Hey @paramountplus your app doesn’t work on my TV It was working fine for 2 months and today it suddenly stopped working, I’ve restarted the TV, the WiFi, tried all other apps, everything is fine except Paramount+ I’ve deleted it and reinstalled and still not working!

@askparamount You all NEED to fix this issue whether it's with Paramount Plus, or @wusa9 or @BandB_CBS - it's been in Spanish ALL week. This doesn't make any sense at all. I don't know WTF is going on but you need to resolve this. It's on regular tv - not streaming - not cable.

@askparamount Oh! This was the tweet you replied to. I thought it was my tweet about missing captions on July 19 episode. It is usual that an episode is not yet available by 2:30pm in my time zone on the day the episode first aired. The issue isn't related to my account specifically.

@askparamount What are you going to help with? I’ve reinstalled the app on 2 TVS. Used a different network. Reset my router and the only thing that will play is your advertisements that apparently I have to pay monthly to see. When it gets to what I want to watch, there is an error.

@askparamount not sure if this is something happening with ROKU devices, but episodes will play two seconds and then go back to the loading screen where it will only load halfway and immediately return to episode list…. I’ve tried resetting everything but nothing help..
