    Hey @paramountplus, our account was hacked and the email changed. We emailed support to rectify the issue and haven’t had a response or acknowledgement. What’s going on? This is appalling.

    @RedTommy76 @paramountplus Imo S1 was meh and S2 was terrible. As far as S3 so far it's definitely better than 1 or 2 but I didn't come away thinking it was the "best Star Trek ever". It was fine, but I've been burned too many times by "new trek" and am waiting for that episode 3/4 hard left off a cliff.

    @ParamountPlus Seriously your app is terrible no audio options for #AudioDescription and you leave AD off every other episode are your employees this stupid that they can’t do a simple double check for an AD track before releasing an episode

    @WEMwanders @paramountplus There was a black Vulcan on Voyager? Wouldn't know didn't watch it. Would that defy cannon? Seems Rodenberry would be down. With out the Enterprise I had no interest in Star Trek. You seem to have a weird fetish about crying or tissues. Is this a cry for help of some sort?

    @paramountplus Why is it I can stream every other service, but Paramount+ keeps freezing up on my TV? Plenty of internet speed. Netflix, Peacock, Pluto, no problem. I can stream dozens of "LG Channels" for hours.

    @AskParamount Streamed Picard season 3 and the color and brightness are washed out and dull. I streamed using my LG OLED via the Prime App. All other prime apps, Netflix, and Hulu streaming the color is great. I tried changing my tv color specs but that didn’t work. Any help? Thx

    @paramountplus You have the worst app! It stops, freezes and doesn’t hold the place of series or movie! I’ve never had so much trouble watching one show. It restarted not twice but 4 times during 1 episode. Clearly I’m not the only one that feels this way. Deleting subscription #ParamountPlus

    @askparamount If I signed up for Paramount+ Premium on my Roku, will my Premium subscription work on all my other devices AppleTV, Fire Stick? If I subscribe to your Showtime bundle, does it matter which device?

    @dprusino @paramountplus Not my problem and IMO relevant to a group discussion since a simple Google search shows that many people have issues with Paramount+ failing on Fire TVs. And thanks for the tip, but we'd already tried re-installing and the account is just fine as it works on other platforms.

    @askparamount I keep getting the error message “Oops! This video isn't available outside your country.”When trying to watch anything on your app on TV w/ the Firestick. I’m in the US, watching US shows. Only fix is to force quit the whole Fire Stick every time! What is going on?!

    @paramountplus just spent over an hour, most on hold, with customer support. Can't seem to fix the problem of your app on my Samsung TV showing me a Boston MA station WBZ and NOT my local station WCAX from Burlington VT. but my tablet does. Same IP addresses & zip codes.
