the number of technical problems you run into on streaming platforms is inversely proportionate to your subscription level. my @peacockTV subscription expired 2 days ago and now shows i was watching without a single streaming issue won’t even load.

How do you reach help for @peacockTV ? Set up the app and created a profile for me - it's showing up online but in the TV app I just have "Adult profile" and "Kids Profile" showing and well neither of those have anything tied to them so I get an "error" when I select either

Honestly idk what is work @peacockTV for the premier league or @paramountplus for the Champions but both are terrible. It's embarrassing this is how we have to watch soccer in the US in 2021

Almost every time I am watching a show on @peacockTV it cuts off the end(WAY before the credits) and auto plays the next episode before I can cancel the auto play. It is SO frustrating. Also, the UX is just awful overall. Please fix this/do better!!

@peacockTV if I have already watched a series & go back to re-watch it on autoplay, all the eps autoplay from the last few mins. can your tech team fix this? very frustrating to have to sync back to beginning every time. thanks.
