@paramountplus has to have the worst streaming service on the market right now. Quality of live streaming is terrible, freezes when their ad breaks are over, when I try to restart, it just freezes on another ad. Then just pops up with ERROR. Makes me watch the ad over again.

Been trying for 6 days to watch Halo on @paramountplus and it has yet to work. And this happens often with other stuff on paramount plus as well. Is it an LG tv problem?

@henney1976 @GTCharlie_ Friends, I tried @paramountplus and it did not go well. It worked fine for a movie on my TV, but I tried to watch the USMNT 2x on the TV and it did not work. It would be fine, and then the picture would freeze and the sound would keep going. Not worth it if I can't watch sports.

As a @Halo diehard fan, the @paramountplus show helmet reveal felt like watching my childhood get thrown in the trash. Could not be more devastated by how terrible and unforced this error was.

@paramountplus Just sat through 15min of commercials during Picard. I pay $10/mon for the premium plan. Not cool. Never happened before. You need to fix this, or I won't be paying $10/mon for a commercial filled allegedly "commercial-free" plan much longer.

A CNN+ subscription doesn’t include @CNN? Whomever is making business decisions on the model has a very old view on how people consume and stream media. I shouldn’t need a CNN+ subscription AND a cable provider to get a full product. Can you help them out @hbomax, @paramountplus?

It’s absolutely disgusting @paramountplus hasn’t gotten their **** together with accessibility settings. I should t have to go into my Roku settings in order to have CC on for P+ shows. You’re a multibillion dollar company. Do better and fix this.

Unfortunately you won't please everyone but myself personally I am enjoying Halo, it's easy viewing and I don't like wasting my energy being mad at something I can't fix. Someone made the show and that's that.

@askparamount I had the same issues again when using my Xfinity box. I tried the troubleshooting and it didn't help. I cancelled because it's just not worth it if I have to watch the soccer games on my phone to be able to use the service.

@paramountplus I’m a paying subscriber. Why do I keep getting error code 124 when I’m trying to stream a CBS show that is not being broadcast live on the network? Could you please look into this and correct it?
