@AskParamount I pay for the 9.99 premium plan but am seeing commercials on the programs I watch. I signed out then signed back in didn't help. I uninstalled app and resinstalled didnt help.

@paramountplus I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get someone to fix the ads playing on my premium account. I'm very upset, as every 6 minutes 2-3 minutes of ads play. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled on all of my devices. What's going on???
