@paramountplus how do I contact customer service about an issue? I can’t watch an entire show without the adds freezing at 2 or 3 seconds left and it has even crashed out the whole app multiple times! I could understand this poor of service if it was free, but I’m being charged!

@paramountplus’s ad breaks during Twin Peaks happen just seconds before the ad breaks in the actual show so it comes back from the ad to like ten seconds of the previous scene and simply there must be a way to fix that

@askparamount @Demifan2015_ While you're at it, you need to work on the website view history. Maye the mobile app works better but the website functionality is very buggy. Especially the view history.

@paramountplus I have every major streaming service...P+ needs to constantly stop and buffer. When it is running its extremely low definition. I have a perfectly reliable television and internet connection. Your app is the issue. Fix it. You have 30 days 😑

@paramountplus As we migrate from TiVo DVR to streaming, it would help if app could mark episodes as watched so we can see what's new or never watched without having to play each to make our history look right. Think email inbox. Viewed, unviewed, select all, mark as viewed, etc.

@paramountplus why does your app suck so bad 😫 it crashes all the time, it buffers all the time, it’s slow to load. It’s impossible to watch Star Trek right now because it pauses and buffers every two seconds. Please fix your app. It’s been this sucky since I got it 8 months ago

@paramountplus seriously, what the heck is y’all’s problem with Sahara (2005). The movie won’t stream for crap on the Xbox, but it streams perfectly fine on the mobile app. It’s literally the only movie that gives me trouble.

My favorite streaming scam is a tie between @paramountplus and @peacockTV, with the latter having an edge because it’s the one I’m trying to use right now. Emphasis on trying, because I don’t think the desktop URL has or will ever work for anything more than a blurry still image.

@askparamount Not that it matters, but my phone is a Samsung Galaxy 20FE 5G UW. The television is a Samsung 8 Seies (65). The problem isn't with my equipment. The problem is with your app. During Nov-Apr, we travel in our motorhome. We use the Firestick 4K in that. Still have same issues
