    I have received 2 emails from @paramountplus for over 15 months that they are trying to resolve my issue. I cancelled 14 months ago. Every time I call they can’t find my case number. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT. SERVICE IS HORRIFIC

    @paramountplus is the worst app, do not download or pay for it thinking you will get CBS...it's a scam My local CBS is NOT on this app and I do not get local @NFL games, I live in NY I should be able to watch @nyjets ... I paid for the app and I still get the crap games BOOOOO!

    @paramountplus, you had a good app, and then several months ago, you made it "better," but is not better. Why did you try to fix something that was not broken? I can't rewind or fast forward without having problems.

    Why is @paramountplus such a terrible streaming service? It's like they did the bare minimum and gave up. Most devices don't even track watch history... Imagine needing to find your show, go to the right season, and remember which episode you're on...every time...

    @askparamount I'm having some issues on my paramount plus account, I just got sportsline and saw they had a promo with paramount plus and my account isn't syncing, can someone help me as the FAQ for the page wasn't helpful/my account didn't show any change.

    If you need to log into the web version of a subscription service to make changes to an account, but the web version automatically redirects users to app from the web page, you are violating ethical principles, including autonomy. Fix this. Allow choice. @paramountplus, etc

    @paramountplus can you fix your app on fire stick????? Been trying to dive into Tulsa King and the damned thing constantly freezes and restarts episodes. It's not my wifi, every other TV app works fine.

    @askparamount paramount+ app may be the worst on the market. On Vizio Smartcast TV it constantly freezes during commercials. I have no connection issues and this is the only app I have problems with. I have to restart the app and go to a new episode for it to work.

    @paramountplus Do you know why your app is so faulty? I’ve done everything I can do to make sure it’s not my side that has the issues. I’ve literally heard two different commercials playing at the same time. I can exit out of the app and it’ll still be playing the audio its crazy
