@paramountplus When I launch app on my Samsung Smart TV, I get an error message saying "...problem...we're working on it ". Have rebooted Cox cable box, internet modem, & TV (auto update is "on"), NO SUCCESS. Problem started yesterday about 16 hours ago.

@paramountplus I’m being billed — I don’t have a subscription. The only thing I did was take part in that botched promo between P+/T Mobile that NEVER worked way back last year. I never ever used P+. Pleas help. A 45 minute wait time to speak to a rep is insane.

@askparamount Every day when we turn on Paramount+ we get a message saying we’re out of the country and the show we want is not available. We are in the US — have to go to search for the show, then it works OK. Is there a fix for this? An update?

@paramountplus what's going on? Alot of us can't access the app on our tvs. Gives an "ut oh" error. I've done every trouble shooting thing for my tv and nothing. Seems I'm not the only one. What's up?

@askparamount There is no Paramount help, its a blank bot page with no actual representatives. Call the studio, I am having my attorney call on Monday. The Feds are also getting a consumer credit complaint.

@paramountplus @paulwesley Worst casting ever. I was so enjoying the series until Kirk showed up. Literally said are you kidding? His brother says how charismatic and charming James is. How bout how short, skinny, and mousy he is. The actor is no Shatner or Pine. I hope he’s not in season 2!
