I watch survivor and it always freezes. Just so you understand me m, I’m not saying ir gets cold, I’m saying it stops working an I get an error message - don’t give me some bs about deleting and uninstalling the app, or clearing the cache bal bla bla. I ain’t stupid, stupid and I got a bad temper when I’m angry, and when I’m happy. c. UI/UX is so bad it’s a crime in many countries. d. Why when I go to the app does it keep populating with shows I don’t give a **** about and I have no history with? - That’s a seriously **** recommendation engine, you should violently thrash the programmers in front of the other employees to teach them all a lesson. - it’s so bad that it would be better if you outsourced it to sweatshop in the Philippines. e. Why do I have to hunt for a show if I want to resume watching it? Makes me feel like I’m a special needs student. When I open the app my **** should be there, staring me in the face f. When my shows kept freezing I stumbled thru your ****** settings to look for an answer and it was just the support page url address. It’s like a practical joke. You guys rick-rolled me.
