@Plus500 You told the Consumer Authority in Cyprus that you were willing to examine any issue regarding damage suffered by clause 14.4.1 before it was amended. Why are you ignoring customers who suffered damages because of this rule and failing to do what you told the authority.

@UAEBF @Plus500 The Issue about allow agents to deposit money,then they freeze account & ask to provide any utility proof the address,despite of providing electric bill with barcode from FEWA they reject it cause not accept any online documents! And they keep freezing the amount

This is unfair considering they are trading directly against clients and gaining financially from these type of issues. Go to your consumer Authority

Apart from that mistake he’s the only one trying to create a game in midfield. Unlike disgraceful De Paul and Carrasco today.
