Am I the only one having issues with legacy CBSAA #StarTrek episodes on #ParamountPlus? Or at least #DS9 eps? On both PS4 & in Firefox on desktop I get audio de-syncs/overlays, time skips (sometimes only 10-15 sec, sometimes as much as several min) & video not available errors.

It’s like all of the weeks and prior stars meant nothing. Their work down the toilet. You had people with 1 star jump to the top in one show. Hell no!!

@askparamount Are you ever going to fix the bug/glitch in the app, that makes the bottom blue status lineq dissappear? It's getting to a point that it's annoying and user unfriendly. Shows/movies I've watched, the status bar disappears and I lose track of which episode I left off

Can you address how they're going to solve the root problem rather than make it each individual user's burden to reach out on a case-by-case basis? If it's a pervasive issue, just own up to it.

@askparamount Can you explain why only your streaming services seems to have a problems playing shows and movies for me and my friends? HBO Max,Hulu, Netflix, Sling, Disney+ work fine. We have three different internet services and experience the same error message.

@paramountplus I can literally watch anything on Paramount Plus as I pay for premium, but when I load South Park Streaming Wars 2, it gives me "an error has occurred..." and we've uninstalled and reinstalled. It's ONLY this, everything else loads. Help!
