    @ring I have fully charged battery,perfect picture during the day,white/grey horizontal lines at night making it impossible to see any meaningful pictures,cannot be Wi-Fi issue as only happens at night,can the Ring team please resolve this ASAP,lots with same problem on chats

    @ring seems on a mission to destroy their most loyal users - I have five devices (doorbell, cameras to watch the dog) and use the app multiple times a day. On Chrome your web login fails and crashes and is half as useful. Thanks @Amazon for ruining a great product.


    @Cylee3Cylee @ring Not looking for an argument at all. Like I said I just feel bad for the people that use alarm system setup when something like this happens.     @DARKMIRROR002 @ring they're not bad, all things considered. I can count with my hand how many times it have failed me in the years using it. But of course, you can argue that old system is more reliable, but that impression also comes with fact that you never monitor them like you would with Ring.

    @ring just canceled my ring security bundle. Glad your stuff broke now, before it shipped, save myself a lot of money and a lot of grief.. y'all keep hyping your products but but you need to focus on quality and reliability. Hopefully you get this resolved before the next issue.

    @ring suddenly unable to access live view on all my stick up cams or my video doorbell. cannot access "device health" screen for any of them either. control center only working intermittently. alarm system seems to be working, but all cameras are down

    @ring more than just app not loading. Can't sign in on web. Windows app is down too. When app was partially working, showed devices but said alarm system offline but it isn't.

    @ring saw ur recent tweet of the issue. I deleted the app cause I thought it was my app and tried logging in but it says for 2 factor “bad gateway” and “the operation couldn’t be completed”. Just letting u know

    @ring I updated my ring doorbell yesterday with the app and now all my recordings have gone, not really a huge issue but I’ve paid for these months for them to save and the update has wiped them including my favourite’s. Seems like a waste of monthly money now

    @ring I have sent 3 emails with no response, I have not had a full year on a ring doorbell without it corroding and nobody appears interested in finding a proper solution except replacing with the same poor quality as a customer for several years a response would be appreciated

    @ring I called customer support for assistance with my doorbell. The recording said it will be a 45 minute wait. Well as of now I have been waiting for help for 1hr 27 minutes and counting. Someone please help 😤

    @UPS It would help if your pick-up drivers would you know, hit the big glowy button on the @Ring doorbell when they come to pick up. Thankfully, the motion sensor alerted me to him sticking the "attempt 1" sticker on my screen door so I was able to give him the package today.

    @ring Hi, our Ring Chime isn't working. During setup, after we enter our wifi password, the light changes from flashing green to flashing blue and then it turns red. How can I fix this issue?

    @QuinnyPig @ring Fwiw I had that issue with Philips Hue too until I factored Hue out into having its own hub and having Alexa just talk to the hub. (System design for freaking light systems with only a few bulbs?!) Super aggravating.

    @ring If this isn't normal, then when are call times less than 35 minutes? Why not just return my call and save my battery? Why not help me get me along with my day rather than respond to my post with nothing but sympathy? I love sympathy, thanks. I'd rather have better custmer service

    Do NOT buy anything from @ring If your package gets lost by @UPS they will not help you. You will just lose your money and have nothing. They do not care if the carrier loses your package. Switching to @ADT monitoring today! It’s been real!

    @ring I have wired stick up camera only had for three months and it has suddenly stopped working I’ve tried to follow the set up again and reset but the camera is completely unresponsive and now just beeps when plugged in and won’t allow me to connect to Wi-fi or ring setup #help

    @itsmekristi @ring It wasn’t moved out of the home it was moved in, Brian’s father offered to let them move stuff into their home so they didn’t have to pay for the storage unit. Brian flew home to help move stuff then flew back to Utah where he left Gabby at a hotel.
