@askparamount In the last month or 2, your Apple TV app has downgraded your live event video frame rate to 29.97fps (in the Philadelphia area at least). Sports events look terrible at 29.97fps. Do you have any plans to upgrade your live event video frame rate back to 59.94fps?

@paramountplus please fix the skip/playback/rewind/start over feature. I should not have to rewind every episode to the beginning. And now its literally stuck at that spot for every next episode. 😑🥴

@paramountplus Try to watch season five of Yellowstone on a week pass but surprisingly it keeps reverting me back to the beginning of the show and I have to watch all the commercials again I will not be signing up for Paramount when they’re week pass can’t even work right. Paramount sucks

So glad I pay for @askparamount to get the wrong CBS station!!!! I’m supposed to have CBS 19 and for some reason I’m getting CBS 4!!! When I message the help center they don’t respond!!! Great customer service

@askparamount I'm having problems accessing my downloads when offline. Says there's technical difficulties and such and such. Been like that for a few weeks. I have the $10 membership, restarted both my devices, deleted and downloaded the amp again. Downloads is necessary for me.

Hey @paramountplus you need to fix the freezing issue while you are live-streaming games or events. I do not watch the live games, but your other programs just freeze during commercials. This only happens to me when live events are available..

So I finally gave in and subscribed to @paramountplus during Black Friday, now I’m finding out there’s no PS5 support… Isn’t that how streaming services are supposed to work? I guess I just cancel (or watch everything on my iPhone not TV)?
