I supported this platform when the content was thin, the interface sucked, and the live streams failed. I gave you time to figure it out. Instead, you turned around and tried to fleece the same people who kept your numbers looking decent. You’ve got 41 million paying subscribers and you still can’t turn a profit. That’s not a user issue. That’s a leadership issue. If your execs can’t build a sustainable service with that many customers and a billion in quarterly revenue, maybe they’re the ones who need to go. No major content upgrades. No new features. No loyalty perks. Just a higher bill and zero explanation, like we should all be grateful to fund your ongoing failure.
