@paramountplus @HaloTheSeries The Paramount PC App and browser version is completely unusable. There is not even an option to select resolution or stream quality. If you're going to watch on PC, I'd recommend avoiding Paramount for now.

Yo @paramountplus why is the buffering so terrible on Halo? I’ve done every trick in the book to the app and my device and it’s still buffering bad. No other show is doing it.

Hey, @paramountplus why does streaming quality keep downgrading to 480p on the desktop even though I'm on a 1 gig connection. Does not happen on any other streaming service.

Seriously @paramountplus @askparamount why is the video quality of your service such garbage?? Almost everything I watch on your platform is blurry and pixelated, and clearly im not the only one with these issues. Doesn’t matter which browser I use, it’s all garbage vid quality.

@paramountplus Your @Xbox app is complete trash. I'm a new subscriber and the experience is terrible. Closed Captioning was the first thing I attempted to turn on and I had to google why the letters were all black. With inactivity, controller on or off, the screen dims?

I'm glad the experience of watching the first #HaloTheSeries episode was worth the terrible experience I had with your app. It's like the DC App all over again and the @paramountplus app isn't new at all! It's unbelievable how terrible the app is.

finished the first episode of #HaloTheSeries I liked it more then I thought I would but I do have my issues with it and for the love of god @paramountplus please add a damn quality changing option to the Desktop version because all it wanted to do was play the episode in 240p 🤢

@paramountplus Why do I pay good money to watch things in low quality? I feel the FBI is going to kick down my door cause everytime I try to watch something on para+ it looks pirated. It's definitely not my net speed. Not the router. Gotta be you, cause this is ridiculous.

Dear @paramountplus, Your smart TV app needs work. Consistent refresh (even on a 1 gb connection), freezing at the end of ads only to make us rewatch ads when we’re forced to resume, and too many commercials for a paid tier. We’ll be dropping you after #HALO is done.

@HaloTheSeries @Halo @paramountplus Yikes...fighting scenes were good. That's about it. Apparently episode 2 is everything that doesn't work in episode 1 only for the entire episode so I'm not too thrilled.
