    @Optus To clarify, I got sold a service to get a sale; only to find out today that service doesn’t exist with my new contract (Roaming $5/5GB). Great way to treat loyal 20yr customer. Misleading, deceptive and no accountability . 7 staff and not one could resolve the matter.

    @Optus your NBN connection is down from this morning and all your customer service bot is telling me is to restart the modem and “experts I am trying to reach is not available today “. Such a poor customer experience.

    Why does @Optus make everything so damn hard? I just want to cancel. I've been dicked around and left on hold. No wonder you can't keep customers

    @LisaJBryant Have you tried pushing zero repeatedly? Some systems will send you to a human. But are the humans human? Or AI? “Christian” at Optus was very pleased he had solved my problem. I had to point out that my problem was unsolved. A senior humanoid will contact me within 24 hours.

    Every month @Optus does this in my area. It usually means no 5G for about a week and sometimes only 3G. It’s really ***** me off that they keep spinning this as a positive when it’s a service degradation every single ******* time. Never experienced this **** with @Telstra 😠

    Terrible customer experience @Optus. Very poor internet service and no attempt to help upgrade service to better / more reliable internet service.

    @betterbushcomms @ktxby I’ve got a router modem in the office with an Optus sim and it’s 150 down and 50 up consistently, doesn’t vary, regardless of the time of day.
