@GodfatherWaym @dbestlegalass @askparamount Here what helps me when I need and am ready to basically go nuclear. Usually (not always) if you dig around on Google, etc. you hopefully can find a CEO’s email. Tell ‘em your issue. Worked for me with AMEX and Costco. Problems solved.

Hey @paramountplus fix your Roku app please. If I try to rewatch an episode I've already seen it will start the episode moments before the auto-skip of the credits and I'll end up watching the beginning of the next episode instead! Very annoying!

@paramountplus please can you fix the timing of the captions on DS9 and TNG, they are all over the place. Everywhere except in sync with the dialogue 😭 Come on. This isn't like brand new technology. There's no excuse for such shoddy streaming service

The @paramountplus app is the worst in history. It forces me to login every single time. It fast forwards episodes at random. It causes buffering that has nothing to do with my Internet. Get it together you should be embarrassed you’re a major company.

@SEConCBS @paramountplus It gets better when games aren't decided by terrible calls. The bogus DPI call ruined the whole game and decided the winner. Players should determine the outcomes of games not officials.
