@askparamount My device isn’t the problem, every other app I use works perfectly fine. Even after all your glitches, I close your app and go to any other streaming service and it works perfectly. So no I won’t troubleshoot anything because it’s on your end.

@paramountplus I utilize most streaming services, but yours is the only one which gives me the same problem EVERY TIME I attempt to watch your programming. There are constant pauses for buffering.

@paramountplus on browser is broken lol, keep trying to open NCIS LA and it won't open, infact no show/movie will open. The app on mobile is fine but i can't open any show/movie on the browser

I attempt again to watch,the ads play beautifully, the wheel appears, spins the allotted time and the same error message pops up. This happens over and over, except when the ads play. Those 90 seconds go off without the slightest glitch.Only happens on @paramountplus.Suggestions?

@askparamount Well I don’t exactly feel like that is true, because my wife and I watched 2.5 seasons of it between 1/1/22 and 2/13, it was the reason we decided to keep our membership to your service. Are you working to fix the issue? Because if not I’m not sure we have reason to pay for this.
