@paramountplus Okay guys. I don't like the way the screen goes very small when you pause a show. Sometimes you have to pause to read something on the screen. Now that just doesn't work.

@askparamount hey there, I have a UK subscription, and I downloaded content to the Paramount app to use on holiday. Now in Portugal and the app only states Paramount+ is not available here - it gives me no option to view downloaded content. Please fix.

@paramountplus Your streaming service will not reset watch episodes, can not rewatch. Please fix it. Also 10 episodes per season really sucks, paying people more for doing less. what a waste.

Hey @paramountplus you folks need to change your subtitles because they are ridiculously hard to read. Why are they just small, black writing on the screen? That doesn’t help anyone who actually needs to read what the words say…

@hotkarlz @MTVsChallenges @paramountplus It happened or they’d still be on the show, they were a huge draw for viewers. & no they weren’t convicted of a crime but I believe a settlement was reached. They stuck a toothbrush in her vagina, that would be a weird lie to make up. They were always awful to women on the show.

@AC3ATTORN3Y I have a related problem-my fave streaming service has captions, but they suck. @paramountplus I’m talking to you. There’s no back to the tiny black letters of the captions & no option to increase size. The actors are also usually in dark colors, so the words fully blend in.

@paramountplus This is worst APP I have ever seen. You need to start firing your Software Engineers and hire some that can program. I am in a GB ISP footprint with 10 other apps that stream on SONY 4k. GET IT FIXED!

@paramountplus On top of that, the words often blend into the actual show so you can’t see them at all. Who designed this? The deaf, HoH, neurodivergent, and other communities/individuals who rely on subtitles are begging you to please fix this.

I see a lot of hate for bad UIs but where is the hate for @paramountplus? The subtitles are literally just small black letters on the screen that you straight up can't see most of the time, and the app just doesn't work, like, at all

@paramountplus please help! I have a conundrum. TLDR, I live in a rural town where for the longest time the app wouldn’t stream on the WiFi on any device. Now, I can stream it on iPhone, iPad, PS4, and XBOX, but I still can’t stream specifically from Smart TVs. (1/-)
