    @paramountplus this is the second time that I've reached out for help with this exact issue with the @paramountplus app persisting already watched shows in the Keep Watching area. It's like you've stopped updating the app and listening to customer feedback on issues with the app.

    @_danielkarlsson @paramountplus Try restarting your TV by at the power point, then open the Paramount+ app. The "live schedule" feed should then be updated. Let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

    Hey @paramountplus Please hire someone that can actually code and fix your garbage app. I constantly have to scroll to the next episode, because it can't even track what I watch. Doesn't matter what show. It also continues to crash.

    @paramountplus I paid over $200 a month for television yet I still have to pay for anything current anything new coming out. I think it's terrible.. I'm retired I can't afford $10 for everything I watch.

    @askparamount so here is yet another attempt at service. 2 weeks with error 6040 on firetv. No answers other than “this is a known issue we are working on” sounds like contract negotiations to me yet here is the customer held hostage-and yes my settings allow for a response

    @paramountplus If you can’t fix your terrible lagging issues, I’m canceling my subscription. It’s totally unwatchable. Don’t blame my internet connection. The other 7 streaming services I have work just fine. Get it together.

    I have been trying to sign up for @paramountplus for the past week- but keep getting "Transaction failed. Please contact support for more help." when I enter ANY credit card. No reply from @askparamount. Crazy bad service. No wonder people pirate TV. 🤬
