@tho_2018 @askparamount Join the club, haven’t had service on my Samsung TV for over 70 days and they still don’t have a fix. You’re better off canceling your subscription because they can’t provide an ETA for it to be fixed nor will you get a direct answer from anything except a robot

Well I hope you all appreciate that I am going through the full support process with @paramountplus to try to fix this progress-tracking issue. Two escalations so far and now on to the "technical team". Could it be they did not know about this issue?

@paramountplus fact is Verizon Fios scribers have paramount tv network. So for those who have channel should be able sign in using our Verizon user ID as I can with HBOMAX for those who HBO as part there tv subscription.

@paramountplus I paid for paramount streaming service specify for Big Brother and for some reason it no longer works on my Samsung TV. Your support team is worthless. I would like to continue to give my $ but all I get is black screens and "error"
