@ring Being truthful after 6+ hours of a MAJOR outage is key to maintaining customer confidence and goodwill ...anything less than that is just very poor customer service

@ring Many customers are now aware there's been an app outage all day, however, many could've avoided wasted time trying to troubleshoot what was thought to be an isolated problem. Your website and social media accounts make no mention of an outage.
