I have a 2021 Samsung TV, not top of the range, but high up, the @paramountplus app runs terribly on it, soooo slow. Anyone else seen a similar problem? Either I need a new TV or Paramount need better software developers.

@paramountplus Nope. All there is the edited 45 min version. We want the full 6 hour stream you promised. We are paying you for a charity special. No way the Foo Fighters organization wanted this. Terrible. Pulling my plug on my subscription after this if not rectified today.

@paramountplus so paramount plus just doesn’t work on windows at all? I’ve tried chrome, edge, and Firefox, I’ve tried downloading the app via the Microsoft store, I tried restarting my wifi and pc etc nothing works. Only seems to work on smartphones.

@askparamount I have been trying to upgrade my existing P+ with Showtime for 3 days now and it still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve called, I was given a case number, I sent requested info…yet Showtime remains locked. Can someone fix this??? If not, I’m cancelling outright.

The captions for Scream (2022) are broken and delayed by seconds, making it difficult to follow along. And then after a while, the captions only flicker. Not showing up at all. @paramountplus
