@ring please lose the doorbell noise from your ad. It drives the dog loopy. If you could turn it down outside and give options on the tone, too, please? I know I've rung it and the tone is seriously annoying after a couple of streets' campaigning.

@ring did your last update have a bug. Multiple locations solar panals not charging. Cars suddenly setting off camera as people. Not sure if you fixed the spotlight cam issue with the motion sensor.

@ring I am trying to share access to my ring devices and the options to do this on the receiving account don’t work, I tried to ring the support I ended up at a point I couldn’t continue from as the tones were no longer recognised. Poor user experience shocking customer support.

@ring Wired doorbell struck in B&W. Ran troubleshooting inc. rebooting with cust care, no fix, so said I have to reset it by pressing the button on the back. I'm 1200 miles away. Some use your cams at remote locations for security, so this is a massive failing in the software.

Hey @ring why all the sudden won’t my door ringer stay connected? It never was a problem and now it’s constant. I paid a year in advance for a service that doesn’t work. And don’t tell me the cold does it bc the other cameras outside are fine.

@OnSolve Dallas Zipcode 75231 has been getting plagued by false reports of Assaults almost every hour for the past 4 days on @ring's neighborhood events. They claim the Dallas Police Department has reported it, but they didnt. Someone has hacked OnSolve. please fix this.

@AGA_PBinUK YES. Prop. Mgrs & Maintnce people, too. @Ring is real bad!!! They advertise in commercials about their police connections & surveillance. TI's can get privacy, safety/security violations just by the "Narrative" being issued....even if they don't "Opt" into police monitoring.

@ring really poor that you cannot mount a stick up camera upside down and rotate the image, if it’s not possible the correct bracket should be supplied! My basic camera can do it why not ring!

@danalundon @SimpliSafe Take a look at my tweets about my recent @ring experience. That should help you decide. Support is hiding in plain site. "DM us" and then they never respond, and they ghost you, or they just argue. Not a good experience.

Sadly, the @Ring does a better job of informing me of #crime statistics and occurrences than @councilofdc or @CMLewisGeorgeW4 does. Maybe because it's easier to bury your head in the sand than admit we have a problem.

@ring Your customer support is terrible. I've been a support plan customer for years. The runaround I received yesterday was simply inexcusable. Two and a half hours of my life I'll never get back. For a broken mount. Infuriating. My advise to folks in the market? Buy elsewhere.

@ring So they want me to go back to front line tier 1 support at @ring yet again...in 3 days of total customer service hell. "Fill out this tier 1 form." This is what they hide from the public, in DMs. Does @SimpliSafe endlessly send people back to tier 1 after a major issue?

@ring Why is my Doorbell 3 always offline? It's been off since 6.30pm yesterday, that's 12 hours. When it is sometimes online it always has 'poor WiFi connection'. At this point it's completely useless and I might as well not have it.

@ring @ajassy Should probably have someone look into @ring and their customer service organization at this point. I'm a BPO industry veteran, and I know when CX strategy is simply not working. #customerisalwayswrong Ring's product and service failed us. It could fail you too. #ring
