@paramountplus please please fix the app for the Firestick. It is buggy, freezes and shuts down. I’m not the into one that has these issues and we shouldn’t have to deal with these issues when we pay a monthly subscription.

@paramountplus so annoying. Roku app has stayed signed in without problems for over a month, but then I canceled so it won't renew but membership is still valid until 1/26, but now it logs out once or twice a day.

Hey, @paramountplus - first your app crashes, and now after uninstalling it, it won’t reinstall at all. Just freezes. So I try calling for help, and what happens? “Due to technical difficulties, we can’t take your call.” Seriously uncool. WTF?!?

@EditBrooker @CaptainRobertA1 True point. And it didn’t help TNG remaster timing want at the dying end of physical media disc sales. Imagine if used @paramountplus to their advantage. Let Amazon Netflix etc have SD DS9 and VOY, and put the HD remaster on Paramount + only.

@survivorcbs @paramountplus what's the deal?? I'm not able to watch finale of season 40, the @paramountplus app keeps crashing my Roku when I try to watch. Shows commercials though! WHAT A FRAUD. APP DOESN'T WORK. No help on website, no twitter customer service.

@paramountplus two weeks in and still getting "please complete registration" on web browser I signed up on. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Please resolve this bug.
