@dreammaker_7 @R0am3r @paramountplus I had the same problem. What portal/interface are you using? I have a Fire stick. For some reason it still picked up the shows offered from the main menu, even if I couldn’t access the app. It drove me nuts and I dropped it. Good luck. No one ever replied.

@askparamount woke up to all of my devices logged out of the service and my password did not work. Tried to use the reset password link and must have hit it over a dozen times and never received an email. I am currently receiving emails because I received some while waiting.

@askparamount why will the app wether it be on TV, Mobile or on my Laptop. Not allow me to sign in (says email and password are invalid) also WONT send me a password reset email. The monthly fee was taken out 10 days ago. Called the support line Said the wait was over an hour 😵💫
