@paramountplus I paid for the commercial free subscription but we keep getting ads before our shows begin, I tried emailing support but they said they can only offer a 10% discount on another year’s subscription. Why pay for no ads when I get them every time? Please fix this.

@paramountplus you guys need to turn up the stadium noise for Serie A broadcasts. The fans sound terrible, you can't hear the passes, you can't even hear the net when a goal is scored. Even the commentary audio quality sounds poor. Changing this would make watching so much better

@paramountplus I want to recommend you to friends because you have my favorite shows, but your UI is terrible. No PS5 app, PS4 constantly crashes, and now my chromecast has randomly switched to Spanish, despite the fact that when I watch on my phone before casting, it’s English

@GrantWahl And here I thought it was must my box. Such crap. It's devolved to a @paramountplus level of function, which is just atrocious. For the money they spend, maybe hire an engineer or two to make things work.
