@paramountplus your customer help options are awful. I've been trying to let you know that streaming on CSI: NY is broken, but there's no way to get that information to you. Now today, it's suddenly completely broken and you can't even sort by season. The episodes are jumbled.

@paramountplus Not a fan whatsoever of the platform. Streaming is inconsistent and not reliable. Trying cancel subscription, sent email and got a reply saying they don’t answer email. App won’t let me cancel. Fix IT!!

Total garbage streaming channel @paramountplus . Trying to watch some sports ball playoff and every minute or less, blue screen of death and error codes all over the place. Multiple Rokus same issue. 'Premium service'.... LOL try prehistoric service!

@paramountplus Paramount+ has been by far the worst service to try and watch a live NFL game on. I have never had as many problems with any other service as I’ve had with Paramount+. I’ve had to restart the app 8 times now because it just keeps freezing and never recovers.
