@ring @ring hi, quite a few people have tweeted about their ring devices going offline. My doorbell is also doing this. The rest of my ring security system (cameras, contact sensors, motion detectors remain online). Is this a known issue?

@ring devices are pretty good, but their apps are total garbage. They really are letting their customers down with this rubbish. Do some beta testing and do us all a favour. You could start by fixng the 'sharing' option which simply doesn't work

@ring Why do ring ignore customers in their forum? For 2 years people have been asking for notifications when their cameras go offline. It’s a simple implementation and massive security issue. My only thoughts are you don’t want people to know how often this happens?

@inetbampot45 @ring Yes lots of reports from customers of exactly the same issue : cams show as offline in the app and do not update the dashboard image and you cannot Liveview… but they are still recoding motion and snapshots in their timeline.

So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome
