While I love @paramountplus and @StarTrekOnPPlus the app is a piece of crap. Put bluntly. I get error messages saying videos can't play outside my country, it takes a good 30 seconds to realise My bandwidth is great and puts the picture at its highest resolution. Fix it. Plz.

Between @SkyHelpTeam and @paramountplus I have received the worst customer service in my life. Passed from pillar to post over the fact oh “free” paramount no longer seems to be linked. Sky say ask Paramount and Paramount ignore me.

@paramountplus Why is your app so bad always? Won't let me watch any movies saying they are all “not available” the live tv freezes constantly. This is the worst streaming service I've ever had. The free ones are more efficient. Why have you not fixed this? Constantly freezing and buffing.

I’ve had a @Netflix subscription for 9yrs that I literally just share with my parents & siblings. & once they cant sign in anymore, im cancelling immediately cause I dont watch that shht. I have it for them to enjoy. So thanks for the push to @paramountplus, theyre fantastic.

@paramountplus I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it will not allow me to login. It keeps saying "please complete your registration" but it will not let me submit to move on. I've had and used my subscription not sure why this is happening
