@askparamount I am really glad that I got my subscription for almost no money. As good as some of the shows on the service are, the app is awful and laggy, and apparently the customer support isn't too great either.

@paramountplus Your app is broken. Every single time I try to watch @GhostsCBS, it crashes. On Cox, on LG. No problem when I try Discovery or Picard though. Please fix. It's been WEEKS like this.

@paramountplus I’m trying to watch Picard episode 4 but your captions are awful! Too many misspellings, missing letters and some words even disappeared. It’s far too distracting for me to actually watch it. Please fix this.

@askparamount I'm not having trouble streaming, the subtitles just suck. They're too small, they're on a black background which blocks out parts of the scene, and they only display a single line at a time, which makes following dialogue and keeping track of who is speaking difficult.

I thought @CraveCanada was a terrible app, but it's brilliant compared to @paramountplus. Constant buffering, continue watching always has the wrong episode, not all episodes of a series available. What a complete piece of garbage. #streaming #tvstreaming

Why does @paramountplus not stay logged in? Every time I select the app on my tv I have to sign in. And while we’re here. I have only ever watched the Challenge Cup on the app. Ever. But it’s never available in the menu. I have to literally go into search and type NWSL.
