@paramountplus I love to watch @48Hours on Sunday afternoon but EVERY WEEK at about 35 minutes in, your terrible streaming service jumps me to an FBI show and I am unable to watch the end of my show - every week! You may be the worst streaming service ever.

WTF, @paramountplus? If I pause an episode and resume, it snaps me back TEN MINUTES to the previous ad break (making me rewatch the same ads). I then can’t FF back to where I was—- instead, it takes me back to the same ad break AGAIN. Worst streaming experience ever.

@askparamount can you help with an issue I have? Playback freezes multiple times per episode and I have to stop the episode and start again. I have tried multiple devices - ps5 and fire stick- and it happens on both. With the PS5 I am hardwired and have gigabit fiber internet.
