@HawthorneRunny @paramountplus They were kind enough to respond and I am currently emailing them to trying an find out what the problem is to fix it. It only seems to happen when I stream Star Trek shows...Strange New Worlds, Discovery, Picard...so far.

@askparamount I had a free account with T-Mobile.Tired of adds so I signed up for Paramount Prem with Amazon. Canceled add-on for Paramount on T-Mobile, it says canceling 2023! When I watch Paramount on my tv, it links to ads T-Mobile. Watch on my computer I get premium. Help!

@paramountplus your iPad app has horrible download performance. Prime, AppleTV+, Disney+, HBOMax all are far better. Please please please work on this. FWIW each download on a 67Mbps pipe takes 10 min or more, you also cannot switch apps when downloading. This darn poor!

@paramountplus Paramount plus has awful customer support. I pay for the premium level with no commercials, and suddenly I am getting commercials all the time. For a week Customer support is only sending me "we're working on it" automated responses!

@_This_is_RAM_ @paramountplus @netflix I follow most all of conspiracy theory stuff but this one is the most self harmful sometimes. Can’t wait until you find some issue with the internet in general, forcing you to use letters and tv antenna again.
