Here’s a little idea, @peacockTV. When you can’t fix an issue with words from marketing and customer support, please get your customers directly to tech support. I assume your goal is to KEEP customers. Fixing the issues is how you do that.

@peacockTV I recently signed up for your premium service. I’m watching my first movie and it said at the beginning of the movie there would be no ads. But there is an ad every 15 minutes. I also signed up for premium so I’m a little confused about the ads. Can help me fix this?

@PeacockTVCare @peacockTV Received DM response. It seems @peacockTV will never admit any issues are on their end. Therefore, I don't see this as ever being resolved (at least not for any length of time). If that's true, we'll have to Cancel Service.

Hey, @peacockTV please explain why ALL the Rugby Sevens games from the HSBC Series (that started September 17) are no longer on the platform! FFS, we are trying to watch the games. It’s bad enough that you won’t keep games on replay longer than 30 days, but seriously?! FIX IT!!

Hey @peacockTV is there a gitch? Been trying to get a subscription & everytime after I put in credit card information, it comes back with "whoops there's an problem, try again" I've tried on laptop & cell phone & get same message.
