@askparamount I think this has something to do with folks who signed up for PP + Showtime. My son's login (has the $5 version of PP) is working fine. I got a new subscription (+ Showtime) 2 days ago.

@paramountplus your app shows me logged in but tells me an account exists and to log in. You chat and phone number don’t work. If I can’t access my shows then canceling your service is my only option. Why is your customer service so horrible?
