@paramountplus your Apple TV app is atrocious!! It never works and it’s impossible to find the shows I wanna watch and when I search for them they show up behind the search field and it’s impossible to scroll to the show I want… this isn’t worth the $10 I pay you, fix it!!!!!!

@askparamount Actually, no, you haven’t fixed the problem. For example, you have old episodes of 60 Minutes on your site. You can’t play them through your Roku app. At all. Commercial plays just fine, then get an error message. Also, can’t RW segments of current shows. Have to restart episode.

@paramountplus has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Further, if they offer subscriptions via Amazon, they should work out the glitches and inform Amazon that their customers need to take an extra step in to get content. I wasted a lot of $ not knowing this.

@paramountplus How is it possible that there isn't a watchlist or a way to favorite specific shows to make them easier to find on the landing page? Maybe 'notify me when you have new content for series X?' Please help me not cancel my sub.

Well, the Paramount+ @askparamount experiment seems to be a failure. @UCLonCBSSports matches rarely work reliably. It’s all part of growing pains of the move to steaming, but they’ve made it an unusually painful one.

@askparamount Unsure if you’re aware, but no content is playing on iOS and iPadOS apps (past the P+ ident), and content is capped at v. low resolution on native TV app (Vizio). Confirmed apps & device OS are up-to-date. Signed out and back in. Wider issue? #ParamountPlus
