@CCMooreCO @askparamount It’s an error in their end. Keep pushing on their customer service. Their front-line team didn’t have the knowledge to resolve the issue but once I pushed for a higher tier it got resolved.

@paramountplus I am watching The Godfather II on Paramount Plus Canada. The picture quality is worse than and old 1980's DVD. It is noisy and pixelized. Just an overall terrible experience. As a subscriber I am embarrassed about @ParamountPlusCA . You are a third rate product!

First world problem, I know, but of all the streaming apps we have, @paramountplus rarely works efficiently. Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video are fine, @peacock is a good solid OK, but @paramountplus SUCKS. Is it just me?

@paramountplus The layout of your streaming service is terrible. Can not find recently watched without scrolling forever, can’t skip opening credits, just badly laid out. Should take note of how @netflix do it! £6.99, won’t be a subscriber for long!

@paramountplus while you have great entertainment, you are supposed to be a premium service. You charge a fee for this service. I would then expect not to have to watch commercials ever ten minutes! I have other services like yours and I don’t have watch commercials. Please fix!

.@paramountplus Your fragmented subscription model is not user friendly at all. Either have one login for all (including third party providers like Amazon and Apple TV) or don't offer third party access at all. It's extremely frustrating.
