@paramountplus your fire tv app is terrible. like seriously, i just watched an entire show using your terrible app, but it doesn’t even think that i’m logged in, and no login info works. HOW DID I JUST WATCH THAT SHOW THEN??

Please update your app @paramountplus It's not user friendly and it doesn't work on Samsung TVs. I might as well cancel my subscription at this point. 😕

Hi @paramountplus thanks for the 30 day trial on Xbox. Seems there's no UK app for it though. Browser gives error code 3304. Well done, you've really reeled me in.

@askparamount I want this to be public, not DM. I did receive *** via Facebook about my issues. Commercials are gone. My buffering problem has increased immensely. You blamed my "fluctuating" internet speeds, which I proved were between 11 and 12 Mbps. No problems with other svcs

Hey @askparamount - I’m unable to stream “The Day the Music Died.” Crashes after running about 5 secs and then I get message: “Uh-oh. An error has occurred, but we’re working on fixing it. We’ll be up and running again shortly!” Not true! This has been problem since yesterday.

@ParamountPlusUK @paramountplus How long will I have to wait for a response from your support team regarding a problem with my account. Somebody logged into my account and changed the password and email address associated with it. Why don’t you you have 2FA to prevent that?

@RuPaulsDragRace @paramountplus How did we go from one of the best ever seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race to one of the worst finales. Other than Jinx winning, the finale was a total snooze fest. Zero production. The lip syncs were great but anyone of them could’ve won each contest. Bring back the productions.

Everyone loved Jinx the entire season it was a general consensus that she was gonna win, but because the finale was a lipsync we kinda excepted she wouldn’t. Now that she did win, because the judges factored in the whole preformance it’s a problem

@paramountplus Never had an issue with continuous freezing on the app but couldn’t get through @evil without over 50 times freezing. Uninstalled, reinstalled, force stopped, emptied cache, nothing works.

@paramountplus Hi Paramount plus, I am paying a not insignificant amount of money to STILL watch ads on your Streaming service, can you lat least get someone to fix your damn subtitles on the Samsung smart TV app. It is REALLY hard to watch when the subtitles stop working

@paramountplus app via @SkyUK Q is absolutely awful in the UK, buggy as hell and I've lost all interest. When it does play it constantly buffers, when you go back to a program it errors then starts you from the beginning. I thought Prime and Disney where bad but this is tripe!!

@askparamount The PS4 app is unusable. It now has an issue where the video overlay won't fade out. So there's a big pause symbol in the middle of the screen, as well as the watch time bar. This is unacceptable for a video app.
