    5 support calls, finally got them to replace my doorbell covered by the ring protect plan. Two weeks later it hasn't shipped, and I'm being told it is "out of stock". Bullshit, I can order it online right now. The worst customer service ever!!! @ring

    @ring has the WORST customer service support online and over the phone. NO one whom I've spoken to could help me with a replacement order item from 7 days ago find where this order is. I've been on hold for 20 plus minutes and counting. #DoNotPurchaseARINGSystem #RINGSucks 👎🏾😡

    @ring they informed me that it would be fine. I explained the problem was it shouldn’t have water in it. They finally said they would make a one time exception to replace the battery. I explained that was not a solution. They finally agreed to make another one time exception

    @ring just called customer support for a leaking Solar Pathlight. They proceeded to tell me they needed me to test if it was still working and if so, everything would be fine. I explained that wasn’t the issue & that it shouldn’t leak and would oxidize again even if I cleaned it.

    @ring hello there, my floodlight camera is no longer working after a 1 second power cut. Keeps telling me cannot connect to WiFi or chime pro. My #Eufy camera have no problems re-connecting. I can’t get through to your support team. Please can someone help!

    @ring please help, our doorbell chime is completely dead, we have tried rebooting it, moving to a different socket, rebooted Wi-Fi, nothing works. How can we get a replacement?

    Can anyone recommend a good wireless video doorbel?? Have a @ring for just over a year and it is offline more than its on. Had packages pinched and cars damaged and no proof!!!

    Another @amazon FAIL! @ring #Ring good for cheap security market. Server latency. Ridiculous configuration design. I'm a security pro w over 4 decades of experience. This system is NOT optimal security. And their service is inept and un responsive

    @ErinM_6GenTX @ring Im having the same problms. Between about 11pm and 5:30am i have NOTHING showing and yet 2 cars parked directly outside have been damaged or broken into!!! RING is a total waste of money thinking of switching to another brand that actually does what its meant to do.

    @AnyMtn @ring Broken system. Ring needs to remember what happened to United Air, Gateway Computers and Blackberry. Maybe Ring just doesn’t care. Seems that way.

    @ring Disappointed your team couldn’t help. We cant see ANY night history the app. Our zones are set up to monitor cars going by and we keep outdoor lights on. I got lectured how I shouldn’t have zones set up to detect cars. Our neighborhood had burglaries, so I want to see.

    @DougonIPComm @amazon @ring I think LoRA & LoRaWAN (subtle difference but I can never remember what it is) are “sleepers” for numerous applications Dual-mode uses are especially interesting. For instance a LoRa ping could be used to signal that a device is outside cellular coverage or has an outage

    @ring @crispi_1971 3.47.0 on Android 11 has the same issue. Router less than one metre from the ring door bell... always says signal issue... impossible. Works fine on another phone..

    @ring I've been thru this multiple times with your technical support department. It's to do with the Live View functionality which does not work in ring app > 3.42.0 on Android 11. And only Android 11. It's clearly a coding/compatibility error in the app.

    @ring How about you fix Ring app on Android 11? No. It's not related to WIFI strength. No. It's not related to Internet speed. Latest Ring App on Android 10 : Works Ring App pre 3.42.0 on Android 11 : Works Rapid Ring on Android 11 : Works Ring App 3.43+ on Android 11: Fails

    @dwoodbridge @ring That's our problem. By the time the motion sensor picks it up and lets me know, the people are gone. So there is no way to address them live or pick up someone doing something in real time. It's so frustrating after spending all of this money.

    @ring Well, officially done w/ Ring. The last update for the spotlight cam did me in. Why would you make more steps to do the same thing? It's bad enough it takes a long time to get the notification, but once you get it, there are more steps to view. 100% guar NOT to catch anyone live

    I've got to say that @ring @ring_uk customer service is second to none! Recently had a technical issue with my doorbell and they quickly sent out a replacement without any hassle. Very friendly staff too 👏👍

    Hi! Going to be switching out modem/router bumping up net speed today. Will this be an easy switch with Ring app & set up, etc. also have batt inside now charging went offline last night, low charge due to cold weather. Thx! @ring

    @ring Just received a welcome back message!!! Seems odd as I have been out for 10 minutes. Aslo notifications are always so slow and as my phone is locked the app never wakes up to let me know visitors. Not sure that I should be paying this years subscription. What do you think?

    It's pretty bad when @OnTrac_Shipping claims they delivered your package of at home covid tests, but the driver was never seen on the @ring cam delivering. Customer service was no help. Wouldn't surprised if the driver stole the tests, due to them being in short demand. #stolen

    Don’t buy anything from @ring online. They have the absolute worst customer service. 1 of my devices came defective and they are saying they will send me a label, but I have to call them back before I send it to let them know I’m only sending back one device & not the whole order
