    @ring anyone thinking of getting these products, DONT! #ring doorbell doesn’t work. It is offline much more than it is online. Their customer support is a joke. Do not buy ring products, you’ll just be wasting your money.

    @ring I’m close to sending back my Doorbell 3 and Chrime Pro! Upgraded my Wifi network to @geteero which both @amazon own. Both devices now struggle for Wifi signal, they haven’t moved and surely the signal strength would be better. Please help ASAP

    @amazon_policy @ring @Habitat_org That's great! Very Self Righteous 👏You also apparently believe intruders have the right to enter your back yard!?! Unbelievable you won't allow neighbors to post an alert when ring catches an intruder entering your back yard is reprehensible... WTF!?!

    @mcintoshc16 @ring Yes, I'm having the same problem again. I've also had a problem for a week or two trying to delete recordings. I've found that recordings will only delete from the list once I back out of the app and then go back into it. I'm getting very disillusioned with this Ring doorbell.

    @ring Ring is working against Neighbors!! Just tried to post an alert last night an intruder entered by property came all the way into my back yard garage area obviously up to NO good tried to post to alert my neighbors and RING removed it WTF!?!?!

    @ring what is going with your platform? There's been a connection issue since Wednesday the 10th what exactly are we paying for if your system is spotty at best? You used to be reliable now it's just terrible. Get it together! Going to check other options.

    @ring I have the entry delay set up on my alarm system but when you trigger the sensor it sounds the alarm straight away. Doesn’t give me any time to get to the keypad. I have checked the settings. Any help ??

    @ring something is up with the app for additional users on my ring account. My master account works like it should, but both additional users that have samsung galaxy 8 phones got an update notice and then said couldn't find location. Reinstalled the app and now they can't login.

    @ring 200mgbs fibre Internet speed with a wifi booster between router and doorbell and still cant connect to live view. Worst product i ever brought

    @ring can you please have your engineers work on a camera meant for Northern weather My doorbell is wired in and still sometimes won’t work due to a low battery because of the weather. - if it does work it super slow because of the negative temps.. Just a thought

    @ring you guys need a firmware update providing the ability to configure multiple WiFi networks as a fallback in case the main network is offline for some reason. Security shouldn’t stop working when a single potential point of failure is compromised

    @jonesdan750 @ring Very nice definitely a place on the market. Not a big fan of ring though. Brought one for mine to see what it’s all about. Was good now drops off the Internet every few days have to do a hard reset. No info to let you know it’s not working. It is an old one now though.

    @ring I find getting double notifications really annoying... and what’s even more inconvenient is that I have to WAIT to SEE who’s at my door because it’s “processing”... please fix these!
