    I’ll say this: @peacockTV is a much better experience in a browser than @paramountplus … which regularly decides I need to sign up for a plan all over again. And the chatbot is a terrible bit of code.

    @askparamount It's not my device. It happens on both TVs using different devices & only when streaming on the Paramount + app so I stream the same shows (Star Trek Voyager & Star Trek Enterprise) that I own on my VUDU app & it plays wo any problems at all, same episodes, same everything.

    @paramountplus I only watched the last handful of Nellyville episodes on the app. They all have audio problems where soundtrack/music plays louder than the people talking so you can not hear dialogue and this goes on for the whole episodes. Please look into fixing this.

    I don't buy the binge argument against #Netflix. I binge #DisneyPlus and #ParamountPlus once they accrue ~30 or more hours of stuff I want to watch then unsubscribe afterwards. Still think it's licensing issues and content quality that's killing them.

    @AmyImhoff1701 @paramountplus @StarTrekOnPPlus I have issues with my roku at times as well. Does not like to fast forward, or reverse which locks the app. How about a option to skip the intros paramount, like Netflix does?

    @AmyImhoff1701 @paramountplus @StarTrekOnPPlus I quit my paramount plus account and then added it as a channel on Amazon Prime. Have not had a problem with Paramount on Amazon. No glitches.

    @paramountplus is straight up garbage. Can’t believe I’m paying for an app to just constantly crash and can’t handle selecting a damn episode from a show without restarting the whole series. All I wanted to do was continue Halo.

    @AmyImhoff1701 @paramountplus @StarTrekOnPPlus I'm getting CTD (Crash To Desktop) on 2013 Sony Android TV. Have to force stop the app, restart the tv, and then it (chuggingly) works for the first couple minutes before stabilizing. Takes about ten minutes to start up episode. Happens intermittently.

    @netflix Plz add commercials. Looking for a reason to cancel my 19$ subscription. Make sure they last 90+ seconds. Whoever suggested this is undermining your company and the relationship should be reevaluated. This is the worst part of @paramountplus any why we cancelled there.

    ❌ @paramountplus this one gets it slightly better. Only a couple rows to continue. worst app though because it performs like garbage. launch on firetv this am, gets stuck. exit, restart. same thing. buffers on my GB connection. measured launch in minutes!

    ❌ @amazonprimevideo just the worst. design sucks visually and usability is the worst. constant ads for content and suggesting apps i don't have. Tried to watch TNG this am on firetv, end up watching with ads even though I have @paramountplus. continue is 4+ rows away

    @askparamount @kody922 Hi Paramount. Checked your troubleshooting guide. Please investigate why this is happening as "restarting" a smart tv takes time. It is not reasonable to force users to restart their tvs when other apps do not require this. Clearly something on your end. Please fix. Thanks.

    @AmyImhoff1701 @paramountplus @StarTrekOnPPlus I’ve had this same issue with Discovery. Paramount won’t respond to customers services issues unless it’s paying the bill. I found downloading and then watching the download helps.

    . @paramountplus your app is the worse piece of crap ever. Get it fixed or I’m canceling the subscription! I shouldn’t have to login, select a show, have the app close, log me out, log back in just to be kicked out again, log in again just to get to the same spot to be logged out
