@askparamount LITERALLY EVERY TIME I START WATCHING STAR TREK. I don't want ads for shows I have no interest in watching. and by the way, in your fine print, star trek was not listed as one of the shows which get it. So kindly find a way to fix this, it's invasive and unpleasant

@askparamount I did this. I emailed my bank statement showing the charge, but since it’s a 3rd party sign up they couldn’t help me. Which makes no sense because ultimately it’s still a subscription to paramount. Google can’t do anything because it’s not my acct. but it was MY card charged 100

@askparamount Unfortunately, it’s not the stream itself that is the problem. It’s the actual apps. No matter which device I use, they are slow to respond to input, or the app will spontaneous crash and then my place in an episode is lost.

@askparamount @paramountplus I am trying to be a patient one but anytime I try to watch a live sporting event on Paramount Plus quality either goes in and out, Buffers or I get an error. It’s Bad. Otherwise if I am watching other things that app is fine for me.

@askparamount thanks for reaching out, but this was not a customer support problem - the issue is that the game was only available on CBS Sports, even though it was understood that all games would be streamed either on Paramount Plus or Twitch

@askparamount Thanks for your reply! I have tried the fixes for my LG tv. Still having buffering issues only on the content. The commercials play beautifully. No other streaming services buffer, so it’s not the internet service. Any other ideas?
