    Bad service, slow at fixing their customers problems and being negligent by failing to secure their network which allowed it to be cyber attacked by hackers who now have access to over 9 million Optus customers details.

    @JPMasters @Jeremy_Kirk @Optus Should be, but probably won't be. It'll all be hand waved away as "damn hackers, what ya gonna do" in the media while they get a slap on the wrist and that's only if there's any legislation covering this particular event

    Optus got hacked, which means all my info can be bought by whoever ******** and the only way I knew about it was from other sources No e-mail, not text, no letter, nothing Good ****, superb customer support 11 outta 10 #OptusHack

    So Optus still has not even contacted any customers regarding the security breach. I had to contact them instead to ask why?? They are apparently still in the process of contacting affected customers after how many days?? They have no problems issuing their bills however. #fail
