Hey, @peacockTV please explain why ALL the Rugby Sevens games from the HSBC Series (that started September 17) are no longer on the platform! FFS, we are trying to watch the games. It’s bad enough that you won’t keep games on replay longer than 30 days, but seriously?! FIX IT!!

Here’s a little idea, @peacockTV. When you can’t fix an issue with words from marketing and customer support, please get your customers directly to tech support. I assume your goal is to KEEP customers. Fixing the issues is how you do that.

@NBCUniversal I’m cancelling my @peacockTV premium subscription if you pull from @youtubetv as this will force me to miss Liverpool vs man city this Sunday. Watching the prem is essential to my life. Peacock is already the worst UX out there. Why don’t you focus on that.
