@paramountplus offers a 'chat' option when seeking help, but when you request to talk to a human they don't have live agents. So...what's the point of having a 'chat' option for help when you can just google search the issue and bring up the same information chat provides?

Did anyone else have problems with the @paramountplus app today during Champions League? I tried quitting and restarting 5 times before finally giving up and just changing over to CBSSN on my Wow box. I feel like such a sucker paying what I do for all of this.

@paramountplus Trying to switch between different Champions League matches on the iPhone app and it is constantly freezing. I have to exit out to watch a different match. Same issue with yesterday’s matches.

Anyone else having trouble doing feed flashbacks right now? I go through the ParamountPlus website & it's suddenly not working - I can see video in the 4 cam preview mini-windows, but the main window just has a 'processing' symbol. I tried a different browser; same result #BB23

@StarTrekOnPPlus @paramountplus I really, REALLY wanted to like #StarTrekPicard, but I thought S1 was a narrative trainwreck full of bland, new characters. I had high hopes that S2 might fix some of the problems, but discovering it's a time travel story does not inspire confidence.

@trevorcarignan @paramountplus Maybe if we yell enough they'll fix it. I remember the Champions League final and the audio was way ahead, which led to mass complaints and they fixed it soon. But yeah, they need to fix this sooner rather than later.
