@askparamount So you have time to post ads but not to provide support when somebody stole an account? Truly terrible service. 48 hours and counting is far too long for urgent security issues, especially when you give customers no option to do anything themselves to prevent credit card theft.

My Paramount plus app has not worked since yesterday and all I’ve been told is to refresh the apps and wait 24hrs. Its still Just a black screen. How do I fix this? There is stuff I was watching. It was fine on Tuesday! @SkyHelpTeam @paramountplus

I don't know if this is a @paramountplus or @amazonfiretv issue, but when I press rewind (before the 1st commercial), even for 1 second, it quickly goes back several minutes. When I rewind after the 1st commercial it goes back to the previous commercial break.

@Jdub_Dodgers @paramountplus The music licensing is THE major issue with 90210. I got the DVD box set a few years back for my wife and she was disappointed with the music substitutes. It made her realize how much the original music made the show what it was.

@askparamount I want to cancel my subscription, but the option doesn't exist in the Android App or in the account feature online. I can only upgrade to different accounts. This seems disengenous to offer instructions that don't work.
