@paramountplus is the ONLY streaming service that doesn't stream. Constant buffering and playback errors make their minimal content unwatchable. The free services like Pluto and Tubi don't have a fraction of the issues Paramount + has. Garbage

@paramountplus Scream 1, 2, and 3 don't seem to work past the one minute mark. Every other show and movie will play without an issue, but not those three.

@paramountplus UI is some of the worst and glitchiest I've ever had the displeasure of using. The second you pause a video you have an 80% chance of needing to reload the entire page to continue without it freezing up let alone interact with the screen at all. 😵💫

@askparamount your app has been COMPLETELY NONFUNCTIONAL on Samsung TVs for at least 4 months. Literally will not even load the user interface. I’ve tried everything to fix it on my own. This is the worst service I’ve ever paid for. When will this be resolved?

Also, if the #ParamountPlus app does not work, would customers try and look for refunds? Especially since I paid an annual subscription already. How much ETA would it need to qualify for a cancellation or a refund, please?

@paramountplus episodes of Paw Patrol don’t play on the LG TV app. I get a 3205 error and I’ve followed the troubleshooting to reset stuff. Other content, like Peppa Pig, plays normally, please help.

@askparamount I've already gone through these troubleshooting steps. I've had issues with your app on my Samsung Smart TV since CBS All Access went live. It seems like it will start working, then an update goes through, and it quits again.

Calling the #ParamountPlus customer service number, it has been 15 mins, no answer yet. Either this such a big issue that all agents are on call already with other customers. Or there is no one present to handle service requests. Which do you think it is?

@paramountplus why the hell do I get error codes every time I try to watch live soccer. I should be getting a massive refund for the amount of times this has happened. I’ve turned off adblockers, I’ve allowed everything and still I get errors. Fix your stuff.

@paramountplus Please fix the sound problems on Discovery and Picard. Talking is very low sound on the app, and then we turn up volume and special effects sounds are very loud.

@askparamount Hi there, keep running into automates assistance with every other avenue. Need help with billing, several months ago I signed up for a Paramount+ with no commercials plus Showtime deal I believe was suppose to be around 14 dollars.
