have to buy a whole new system??
